Glenn was very friendly and took a lot of time explaining how things work and the differences between the cars. There was no pressure to buy and he was very understanding of our requirements. The receptionist was also very friendly and made sure we were OK whilst waiting. Very positive experience and would highly recommend even if just to seek some advice!

I put a refundable reservation fee on a car on a Saturday with a promise of a video within 2 days. Passed 2 days and the usual excuses started to come up that it is still in the garage being prepped. Took over 10 days to finally send the video, and when it arrived it was a completly different spec to what was advertised. Promptly asked for my refund which was apparently being sorted. No refund to this date despite an email to the saleman asking for it and 2 phone calls to dealer where a manager will look into it and call you back. I had to file a chargeback through my bank in the end. Terrible service from a pathetic dealership.

Shocking customer service from the sales team before, during and after purchase.I Purchased Jaguar XE on 14th Nov 2020, arranged collection at 11am only to be told on arrival I was expected at 1pm, hence the car wasn’t ready. After a 3 hour journey home I found the car was faulty. Immediately I phoned the dealer at Lincoln and spoke to Terry, I was told to phone Jaguar assist who couldn’t find the initial fault but found two other issues with the ABS. Spoke to a manager called Mark on Sunday who promised to call me back at 10am on Monday with a plan to return the car to Lincoln, this did not happen so I phoned again at 11am and this time I spoke to another manager called Sam in sales, who informed me that Mark was in a meeting! We finally agreed between us that I would drive the car back and collect a courtesy car at 8am on the Tues and that he would be there. On arrival Sam was nowhere to be seen and I was left wondering who was going to deal with my car. Eventually I was directed to the service team who were extremely efficient and helpful, particularly Sam (in the service department) who also arranged to have the missing car mats in ready for my return. However, the courtesy car had little fuel in and with the return trip I am £40 out of pocket. As a new Jaguar customer, and the fact that i had only just bought the car I would have expected someone in sales to have made sure I was treated with the utmost priority. Surely one of those two managers should have given me a courtesy call since, to see if my issues had been dealt with. Moreover, this Car should not have been sold with a problem with the ABS and also what turned out to be a fault with the engine mounts.

Bought Fpace in September was unsure about it as it was automatic, was assured by the salesman I would find it really easy to adapt. Bought the car the day it was meant to be ready for collection I was let down saying it had a fault. The car was delivered to my house a day and a half later, the next day we realised there was a badge missing and a carpet clip also missing so reported the problem, 3 days into driving the car the add blue appeared on the screen, the car was supposed to of gone through a 165 point check I think mine didn’t. At this point I felt like I had made a mistake I didn’t like the automatic plus didn’t feel the service had been great especially paying the money I did for the vehicle, as of yet 1/03/21 the badge or carpet clip still hasn’t been sorted it also now has to have a service at the price of £512.00 absolutely disappointed and wish I had stuck with my Honda.

Would rather use 0 stars than even entertain giving 1. Absolutely disgusted with this garage. Partners car went in for a service in perfect condition, as soon as he was driving home the airbag light came on. Took it back the following day, wanting to charge £168 for looking and trying to find the issue (originally advised £140 as the forgot to mention VAT). Said it was something to do with the seat so would be an additional £300 or more... Including VAT. Took it higher which was a waste of time as they are saying it was a historical fault but a system update is now showing it. Funny that when it was taken early September whilst under warranty all was fine and they offered additional extras like painting underneath, now the vehicle is out of warranty they done an update which has found this historical fault and expecting this large amount of money. Considering the car was valeted and the seats pushed back to their limits seems a bit coincidental they have found this historical issue all of a sudden and not willing to accept its potentially something they have done. Will be taking this further and requesting documentation to prove it was a historical fault.

Not worth a star this lot. Invited to a VIP event - this was just an ordinary sales pitch without even a bow on it. No negotiation on brand new fully loaded I-Pace against my 2 year old F-Type SVR. Book price - take it or leave it. Not so much VIP as RIP off.

Called to view and test drive a car, being dealt with by Robert Drake. Received warm welcome at reception and Robert gave us information and test drive which left us with some reservations about suitability of car in question. Referral of another, complete with test drive resolved most if not all our issues and we were shown a couple of interesting possible purchases to dwell on over weekend. A friendly, informative and rewarding visit. We will get back to Robert and are grateful for his excellent customer service.

Went in this morning after a 14 hour shift at work practically begging for help. My boot wouldnt open and my house keys, wallet etc were all in my work bag in my boot. Told them no family local and if i cant get in Id have to sleep the day somewhere in the car. Even went as far as to give consent to break the back seat open to get access to it. Nope, only way in is to completely dismantle the rear seats and itd take 2 hours but they didnt have time so id have to leave it the whole day (obviously not an option) take it to a local garage, young lad takes pity and gives it a whirl having never looked inside a jag before, between him and myself had the rear seats out within 15 minutes and back in within another 10 minutes. Absolutely disgusting service from so called Specialists, Im beyond livid and I will spread this message as far as I can!

My 2 year old Jaguar has a service plan in place for 4 years. My first 2 experiences have been exactly as expected. No hidden charges, no unexpected bills, I did have to pay for new tyres but that is expected. Great coffee, and free collection and delivery. I think that some of these reviews must be for a different company as I am totally happy and look forward to buying another Jaguar once the lease on this one runs out.

We were abit jubilant or apprehensive about visiting this kind of garage even though we were keen to view a jaguar and find out more about one as we are looking to up date our car soon, there was a vip event going off and it was nice to walk in to the show room on a red carpet but the receptionist didnt welcome us in or ask us anything just looked at us liked wed stepped in dog muck and wiped it on the carpet on the way in, we had alook around and wanted to know the difference between two different cars but even though we eventually got a nice lady to help us with looking, she then left us with a salesman which in fairness was very nice to us, we still never really got the answers we sort after i explained that we wouldnt be buying a brand new car, then we got stereotyped as not wanting a car and probably couldnt afford one and husherd out of the showroom and shown some cars which we werent really interested in, pity cause we will be buying a new if not second hand car from a neutral car garage and hopefully taken abit more seriously, for that reason i only gave a 3 star rating 🤔

My car went in for its first service yesterday and I could not be happier with the standard in the showroom. I work I retail and my car is a company/fleet vehicle. I have taken my previous cars to non-dealers and they see you as a number!! Where as I genuinely came out in the morning with high expectations and they did not let me down Stacey on the desk was very welcoming and they even gave my car a full valet (which I was not expecting). As I work in retail I ask for high scores on N.P.S and never ask for 10/10 because no one is perfect as this is upto 5 a 4 would be unfair so on a very rare occasion you get a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me. We are in the market next year for a new vehicle and i will certainly be visiting this dealership to see if the sales team can match the service team.

Like buying from a low class used car dealer. My salesman was hard sell and very unlike what you would expect from a Jaguar dealer. He became very cocky once he knew I wanted the car and used swear words (a lot) once he knew he had the sale. Im not offended by swearing by any means but it just didnt seem right when youre handing over a considerable amount of money. On collection, the guy really didnt want to show me around the car, it was clearly an effort for him. After the sale, he didnt want to know me. I had a simple question about the service of the car and because I was out of town, he couldnt be bothered. I bought the car because it was the particular colour and spec that I wanted, despite the awful salesman, but I certainly wouldnt return there.

Went in about a month ago looking at XEs and XFs. We were quickly acquainted with one of their sales guys Jonathan, who spent time explaining what each vehicle could offer. I decided on the XE and took a test drive in one, which was great. We went away and did some homework on low mileage used XEs and what was on the market. I found just what I was looking for, but at a showroom in central London. Jonathan called the next day as a follow up to our visit and I explained what Id found. Within 24 hours he came back with a similar car and slightly better spec, which I test drove and bought a few days later. Great professional service both before, during and after sale, from a very knowledgeable and likeable guy. The XE I bought on a 66 plate is by far the best car Ive driven and offers a lot of car for the price. Great all round experience, thank you.

Recently had my car serviced at Outer Circle Road.I was at the time quite happy with the service, however was advised to get the tyre tracking done.I thought that at the time it was surely ok, as I had new tyres fitted several months earlier and I had it all tracked. As I am a carefull driver, when it comes to hitting pot holes and curbs, I was very surprised and was not willing to pay the £80I have just taken it to get it checked on a electronic test station, as I was concerned about what Jaguar had said and did not want to damage my new tyres. My thoughts were confirmed, all tyre alignments were still perfect.Could easily of wasted a lot of cash.Added at 11.05 on 4 June 2018Just spoke to a representative of Jaguar and I have updated the review, to reflect the true cost of the tracking, I had quoted the wrong price in the original review. It was £80 which I have edited above.

You buy from garages you either like, trust or respect. Marshalls have neither of these attributes. My car is only 4 years old and a top of the range sports car. I was told I had an oil leak and asked where it was coming from this culminated in a £1,049 bill.Warning light on dashboard, pedestrian impact warning problem culminating in a £497 repair. Also told I needed a new power cable at £1,325 and I needed a left and right lower wishbone inner bush at £706. Total diagnostic charges - I was never informed of - £350!!I smelt a rat with this garage as they said I needed other work doing which had already had done elsewhere. I took my car to another Jaguar garage for a 2nd opinion (another £72 diagnostic charge). The Master Technician of 14 years Jaguar experience found no reason to change the cable and no fault on the wishbones. There was no play and he took me under the car to demonstrate the findings. I was told they did not need replacing!!I think they make up work and are very creative at finding ways of gaining more money from the customer. The so called courtesy car has a £15 charge. No-one else has ever charge me for courtesy vehicles. My last 3 visits cost me £2,192 service & repairs. I complained to Jaguar directly but told they have no control over charges with an Independent Garage.Apart from the girls on reception and the service desk staff - the management I spoke to need to be retrained as at times they were rude and do not understand the customer is King.In future I will drive twice the distance to go to another Jaguar Dealer - one I can trust.

Do not visit this posh car shed unless your current vehicle is immaculate. You will be asked to move it as it ruins their pretentious glossy appearance. With a BMW 5GT coming up for renewal and a Volvo XC90 not far behind I was interested to see what Jag has to offer. My viewing pleasure was rudely interrupted by the chief of the shine police who asked me to remove my car from the forecourt. I made a joke about it being dirty and without cracking a smile, the perfect lighting shining off the Brylcreem in his hair, he said there is parking around the back, that is our pitch where we sell our cars. Now I would be the first to admit that my car was particularly dirty and dusty, but I live on a farm out in the country. It gets dirty and dusty. So dutifully I got in my car ... and drove off his pitch and onward to other car retailers who were less particular about how clean their customers cars are. What I saw of the Jags before being evicted was very impressive and I am very interested. Fortunately, should I choose to buy one, there are many places in this country that sell them and I wont have to go back here.

November I purchased an Approved Used Jaguar XE Sport from Marshalls Jaguar Lincoln. Shortly after taking delivery of the car a small fault with the windscreen washer reservoir sensor led to a series of faults and frustrating repeat visits to the dealership that closely mimic the old song by Flanders and Swan of ‘It was on the Monday morning that the gasman came to call’.1. The car was taken in to replace the sensor under warranty - I was then informed that the water supply pipe to the headlights was spilt and would need replacing.2. The car was taken in to replace the headlight washer pipes, this required the front bumper to be removed from the car - After completion I noticed that the Gap between the front bumper and the bonnet was not equal (twice as wide on one side than the other). Also there was something hanging down between the lower front bumper and the panel behind it. Bumper was realigned, but informed by the dealership that the lower front bumper had a split in it which would require specialist welding.3. Took the car in for the bumper repair. Collected it the following day. Although the welding was an excellent repair, noticed that the bonnet had some abrasive marks in the clear coat - neither the Servicing Manager nor the Sales Manager could identify the marks or what might have caused them. Took the car to a Jaguar Approved Body Repairer (Brooklands of Lincoln) close examination showed both undercoat and topcoat overspray on the bonnet, headlights, the front wings and abrasion marks.4. A check of the journeys made by my car on my Jaguar Remote App showed that the car was returned from the ‘specialist welder’ and 10 minutes later made a return round trip journey back to the ‘special’s location and back again to the dealership - had they forgotten to replace something or were they using my car (a customer’s car) as a ‘pool’ car to return the driver who had delivered my car back to them? The car is now awaiting an appointment for an electric mop and polish to correct the damaged areas. To say that I have loss all faith and confidence in Marshalls Jaguar Lincoln is an understatement.
