During quarantine I joined a group Wine Fairies of Long Island where you drop off gifts with drinks to others and they do to you as well. I had placed an order online at another place, however I wanted to be able to browse around and find something different. Let me say that I was completely blown away...this place is huge and has absolutely everything. I could have spent hours and a fortune there. I would definitely travel there to go back as they really do have an awesome selection.

Went into exotic warehouse today and needed some help picking out some different products between wine and liquor. The staff was excellent being I know nothing about wine, a gentleman helped me pick out a great bottle of wine for someone and another staff member helped me find the liquor I was looking for. Anytime I go into this place the service is always excellent.

Buyers Beware! Don’t believe the price you see marked on the bottle. I wanted to buy a bottle of wine. The price on the bottle was $8.99. When I checked out, the cashier said it was $12.99. (Big difference). I asked him to honor the price “they” marked on the bottle. He scratched off the $8.99 price tag and said there’s nothing he could do. TALK ABOUT BAIT AND SWITCH ! There are too many other places in town that sell you products. Sorry Exotic Warehouse, but you lost a customer. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MADE ME WRITE THIS REVIEW. AND I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT.

Very friendly staff, they showed me where the different wines were that I was looking to purchase. There was a coupon in the paper they answered all my questions.

Whenever I go I can never buy just 1 bottle of liquor. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They always have great gift sets and obscure bottles.

Drove from Port Jeff to this place and I spent 20 minutes shopping and picking out some things. I got 2 bottles of red wine and a bottle of 18 year wiskey. Now I wait on line for another 10 minutes lady rings me up and I go to pay and she says nope we dont take the old $100 bill? Im like what?? Why not? Money is money right? She said no that my money is no good and have a nice day! But how do I work all week and with my paycheck I come to this store to spend money and you guys turn me away? Wow! Merry Christmas to me!!
