They absolutely destroyed our new dresser. Broke the top in, and broke two of the legs on it. They have not gotten back to me for OVER A MONTH about repairing it. I HAVE CALLED SIX TIMES!! So unprofessional. They haven’t responded to my emails. We called and they said “we are waiting for the payment to go through” which is a complete lie because I paid the bill the day they did the job, and my bank confirmed it. On top of all of this, the movers were terrible! They spent more time in my bathroom and chatting than they did working! My fiancé ended up doing a lot of the unloading because they were moving so slow, milking the clock. It was very obvious they were moving slow on purpose. This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with. PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT FOR COLLEGE HUNKS MOVERS, BECAUSE THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

Our experience began with the first phone call we made to Two Men and a Truck to arrange for an estimate. The very qualified person who spoke with us at that first contact was very professional, and the people she sent to our home to give us the needed information were both genuine and knowledgeable. From the very first steps we loved the contacts we made at this company. We so appreciated the integrity we saw from the very beginning. On the day of our move, 2 trucks pulled up to our house, right on time, as I knew they would be, and out stepped the nicest crew anyone would ever ask for. Polite, responsible, careful with our things, cheerful, intelligent young men, and the entire day was enjoyable due totheir fine work, with some specialty items included. Besides their expertise in the lifting and carrying things that were very heavy, they moved an extremely heavy breakfront that had to be unbolted and turned into 5 pieces -- nothing seemed to bother them - they knew how to doeverything. We were only moving across the street from our home, so we had time to interact with the team, and we were actually sorry to see them go! I worked with this company a week ago today, to start they did not wrap any of my glass items that they said they would and charged me for, they also broke my glass table during the move. they took the table never called me I called them everyday and the ladies are rude when you call. they never have a manager for you to talk to and to top it off they over charged me for the move 600 dollars!!! This is the fourth time Ive used Two Men and a Truck and have been impressed by the professionalism of each person who worked to help me. We have storage 110s of boxes stored that need to be moved around occasionally and kept in specific groups as labeled on the boxes. They always do a great job of working in this system to move and arrange the boxes as we need them. They are efficient and take care in the items being moved. I will continue to use them for all my moving needs.

Terrible and unprofessional are the two words that come to mind after hiring this company to move some of my things.I gave them a list of 8 items +10 totes that needed to be moved and they determined that it would take 3 guys instead of two, because I have a large safe. They tried to move it with 3 people couldnt do it. Then one guy went to the truck for a strap and the two remaining guys tried to move it. Got it half way up and ended up loosing his grip. Luckily the guy on the bottom got out of the way as the safe went uncontrolled down the stairs!! After resituating the safe with two guys up the stairs the other mover and myself pushed it up from below. Let me be clear I had to help the movers I hired move my stuff...They didnt have tools to remove any doors or a handle off the freezer to get it through the door way.They spent an extra 30+ mins reorganizing the truck because they had not loaded it in a way that let them get everything in the first go round.I lent them ratchet straps to tie down my couch in their truck because they didnt have one long enough.Ended up over the max time they estimated for the full move... no surprise there considering how unorganized the crew was.It felt a lot like they grabbed 3 guys off the street gave them a truck and told them they were professional movers.When I tried to call I either got no answer or told they would Call back. (They didnt) I ended up going into their location to talk to someone in person only to schedule for them to call me later!This is the first and last time I will ever hire this company! I will make sure to let everyone I know and meet about this experience.

When contacting the office I did not get a response on the day of my move after emailing and calling multiple times. Unfortunately, one of the movers on my team got injured and was unable to perform properly. I was charged more than my estimate even though he was unable to continue at full strength and no replacement was sent. In no way do I blame the crew they were just following orders from their supervisor. When I tried to call to discuss my bill before paying I was unable to get ahold of anyone. Now I have submitted a claim and expect little to no resolution. After all this my refrigerator, less than a year old, was scratched down the front.

They damaged my valuables! I hired Two Men & a Truck to moved my college daughter. I flew to Lincoln, NE to meet the movers, informing them the value of my furniture as they moved around the campus of UNL. I paid & after they left, I find scratches and finish rubbed off all over my furniture. I sent them pictures, and my calls are not returned. They just don’t care!

We used Two Men and a Truck from Lincoln, who drove up to our home in Sioux City, IA to pack and move us here to our new home in the capitol city. With a 3,500+sqft home, it required four men and two trucks, but they were amazing and got it all accomplished in a single 14 hour day, right before Christmas Eve. From the onset with the staff getting an estimate, working out some specialty concerns, the cost was more than reasonable and the professionalism by Yancy & his team was exceptional. It was a long hard day but they remained in perpetual motion, had great attitudes, were very cautious with the furnishings, walls, etc and patient with getting items placed and put together where we wanted them. We were so impressed and grateful with the entire process. Can heartily recommend this wonderful business!

The two movers we had were from Omaha and we live in Lincoln. Dane and Jose were our movers and they were amazing!! Not once did they say anything negative about the work being hard or how much stuff we had. Dane and Jose took good care of our items, and made sure that each item was individually wrapped and secured properly before heading down the road. Moving is very hard labor intense work, and we will personally request them for any moving services we need in the future.

Creighton and Jerry were kind, respectful, fast but not rushed. They were thoughtful to note anything out of place or damaged...even though they werent the cause of any said damage. They would check in with me periodically and kept me engaged without being in the way or bothersome. I still felt in control of my property and the move itself. Stephanie in the office was sweet and called to check in a day or two before the move and after the move to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend the company based on my experience.

Long story short - terrible experience. Not sure how real the rest of these reviews are. Was told we need 3 people, while really only 2 people did the work, but also didnt get the whole job done. Was told theyd be able to get the 30x10 storage unit moved within the day and didnt get half of it done. Broke several items, tracked mud all over our brand new house with their we dont remove shoes policy and the decision maker doesnt care to take a serious look at the issues from what was supposed to be a stress free ordeal. They did fix the items (still waiting on one item, which i will admit will take some time) the dry will is still a big banged up in one area, but whatever. At this point the biggest issue is i moved everything to the storage unit with one of my friends in 2 trips with his 10x20 flat bed trailer and didnt break a single thing.. thought this would help alleviate some of the stresses of selling and building a new home so tried using their services. unfortunately, i was over sold and under delivered and still had to go back with my buddys trailer and get the rest of our stuff to move in.. oh ya and we didnt bang any walls.

From the moment I contacted the office to the move, everything went as planned. They set the right expectations, we loaded things in two locations, then finished the moved at the new place. Guys were great, proactive and detail oriented, they also moved a 300 pounds safe box. Thank you!

I had Shayla and Juan, they were super quick and helpful. We had a large writing desk removed and they were in and out in like 5 minutes.

Two Men and a Truck came out the very next day after I called during their busiest season and moved our piano downstairs with ease. They were very considerate asking me to tell them exactly where I wanted it, and they made sure I was happy with the end result. Excellent service!!

Third time we have used this location of Two Men and a Truck. This was our largest move of the three. They did an AMAZING job. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Office staff was super to work with and checked in before, during and after the move itself. The crew of 4 we had did such a fantastic job. They were polite, professional and took great care to make sure everything went smoothly. And it did. They were just super. I hope we wont be moving again any time soon but for anyone who is they are fantastic.

I really wanted to give them 5 stars because they are always very friendly and get the job done but this time around i realized after it was all said and done they broke a chunk of wood off my coffee table, broke the back part off our desk, and dented in the lid of my tool box that now will not shut. Went to the house we were moving out of for last touches and realized they took chunks out of the wall while moving furniture and really tore it up. I understand accidents happen but this time it seems they were more worried with getting it done as fast as possible instead of carefully. They did get done an hour earlier than predicted but it was at the cost of my possessions.

I believe this is the 3rd time Ive used Two Men & a Truck and I have had nothing but excellent experiences each time. Getting an estimate was easy, office staff was super friendly and easy to schedule with, and the movers are always careful, courteous and hardworking. These guys bust their butts every time. I highly recommend this company and I will use them in the future without wasting time shopping around elsewhere.

We were fortunate to have 4 very friendly, respectful and hard-working gentlemen assist us with our move from Lincoln to Omaha. We had several unbelievably heavy items and they moved them without the slightest complaint. We have two very boisterous beagles and the guys stopped to introduce themselves. They asked before using the bathroom or refilling water bottles. When they were moving the items into our new home, they asked where we wanted each item placed. The team we were blessed with went above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was damaged and we were completely moved in well ahead of my schedule. Years ago I had booked 2 Men and a Truck to move a piano, and the day of the job, they were a no show. At the time, I went with a local mover and they were on time, fast and efficient. Fast forward to years later and I’m moving houses. I went against my better judgement to book 2 Men and a Truck, and even after hearing MULTIPLE friends/family members say don’t use 2 Men and a Truck, multiple people said they’re awful. I ended up getting a second estimate from another company and ended up booking them, as our move day got pushed up by a day, and they came in person to do their estimate. Very nice touch! I knew 2 Men and a Truck had a cancelation policy, where if you cancel 3 days before the booked date, they’ll refund 95% of the down payment. I called to cancel, 3 days before the scheduled job, well within what I understood was within 2 Men and a Truck’s policy. They won’t refund the down payment. Why? Because I called to cancel 71 hours and 15 min before the scheduled job. Ummm what? Seriously? That’s bull. This company is awful. Don’t use them.

Scheduling was a very easy process, all the information was clear and concise. On the day of the move we had inclement weather; the movers went above and beyond to see that everything got completed that day. They were extremely professional and courteous, had a great attitude, were expedious in their work, and did a great job in handling of the furniture and items moved! My only complaint was that they arrived shortly after my “window” for the move, but they did call a few hours before to let me know they were possibly going to be behind. Overcharged, hidden charges, slower than ANY movers I have ever used over many years of moving. It took them 5 hrs for 2 hr MAX job for 1bdrm to 1 bdrm move!! Awful, dont use them!! Dont recommend them!

Great guys! Jon and his team arrived only fifteen minutes into their stated arrival window, and they worked quickly and carefully. All of our belongings came off the truck in the exact condition they went on, minus a little dust. The guys were polite and seemed like genuinely good people. So much easier and more convenient than doing it ourselves!

Got the bid but no one told us we had to leave a deposit. Husband accepted bid over the phone and thought the date was scheduled. Called back three days before and nope! We werent even scheduled. We are in our late 60s and had to move ourselves. NOT DEPENDABLE, NO COMMUNICATION.

The movers from 2 Men and a Truck (Anthony and Garland) did an excellent job with moving items from a full storage unit to my basement and garage. They handled things carefully and arranged the furniture being moved to the basement so I can still get around, and fitted boxes in 1/2 the garage so I can get my car in. Im especially appreciative because they did all this in very cold weather! Very happy with the job they did!

Guys got there on time & kept a good pace throughout the entire move. The guys also pointed out possible issues beforehand so I could decide the best option for my belongings. Definitely worth the cost.

We used Two Men & a Truck to move our office. Three young men showed up and did a great job of making sure that everything was packed well, could be moved without damage and that it was secured for travel. All furniture that they disassembled and reassembled was done with the utmost care, so as not to break, bend or strip any pieces or parts that are delicate. I think the move took a bit longer than anticipated but the men were very cordial about having to stay late and even making two trips. This is the second time we have used this company and we would definitely use them again.

Im a Realtor and Two Men and a Truck helped my disabled client move and downsize from her 5 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment. We had to call them last minute as her other arrangements did not work out. She said they were so kind to her and worked extremely hard to get moved at a quick pace. She was impressed with their speed of packing and unpacking and how they were always kind enough to call her maam. I would definitely recommend again.

The guys were professional and polite. They worked hard as soon as they got to the house. Everything was moved smoothly and put back together well. Items were packed really well and nothing was damaged. We had good communication with staff prior to our move and they called to check in after the move too.

We couldnt have been more impressed with how well the young gentlemen performed on our move. They had a cancellation and called us to see if wed enjoy the bump in time. The guys who did my move were very friendly and careful. They covered the floors and doorways, wrapped the furniture, and made sure everything was neat and tidy before they left. Even though there was a piece which caused some consternation, they didnt lose their cool, and stayed positive. The entire experience was great.

My husband and I needed help to put our furniture back in place after having new carpet installed. I call Two Men just one day before we needed them - and they were able to accommodate us.The two gentlemen who showed up (exactly on time) were visibly tired (it was 5 pm) from a hard days work, but never complained about any request. They were careful and thorough and ensured we had everything the way we wanted it before they left .... in just one hour. Kudos!

We had Ben and Joey for our movers and they did a great job. They were punctual, friendly, and went out of their way to help us even move some stuff out of our personal vehicles. They safely moved an upright piano down three flights of stairs. After all was said and done, we noticed very minimal damage and overall we are very happy with our experience!

Our move required five men and two 24-ft trucks. We found our whole experience to be extremely positive and everyone involved to be very professional from the person I worked with on the reservation to the guys that sold us boxes to Tyler the crew chief to the crew. We have some very special pieces of furniture that they took great care with moving. The entire move was done carefully but also in a very timely manner. Tyler explained the billing and invoicing and emailed a PDF the following day. Thanks Two Men and a Truck....we won’t hesitate to call on you in the future!

Arrived on time. They worked very quickly. All furniture was in good shape at the new house. Loaded and unloaded in 5 hours. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Both unloaders were very polite, helpful and hustled to get the truck unloaded. Also we asked them to be careful to not damage the walls and woodwork especially since this was our new home-not one incident! Our contact with the office, scheduling and follow up was exceptional too.
