Store itself is fine, but the staff were so rude for no reason. They gave many judgemental stares and acted like you were in the wrong. They also were very unhelpful except for maybe one worker who still seemed like they didnt want to help. Staff needs work!

I ordered something online 2 months ago, paid for it and still have not received my item. I have spent hours on hold for customer service and still nothing. I emailed the company as well and still no response! We have ordered from here several times and shopped in the store and always gotten great service so I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service now.

I took my daughter shopping last night to PacSun in the gateway mall and we were treated very rudely by the staff. We asked for a fitting room and the blonde girl acted like we were bothering her and she was very annoyed to have to help us. We needed another size in a sweater and I had to walk around the store helping myself, because both associates were staring at their cell phones. Customer service is obviously not a priority for PacSun and I will never step foot in your store again nor spend my money there!

Everything is good except rudely by the staff. They just play with their phone and be like a boss. When I check out they treat like a weird person come to their shop. Very disappointed

I was trying to look at the brandy Melville section, which is probably their most popular section, and they employees rudely told me that I needed to move because they were working on the display. It was during normal store hours, and I found it completely rude that they would not let me look at the clothes. It wasn’t like a few stacks of shirts but the whole front quarter of the store. Most places would let you look and just kindly let you know they were working on it. Whenever I am here the employees are lazy, do not seem interested in helping me, and are laughing and joking with each other. Very unprofessional and rude!!

Stopped in here real quick and its just as I remember many years ago: a bit over priced. They offer a variety of skater/surfer brand clothes.

Over priced, over hyped, low quality. This place use to have good merch, but now its Jenner sister nonsense, and other meme clothing.

Was here 8/12/2018. First started as I asked a lady for a fitting room and she did not look happy as I asked for one. After getting that room & ignoring that, I went ahead and tried on some items I wanted to make sure were going to fit me before I purchased,sadly neither of them did. As I was leaving the store, I got asked by an employee where I left my items I tried on, Infront of a lot of people. Which really upset me as the guy did that Infront of everyone and made me look bad. I let him know I put them exactly where I got them items from in the first place and he hit me with I didnt know we had jeans in the back. Really upset me the guy did that & I am surprised hes still at the store if I walked in here for a couple of minutes and I know the store already more than him. I love shopping at pacsan but I will defiantly not ever come back to this location.
