Went in for HOT donuts because of the Hot Light activation on their app. The hot donuts were not ready so the shift manager gave me a dozen that were made a little earlier at a greatly reduced price. Folks, that is customer service and why, in my opinion, Krispy Kreme is hands down, the best donut in America. Thank you for a wonderful customer service experience...

Love their original creme filled donuts!!! Yeah buddy! And they follow mandates passed by the law (hint hint... this to all those folks who Dont, like wearing masks indoors!!....u know who u are!!) Good looking out for the city of Lincoln, Krispy Kreme ppl!

For a Sunday they were very well staffed and working fairly quickly to fill orders. I was very happy with their speed and accuracy.

We drive clear across town to go to Krispy Kreme. Staff is always friendly, and curtious. The donuts are always so good.

Very good love them! The most recent times I’ve gone the donuts seemed doubled glazed and they are way too sweet. I asked specifically for a donut with icing without being glazed and they gave me it glazed and with icing way too sweet.

GREAT doughnuts. (Full disclosure: I like them better cold and slightly aged so that theyre chewier. Definitely dont like them hot & fresh because theyre too soft and messy.) Dont order their coffee though. Ive tried it a couple of times and I think I can conclude now that they dont specialize in coffee.

I had a terrible experience. There was only me and one other car in the drive thru and nobody inside so they weren’t busy. I went to order a medium iced coffee and a donut, but I only managed to order the coffee because after they took my coffee order they went radio silent for 3 minutes before I asked if I could finish ordering or if I should just pull forward. At this point, they asked me to repeat the coffee order I had repeated three times already. I decided not to order a donut because it wasn’t worth the hassle. When I got to the window I paid for a medium drink and they handed me a small. When I clarified with them that it was supposed to be a medium, they lied to my face saying it was a medium (it was not. I’ve gotten mediums here before and it was definitely bigger than what they handed me today). Not wanting to argue and just move on with my day I took it and left. The coffee didn’t end up getting made right either and it tastes awful. I will never go back.

We got a free donut, though I didn’t realize what was really going on! Thank you, your donuts are delicious.

I mean Krispy Kreme is always good. The heart donuts were expensive and for what I played I expected the be a little cuter. They were pretty sloppy to be honest. But that had no effect on taste and Im sure they will still get gobbled up.

Doughnuts are delicious, I assume especially if you dont like filled doughnuts. Unfortunately those are my favorite. And its highly disappointing when I get one with literally no filling, like not even a hole for them to have tried and filled it, especially when it happens fairly regularly...

The best doughnut shop in the city, especially if they are fresh. These doughnuts are always light, airy, and not too sweet when you get the original. This will always be my #1 place to get doughnuts!

Not what I remember Krispy Kreme being like back in the day when I used to get their donuts from the gas station. The drive-thru service was mediocre at best and the line took forever. Just a bunch of kids with no customer service skills and in no hurry to keep the lines moving.

This location participated in national donut day all week, not sure if it was all Krispy Kreme that did that. Went there with wife and kids and they were very friendly and quick. The have deals fairly often, so its great! My wife normally goes there and had good experiences.

Clean, fresh and friendly. The crullers are still the best on their menu, but thats just MY favorite. The regular glazed look delightful as does the array of filled and frosted and otherwise sweet snacks.I am still fascinated by the conveyor belt that pushes fresh donuts and smells into the bright atmosphere which just beckons you to buy and eat!

Its Krispy Kreme. Whats not to like? Fresh donuts, hot coffee, cold milk, nice staff. What else could you ask for of a chain that many have come to call their donut shop. It doesnt have that small town feel of a daylight donut, but when do we see these in a small town?

Donuts we got today were not fresh-tasted more like day old and wheres the cream? Ate 3/4 of the donut before any cream was found. This Krispy Kreme location sucks compared to the one I patronize in Omaha. Seems like the owner of the Lincoln location is more concerned about profit rather than a quality product.

My daughter brought back 3 dozen donuts to Grand Island yesterday...our family loves Krispy Kreme and they were bad. So disappointed. Hardly any glaze and they were beyond day old. We wont give up on Krispy Kreme but we will definitely check our donuts next time we order. So bummed 😔

Love those Krispy Kreme glazed donuts! They offer other types of donuts as well. Coffee, tea and soft drinks too. If you are lucky enough to be there when they are making fresh ones, you can watch the automated machine through the indoor windows. Quite interesting. Order a dozen to go and youll get them fresh off the conveyor.

Love this place. They always have such great donuts. Theyre still really good if you freeze them, and microwave them later. I dont usually like cake donuts, but I tried their blueberry ones, and they were amazing!

This is a morning donut staple! Everyone knows Krispy Kreme. You know someone really wants to impress when they walk in with a giant Krispy Kreme box. Best fresh donuts in my book!

Bad, bad, bad. I went in this morning to get the new creme filled glazed donut, thinking that if I got there early enough they would have some. Ive been to KK on a few occasions where they advertise a donut and Id like to try it and they dont have it. So I thought Id go in early. Well of course they didnt have any. The gal told me they opened up at 5:30 and I know that, thats what time I was there. Did she mean that they dont start making donuts till they open?? So if I would have ordered another kind of donut, would it have been an old one?? I have wanted to go when they advertise their lemon glazed but never have because they never have the special donuts. This place is a joke.

My son and I just visited your store this am.. while waiting in line..a large group of about 10-15 ? College age men came in , did not social distance, some of which were not were not wearing masks, lobby very crowded..( not reporting) too many people in lobby during covid 19 situation.. staff didnt know what to do... panicked... I am very unhappy!

The French Crueller is just a cake doughnut in the shape of a FC. Never let them pick your variety dozen, youll get 12 of their most unpopular doughnuts, and probably at least 8 of the exact same one.

Ive been working in an office capacity for a long time, people are always bringing in donuts, I can say without a doubt that Krispy Kreme make the best. They melt in your mouth, are reasonably priced, and the employees at this location are great. I wish the coffee was better though!

If you havent tried their donut holes, GO NOW. Usually hot off the press most evenings somewhere between 6-8. Pop one in and youll never want any other donut again. If you get them after theyve cooled, warm them in the microwave like the regular glazed. Look out though, a box of 48 is not good for the hips, but delicious on the lips! We cant get enough of them.
