There is good customer service, and then there is how far above and beyond Hamilton went to make sure we had the right tool for the job. I don’t know how anybody could choose any other company for their equipment rentals. These guys are the only way to go!

Have bought a couple kubota machines from them and rent a bobcat 3 or 4 times a year depending on the year. This last time they sent out a 5 series almost out of hydraulic oil broken headlights and obviously needing maintenance. We used it about 1 maybe one and a half hours before a line on the mower popped off then spilled fluid everywhere and broke the coupler. They tried to charge 700 bucks for a hydraulic line repair. Its not the same company it used too be even a year ago beware when renting machines from them.

Hamilton Equipment Rental took great care of us. We rented a bobcat with an auger to dig fence post holes. We ran into an issue where we couldnt work the weekend we originally rented the equipment, and even though we had already picked it up, Hamilton worked with us to return it and rent it the next weekend with no extra charges. They showed us how to work the bobcat and made everything as seamless as I could have hoped. Great company to work with!

Karsten and Hamilton Equipment Company are a top notch outfit!I was in the market for a Bobcat excavator and I found the one I wanted at Hamilton. Being located in MN and having not seen the machine in person, I was quite reluctant to wire the $50k for the machine before they even shipped it to me! Karsten made me feel comfortable enough to do so and I wired the money. I received the machine with some minor discrepencies, but Karsten made it right with me promptly!! I true gentleman and first class company! So nice to work with people of integrity these days!! I will be checking out Hamilton again, next time I need a machine! This is a good place for renting Power Equipment such as skid steers front end loaders backhoes and other large-scale power tools I have a very good selection and they maintain their equipment fairly well.

Sold me a piece of --t and then refused to correct ALL the problems, instead told me I didnt need the AC anyway . Im 60 yrs old and it is a 100 degrees in that cab. Kirsten Th--------. is a liar and a cheat. AND the owner wouldnt return my calls or emails. I say go somewhere else.
