I love coming to this store to get anything I need professionally printed in big amounts. Ive come here twice now and even when there are complications that arise they work quick to fix anything that comes up!In my most recent order I had made a mistake in the process of uploading my files for a brochure. Mitchell reached out to me and told me the situation, then even went out of his way to fix my file and recreate the order. The communication and extra effort were all well worth the low price that I paid!

Mitchell has done a great job for my business brochures and any ideas I come up with to be printed. I’ve been a returning customer for a while because of great service like his. 5 star!! I’ll be back!

Immensely helpful. Unlike other stores where you have to hunt to find someone to help you this store literally the moment I looked up someone was there and to assist me. Theyre very knowledgeable and kind. The prices are comparable to what you would pay for online shopping and you get it immediately. I absolutely love this place and I will be purchasing all my goods from here for both of my local stores

I havent been to this store before but I called and asked some questions to look for something they did not carry it and they could not get the product I wanted back in but the guy was very helpful on the phone and put me in the right direction of where I could find the product I needed I thank you very much you guys are awesome

Not at all impressed with the experience of online ordering or order pick up. The item in which I ordered is fantastic. The customer service at this particular store is terrible. The cashier is rude and condescending, they have several people waiting at their print service and nobody at their online order pick up. This will likely be the last time I ever shop at this store.

The S/O just had an extremely bizarre situation at this location. Usually we enjoy browsing staples as they have a wide selection of office supplies which we both enjoy looking at, and maybe we were doing so for a long time, but eventually we get to the items we were looking for at the time of visit and they were close to the office chairs which we did decide to try out, but as we do, some man, I assume security, comes up to the two of us, blocking me from one aisle, and asks the two of us Are we having a fun time? There was no reason for this.

Mitchell in printing was awesome! Extremely helpful for the project we were printing for. He called to make sure we were getting what we wanted and helped us decide what paper would be best. Our project went smoothly because of him. 👌🏻

I was here on 2020-07-23 at 3:00pm. The assistant manager was not wearing his mask properly. Hanging it under your nose does no one any good.Otherwise, the other employees were really nice and helpful (and all wore their masks properly). Better selection of many things than the local Best Buy.

Great place to shop. They always seem to have what you need and very knowledgeable professional support staff. Our business frequents Staples two or more times a week. Another great service is they will compare their price against Amazons on the computer with you present and match prices if is less expensive. It is hard to beat the quality and service that they offer. I highly recommend that you give them an opportunity to serve you and you will agree.

I have been here multiple times and they keep messing up orders in the print department, really unprofessional and rude employees with no compensation or courtesy in regards to mistakes on their end. Id rather give business elsewhere and plan on doing so. If you have a deadline with presentations required, I would recommend depending on another store or location.

Very Poor Customer Service - Spoke with Melissa at the copy center and front start to finish it was clear that she was doing me a favor just to speak with me. Sent my copies electronically to be printed and asked for a call back when received. And never got a call back- Been to other stores and this store was by far the worst

Centrally located. Very friendly and helpful staff.I had ordered some personalized invitations to be picked up late afternoon. I happened to be close by a few hours earlier, so I stopped in just to check and see if they were by chance ready. They hadnt been cut, yet, but the very pleasant associate got them ready for me so I wouldnt need to return to the store later. Great customer service!

Printing service is EXCELLENT! If you have a small business, I HIGHLY recommend them. Everything from business cards to brochures and flyers... these guys will take good care of you and get the job done with high quality.

Didnt explain the Reward coupon and it showed 1 cent off. When explained I was to get my rewards, Im still waiting after 2 weeks. Ill use Office Depot.

My wife geeks out on office supplies, and this Staples had plenty to offer. She browsed the store for almost an hour, finding everything she wanted.

I LOVE the prices at Staples and have been getting all my business prints done at this location for 4 years now which has stacked up to thousands of dollars. Whoever the new short haired blond woman is working the print section is an AWFUL, ANGRY, UNHELPFUL WENTCH. Fire her and Ill return or maybe force her to smile, be pleasant, and nice to the customer.

Staples always has a good selection of office supplies and their printers are always available.

I am absolutely furious and upset because I so happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. I needed to use the public restroom and someone had horrifically posted a picture of pennywise (It perfectly laminated) in the women restroom inner doorway stall. The store absolutely had to know they did this because who the heck tapes a laminated scary picture like that in the restroom.

I used to love going to the Lincoln Staples for my printing needs. Their prices were good and the service was phenomenal! That is, until they lost their best employee, Heath. Since Heaths departure (not sure if it was voluntary or not) the service in the copy center has gone downhill. The employees are incompetent and inexperienced and very unwilling to help. I have since gone back to printing at Kinkos, and I would recommend that you do too. Sure the prices are higher, but at least their employees know what theyre doing.

Normally Staples is a go-to place, but yesterday I needed to use the bathroom. It was filthy. Its obvious it hasnt been serviced in days, and even then, not thoroughly. Then I noticed the drinking fountain and it was similar.Even though the store was shiny, this bathroom visit was revealing.

Poor customer service. I drove all the way to the store to get an item that was listed on line as in stock and on sale. They didnt have that brand and refused to substitute the other brand. No apologies whatsoever.

Horrible. They are not s printing company but make it seem so. Emoloyees are unqualified at performing any technical procedures. I simply asked to read a file on a flash drive and they said it was protected after showing then how to do it they still could bot get me a price on the printing. I decided to do the printing order line. They called the day it was due and told me the poster would not be ready bc of issue with a machine and they would call me back later with details. They never called but emailed me late ...to late for me to pick up bc I was expecting a call. I went in the next day to find out that the poster was still not done even after they emailed me the night before saying my order was complete. I was upset and asked for a refund after 20 minutes they said I would get my money back in 3-5 days. Horrible customer service and lack of knowledge from each store manager. Joke of a store at 48 and O

Dont do business with staples. I wanted to buy a laptop listed as 499. The guy in the store said they dont have it but I can order online for the same price. Went home, ordered online for 529! Was expecting the package delivered, checked their website and order was cancelled without any notice to me. No e-mail, no phone call nothing. I called the costumer service line, she was very rude and made me no explanation. They list products that they dont have or they dont want to sell. By the way, the amount is still blocked on my credit card, I need a laptop but cant go get from bestbuy because idiots block my credit card limit.

Wait around for 20 minutes before customer service came to help. Employees standing around just talking. Only for them to say they dont have it in stock.

Pleasure doing business there.bought a nice demo copier, printer, fax machine for a very good price and Chase was very helpful.

Yesterday, 04/27/2015, I walked into this store with 400$, intent to purchase, and the ability to use an employee discount. I was in the market for either a Tablet, or a Chromebook. So upon entering I head straight for the display of laptops and tablets.And I wait. And then I wait. And for good measure, I wait some more.After about 20 minutes I decide to wander the store a bit. During this whole process Ive made eye contact with every employee willing to chance a look my direction. After wandering a bit I return to tablets/laptops. Ive now been spotted there twice, perhaps I want to buy one?And then I wait. NO SERVICE!You have a person who intends to make a purchase, and you completely ignore them! I decided to drag the manager out of his back room hiding place (store #1900 by the way) and let him know how I was treated. Very nicely I state I walked in with 400$, an employee discount, and was not able to be served! Office Depot is just down the street, Ill be bringing my business there.The manager really did not seem to care, which makes sense honestly. None of the employees seemed to care either, so look at their leader. Terrible.In case anybody is wondering, I purchased my Chromebook and gadgets at Office Depot and couldnt be happier with their service.

The copier was not working right and clerk did my copies but she missed several pages so I had to elsewhere to finish job.
