I used United Rentals to rent a mini skid for a home project. The United Rentals website was easy to use to find what I needed. Drop off and pickup options were available, clearly priced, and saved me time. The local agent communicated with me regularly to help me make the most of my time and to make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done as well as arranging tines to fit my schedule. It was almost too easy.

Website was easy to use, got a call regarding some minor changes and that communication was good, forklift got delivered on time as promised

Was in need of a concrete grinder and started with the Omaha location and Tylor and he did not have one available. He did reach out to the person that had it rented to see if it would be back early but no luck. He then checked other stores and one had just come back into the south Lincoln store. He put me in contact with them and my reservation was made. Picked up Friday afternoon and started working that night. Great tool for the job.

Fransisco is wonderful to work with. He provides timely and thoughtful communication and helps us navigate any last-minute changes we have, which are frequent since the weather affects our installation schedule.
