Selling RTX cards for almost double market value. A $500-$600 card should not cost $1000+.That is scalping prices.Edit: Now they are stating that they are paying the same outrageous prices. Which only happens if they are already buying from a retailer and then reselling them instead of receiving product directly from the manufacture properly. I still stand behind it being scalping prices as the only way to obtain cards at the outrageous prices is by buying from the scalpers. DO NOT BUY from this business.

This is my new go-to for anything computer related. My boyfriend bought his 3060 Ti a few weeks ago and I bought my ASUS monitor here last week. The monitor was about $50 more expensive than at Best Buy but Id rather spend that money and support a local business, especially when the customer service is great. I brought my newly built PC here this week because I had issues with booting. They checked all my hardware, stress tested the PC, and got Windows running and even threw in a recovery USB for free. They are knowledgeable and genuinely care. I suggest this place to everyone.

Was going to jam my graphics card into a new pre-built from Best Buy but after talking to Connor, who isnt even a full time salesperson, I built a new system from the ground up for the first time with my two grade school age sons as a family Christmas gift/experience. Then my sons both pooled their savings and Christmas gift money together and bought a 32 curved gaming monitor from here (a killer monitor that was at least 10% cheaper here than Newegg). My youngest keeps randomly saying, I cant believe I built my own computer. He had so much fun. More expensive than my original Best Buy plan? Barely... and the components are all way better quality... so, no, not really. People, shop here. Dont buy online. Price, selection, and service. It can be done. These guys rock.

Nick came the same day we called for assistance. He was very knowledgeable and helped us resolve an issue we had been struggling with for quite some time. Highly recommend! Took less than an hour to fix it when we had put countless hours on the phone with others who were NO help. Knows his stuff about Quick Books interface and the ins and outs that had us stumped, and had us up and running in no time. Awesome!

I built my first computer recently and it turns out there were a number of things I didnt fully anticipate or plan for. Luckily the experts here were happy to help. I paid them to do the wire maintenance in my new computer (which is superbly well done now) and when I ran into further troubles I wound up bringing my new computer back to get their help when I couldnt get the drivers to function correctly.Hopefully the next time I walk into the shop, its to buy a new monitor. But I know that if I ever need my computer repaired or serviced, Im coming back.

They are selling rtx 3070 for 899.99 MSRB on the card is 500, they are selling the RTX 3080 for over a thousand dollars. their excuse on this was supply and demand. They are taking advantage of the shortage of cards to overcharge them. They are no better than the scalpers that are buying up all the cards and selling them at a profit. Companies like this one are part of the problem.

Came in having a bunch of parts and not sure what motherboard and cpu to put together. They talked with me for almost an hour about what I was going to use it for, how often I would upgrade, etc. Fantastic and realistic service. Put the CPU in for me and even had a screw I was missing or dropped when I was putting it together myself.I highly recommend them.

I have a restaurant and our receipt printers stopped working in the middle of lunch. I made a couple of phone calls to other local businesses who recommended IT Computers. After a quick phone call with Nick to describe my network problem, we made an appointment for the same afternoon. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed our switch issue, charged us a very fair price, and emailed the invoice as requested. Problem solved! Will definitely use them again.

I bought an 8GB RAM Module from IT Computers for my laptop. I got it home and installed it. It didnt work. I took it back to the store and it determined my PC wasnt compatible with the RAM. No questions asked, I gave them my receipt and the gentleman even tried the RAM there on a similar laptop and it worked. Very friendly people there and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend. They stand behind what they sell.

Price was almost double of anywhere else, but mentioned that and they tried to price match. Not completely matched but close enough for me to buy.In reply to the response from IT Computers, the product wasnt priced for black Friday and the brand of the RAM we looked at was PNY which is a name brand part. I understand you want to defend your rating, however this is based on my opinion and other people that read my opinion can choose to consider it or not. I wasnt unfair, the price started at almost double and you price matched close enough to convince me to buy.

This is the 2nd computer I bought from there. Never had problems with the first one and wanted to upgrade so bought from them again. The guys are super nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me suggestions and options. Im over 60 and they treated me respectfully despite all my dumb questions.

I needed a charger for my macbook air. I have bought other cords for my computer at best buy and the apple store but i wanted to have a cheaper option. I understand that I did not know the exact type my computer was but the guy was unwilling to give me any helpful information. I do not know much about computers and he continued to talk to me like i was dumb.

I was stressed about my computer not working and Im a college student. So I took it to IT computers and they were able to help me out. I first went to Geek Squad which was going to take a few weeks to fix but only took a few days with this company!

1 star for each computer theyve assembled for me, usually decent work and takes less than a day. After my experience with them today I will never be going back there with my business, and I have gone to this store for years for the occasional cable or part back when it was called dit computers.Yesterday I talked to a very kind and friendly gentleman that has a fantastic accent, and he helped me get a new external hard drive for my family because I had concerns our old picture drive was going bad. He told me they would look into it and if they could fix the old drive it would be 60$, their standard work charge, the same as what it costs to put an entire computer together. The nice fellow assured me they could format the new drive the way I wanted, that it was simple to do and would be free. Great, I went home fingers crossed that my priceless family pictures could be saved.So they call me today and were unable to access my old drive, since they couldnt there was no service charge . I go to the store to pick up both drives and get home to my better half and figure out what to do about this unfortunate situation. When I was at the store speaking with a different, particularly heavy set employee, he tried telling me they couldnt format my new drive without a 40$ software, what I had been told the day before was easy to do and would be free. This unpleasant individual was essentially lying to my face, trying to nickel and dime me... A quick google search at home and I found that I could easily format the drive myself in 5 minutes using the standard disk management utility for windows......This was all very upsetting. This was a store I trusted to help out every once in a while, and they tried to abuse the situation to make some food money. I hope that rude fat guy is happy, I wont be visiting IT Computers ever again in the future unless he no longer works there.

I had a great first time experience at this store . I worked with three different individuals and they were all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The glass screen on my laptop developed two spontaneous cracks. I took it to the store where I had originally purchased the computer. They wanted $475.00 to replace the glass . I took my computer to IT Computers and they fixed it in just a few days at one half the price . They will now have any future business that I may require. A very all around pleasant experience !!!

I was charged approximately $150.00 6 weeks ago for laptop issue. They cleared the settings and downloaded Windows 10. Last week, the sign-in would not work so I took it back to them. They said the Windows 10 program was corrupted and wanted to charge another $150.00 to download again. I called Microsoft and the technician I spoke with told me that this was highly unlikely and that I was being scammed. She also said to always call them first with any issues because they will talk you through them or provide help with downloads. And.. oh yeah... its free!!!

What a great place!! I took 4 old laptop drives there to have all pictures (a boat load) put on a flash drive. They had it done, and ready for me in just 2 hours, and only charged me 52 bucks!!!! I will be recommending this place to everyone. I am tickled to leave this review.

Went well, but I needed an adapter.Googled around, only found one at BestBuy for $20.00.Then, I searched computer supply store or something, and found IT Computers.Stopped by after work. They had the same part, but from a better brand than RocketFish.$9 and some change after tax. If I need ANYTHING, Im going to IT Computers first. Theyve got thermal paste, too, which is hard to find offline.Ill be upgrading various stuff over the next year. IT Computers will be the first place I look. Nice staff, super helpful, and they have a big inventory of all the little details you dont realize you need until you buy a computer.

I bought a desktop from them that they built for me about 4 years ago and never have had any issues with my set up. Ive bought RAM upgrades and also had a terminally ill laptop repaired to fine working order. they even recommended parts that would help my laptop run faster and more reliable. When you go to build a computer there are a dozen places things can go wrong, and when they go wrong they can be quite costly. IT computers will make building a computer feel like putting together Lego. Theyve done the leg work and will have no problem communicating things like why you cant use a certain stick of RAM on a certain motherboard. Often times with people who build PCs youll find those who will will look down on you or treat you the consumer as just another customer to churn money. IT Computers does a very good job of not talking down to their customers like most other places do. This store is operated by some of Lincolns most outstanding people in both character and work ethic. Ive spent thousands here for both personal and business and anytime I have a computer issue in hardware, firmware, or software IT Computers is the first stop Ill make to save money and get the highest quality result.

Spent 3500 dollars in the last two years at IT having 2 computers built. Took the latest computer we bought for over 900 dollars that’s not even year old twice each time when we got it back it won’t connect to the internet. They refuse to send some one out unless they bill. Spend more by a nice name brand one and pay for the service plan don’t get roped into this scam.

Yesterday, Nick from ITC delivered the best customer service we have ever received. Nick was courteous, professional, and did a fine job of explaining the problems and his solutions to them in a calm, unhurried laymans language. In addition to fixing the major problem, he voluntarily cleaned up some other nits that had been frustrating us for a long time. It was wonderful service delivered in a very pleasant, comfortable manner. We are very grateful.

Solid selection, not the greatest help. I bought a MacBook pro from here over the weekend, after weeks of researching and trying to find the exact one that i wanted. After multiple visits, i had found the one i wanted and bought it. Having freshly switched my cell phone to an iPhone 6s+ i was excited for the jump to my very first mac. Unfortunately i still cannot fully use the laptop until i get ahold of them, because they did not remove the administrative account from the device. After multiple visits, and knowing me on what seemed like a first name basis, i thought they would take care of the small extras on the computer, making it user ready from the time it was bought. Again, great products, just not the best help.

These guys hire me as an Electronics Bench Technician, as posted descriptively. Then tells me 3 days later Im not what they were looking for!? Haha. Ok. They were looking for some that had computer hardware/software experience. I told this easy eastern European man that I HAVE NO WORK EXPERIENCE with software but can learn quickly. Again, NOT in the job description. So I left a good job thinking this would be gainable experience for 1 that cant even decide what they want in someone that WANTS to work for them. So, during my observations of my short time thaere, there are 2 associates there with very good customer service AND/ALSO VERY extensive knowledge of what they do. The soldering skill set that I personally witnessed was attrotious. It wasnt clean globs of solder being hovered over the motherboard for a 6 pin IC extraction to swap into another. Thats all. Yes lots of cool stuff inside for you gamers, or whatevs. Repairs, hardware wise?!🙄🙄🙄 Ok, phone or screen replacement. Software? Up to you!!

Support your local shops! These guys have been great, theyve helped me troubleshoot a couple of issues in the past, and are very helpful with reasonable prices if it turns out you do need a new component, or you need them to do more than just diagnose a problem.

I took my computer in because it was randomly shutting off, and I was told that it was the motherboard, so I agreed to pay to have it replaced. When I got it back, the mouse was sticking and I couldnt click on things without clicking at least 4 or 5 times to try to get it unstuck. I took it back because that had never been a problem before and was told that it was just a missing or broken part under the mouse, so they put some foam or something in it so that it would work better. When I got it back, not only did the mouse still not work very well, but my computer is possessed! The cursor moves all over the screen by itself and clicks on everything in its path. It is crazy to watch your cursor racing around the screen, closing things youre working on and opening all kinds of things you didnt want to open. So after putting money into fixing my computer, and getting it back worse than when I took it in twice, I bought a new Dell computer online. I use my laptop for work, and a host of other things, and I was tired of losing my work, having to go to the task manager, and then quit applications in order to get the cursor to stop moving around the screen. I will never go back to IT, as I do not trust a company that gives me back my laptop with more probllms than I took it in with!!

I had a great first time experience! The guy who had a great accent (Bulgarian or Russian) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and polite! Id give it a five stars for the customer service. Its four, for now, because I didnt make a purchase.EDIT: Their prices are comparable to online shops! I.T. maybe a few dollars extra for most of their products but consider paying extra for shipping and handling for online stores. Overall the prices are reasonably the same. But in I.T. you will get it right away rather than waiting a week or less for your stuff if you purchase something online.ALSO: Im not sure if they have special deals on certain days. So you may find better sales online.They dont have a wide variety of brands but they have the essentials. From thermal paste, cpu fans, cases, MOBAS, GPUs, etc! The quality ranges from average to above average. THATS NOT A BAD THING! One things for sure, you wont get bad quality. Id recommend this place to anyone who are building their own rig (novice), need spare parts, and/or advice!

Not what I remember from when I used to buy parts here when I was in college. I asked for an Am3 motherboard, they only had one, and wanted $80 before tax. The same board can be purchased on Newegg for $53. When I made that comment the store clerk replies with they couldnt compete with online prices... Understandable however when they mark up parts about 60% higher than the online retailers thats simply highway robbery. Will never go there again and wont recommend to anyone. Google what you need and go through Newegg. I once spent under $200 here and built an entire tower pc, now they just want to rake non-tech knowledgeable people over the coals.
