I rented a chair for two weeks. I was told the rental fee for two weeks was $117, which i paid when i picked up the chair. Three weeks after i returned the chair I was sent a bill saying that I owed $235. When I called to discuss the issue I was told that the employee made a mistake and did not charge me enough. Im sorry but if your employee makes an error in charging a customer thats your problem. You cant send the customer a bill and expect them to be responsible for the mistake of an employee.
Was able to get me a c- pap machine in,two days that took another company 4 months
The reservoir on my bi-pap machine cracked! Leaked on the bed so I got my old one and it had a crack too! I returned them both and they warrantied my current one and had it in stock only missed one day. I appreciate the efficiency and professional response to my challenge.
