I was in a bind and needed print services. I used the online and pick up curb-side. When I got home, I realized that my print was too small. I called and spoke to Michelle. She looked up my order and said that what I wanted should be possible. I asked her if I would be able to come inside and show her the size because I was unsure of the dimensions. When I got there, she helped me and made it the size I needed. She had a wonderful personality and with this pandemic going on, she made me feel great as a customer. Never have had a problem with this store. Staff have always been quick to ask if I needed help and knew where everything was that I was looking for.

Love the HUGE stationary supply choices.

Very friendly staff. I especially like working with Clark in the tech department. Recently had trouble with their store system when making a return. They were diligent in pursuing and resolving the issue.

Good place to recycle ink. Most items though are higher priced than their website so be sure to check prices as they will match their own site of you tell them. I personally find that practice sneaky.

The young lady at Office Max was super helpful with ordering my appointment book online and having it sent to the Salon in two days! Great customer service!!

Good location for me, close to home office. Fair selection of computer parts at ok prices. Good quick print setup have use them and they offer very good quality but prices are just a little high.

Their print center is awesome and this store has the most helpful associates out of all the other OfficeMax stores we have been to

Needed to print some papers ASAP and I was able to but there was an issue sending the document to their email and them being able to open it but we got it resolved

This store is awesome and helpful! Always using their printing services for DIY projects and they are more than willing to give advice and help fix/photoshop a print. Pleasant attitudes and fast production. Unlike the OfficeMax is Walnut Creek with miserable unhelpful employees. Livermore deserves 5 stars!

Bait-n-switch on laptops. Website will show the laptop in-stock, you place an order online for in-store pickup. They then cancel your order a try to upsell you a more expensive.
