I have to give this company credit the fact that they have taking good care of me when Im seriously needed it Brent the manager has gone above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure I have been taking care of this is an awesome company as far as Im concerned I just cant say enough good about it there may be some bad reviews there may be some good reviews everybody is entitled to their opinion my opinion this is an awesome company hats off to you mr. The technician asked me some questions, and he helped me figure out how to fix the chair she has now, which we purchased from this store. Over the years I have bought three high end power chairs from Nebraska Scooter Mart using Medicare and insurance. The people at NSM know what they are doing. Each year it gets more complicated. The Scooter put me in the right chair and follows up later with great service and soport. I highly recommend this company.

We have done business with Nebraska Scooter Mart for several years. We have purchased a walker, two wheelchairs, lift chair, and a scooter battery from them. They are awesome! They have come to my mom and dad’s home more than once to deliver an item or when something needed adjustment. They recently gave them a cup holder for the walker at no cost and then a few days later replaced missing pins in the wheelchair and didn’t charge them since they had extra parts at the store. They are very kind and considerate and know what the meaning of outstanding customer service is!

Brent and everyone at Nebraska Scooter Mart have always been very helpful to both of my parents when they needed scooter chairs. They are always there when we need them. My family appreciates all they did for our family.

The staff at NE Scooter Mart have been nothing short of 5 Star outstanding in correctly fitting my husband with go chairs when he was at the early stages of MS and then with motorized rehab power chairs and a vertical platform lift so he could enter our home as well as a vehicle lift for the van once his disease progressed. Visited this store with my 86 year old mother and was overjoyed on how they treated my mom. Met with the manager, Brent and he couldnt have been kinder to her and myself. Went there because my neighbor told me how they helped his dad with a scooter. Want to say thank you to them for all the help and information we received. Her new lift chair was delivered today and she loves it.

I have been a proud customer of the Scooter Mart for over eight years. My sister has also their fine services. When our Mother became ill, they were very involved in providing her needs. The staff there is quite knowledgeable, dependable, and most of all, professional. I appreciate their kind demeanor, and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my durable medical supplies.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I went there to purchase a cane for my mother and a wheelchair and the staff took their time to explain all of the differences to me and what would be the best fit for my mother. There was a very large selection, the prices were fair, and the store was very clean. I had all of my questions answered that I needed and am very happy with both of my purchases. I was even out with my mother one day at the mall and had a lady ask where my mother got her equipment and we mentioned Nebraska Scooter Mart and she had nothing but nice things to say about this place! I will be going back for my future needs!

I cannot recommend doing business with this establishment.Within the one-year warranty of our scooter, I phoned the owner to say we needed maintenance or service as our scooter had begun to simply stop unexpectedly, contrary to his representation at the time of purchase. I spoke one statement before he launched into a loud, vitriolic rant, repeating himself angrily with his same argument. If I wanted to speak, I had to interrupt, but even then he would not listen, waiting only to bluster on to his rehearsed pontification. If I tried to lighten the mood, he accused me of “laughing at” him.I have never before been subjected to such a rude, abusive bluster as this.His main argument was that we waited too long to report our problem with the scooter, even though it was well within the warranty time. The answer to this, had I had sufficient opportunity to speak, is simply this: if you have a warranty, that warranty is valid until its last day, as everyone knows.In the end the scooter was delivered to us, absent maintenance and without even a simple fix such as a small rubber circuit breaker cover.I cannot recommend doing business with the Nebraska Scooter Mart.

Recently had to go back to this location because no other store in the area had what I needed and it was an emergency. Im updating my review based on this latest interaction. Process was smooth and personnel were very helpful. Im not sure if the same person who caused my last visit to be so unpleasant still works at this location, but during this visit everybody at the store was nice and helpful. .

If you read the reviews that he gives after you give bad feedback you can see that hes a very rude and angry man which pretty much says that hes guilty of what the people are saying cant wait to see what he says about this review my experience in a store was not a good one but why explain it because hell just deny it and ridicule me like he did others all anybody has to do is read the reviews thats not that Im lying its your the liars cuz I read your views that sounds like youre threatening that guy to me and obviously you think I him you got an answer for everything I knew you would comment on my comment commenting on somebody elses comment but you wrote it not me so it looks pretty threatening to me now this was added since they commented on my comment liar fact anybody that give you a bad review you comment on it was some kind of bull and try to discredit them like you are doing with me all I can say is I told you so people

I was in need of a scooter for a few days so I could be with my wife at the hospital. Checked the internet for locations in Lincoln, saw NE Scooter Mart, I called them and inquired about possibility renting a scooter. Steve said they can do that, he explained the process and rates, very reasonable. Wrote me up, brought a scooter to me, explained everything about it and loaded it into my van. Very good experienceBy the way, after I returned the scooter, I checked a store on the south side of Lincoln to see what their rates were, surprise!, way higher then NE Scooter Mart, I questioned why their rates were so high, the person got upset with me and told me to check elsewhere.

This place has a wonderful staff and the owner was very kind and patient with me and my family when deciding what our options were for my grandmother. 10/10 would go back again

This store charged a 92-year old family member $399 for product and services not provided. The charge should have been $55 plus tax. If his son had not followed up with the store manager regarding the bill, the money would have been lost. Manager was condescending and treated us disrespectfully, hung up on my his son. . Refused any further service to customer. In my opinion, this is elderly exploitation.
