I come to Lincoln annually to visit my daughter while she was a graduate student. In years past, I visited Menards daily as I was doing projects at her little house. Now that she has married, her husband takes care of the projects in their big house. Today, I felt lost, so I walked through Menards on North 27th just for old times sake. It was sweet.Im not really a home handyman type, but find Menards almost intoxicating. It is so far superior to Home Depot and Lowes. Through all these 13 years, the staff continues to be helpful beyond description and the variety of the stock is first class. When will Menards build in Houston? Ill be there if it ever happens.

Found just what I wanted. Wide recliner. Fair price, and rented a truck for $20 and brought it home. Great service as well

Found drapes at south Menards, but not enough for my windows. The clerk checked to see if the north store had any. They had exactly the number I needed. Called the north store and they held them for me!

I do like Menards but not happy with the door they show on display was NOT the same color of what we purchased! It was very misleading and the workers did not tell us about the sealant. Found this out AFTER we were picking them up from the warehouse. Really not happy about it! It would have been nice if it says something on the display door!

If you can avoid weekends, its great shopping. You can find good deals but asking questions on weekends or getting help is very challenging.

I was just introduced to Menards several months ago. Never had i been into one but boy am I glad that my friend told me about it and we went shopping there. The staff has been amazing when Ive ever had a question of needed help with something. I havent had a bad experience yet and dont think I ever will. I enjoy shopping at Menards and ill continue to spend my money there as long as they continue with the excellent customer service and amazing prices. If youve never been to Menards you need to check it out. I promise you wont be disappointed.

So tired of the customer service at this location nothing but poor. If I didnt need help I would not ask but I did and I was told to go down the main center isle go 3/4 way down and over 1 isle and look round there. Why is it too much for the employee to walk the customer to what they are looking for. Ypur department or not shouldnt you do whats right and the extra mile for the customer. This is the 3rd time its happen. Dont expect help here.

Coldest day in 24 years and the employees at Menards stood out like a ray of sunshine!! I had ordered wood pellets online early in the morning due to the fact our furnace was struggling to keep us warm -17degrees. Order filled and ready for pickup in just a few minutes. After getting to work I thought a space heater would be a good thing to have so first ordered from walmart but late afternoon they cancelled my order. Went on Menards ordered a space heater order filled and ready for pickup in minutes. 👍

Well what not to say about menards... they got what you need when you need it. Special orders alittle slow getting to you..but thats why there special orders.

Im 58 and my wife 60 we went out to the lumber yard to get 2x10x18 ft long boards 2 young guys stood by a forklift and never came over to help. The most ungrateful service I have ever seen. My back is killing me and Ill go talk to my doctor in the morning its to hard to walk at this time.

Truck drivers beware. Pack your lunch you will be here a while. Deliver to Menards all the time and are usually a great place to deliver but not this one. Make you park in the road and untarp your load. It was a joy of avoiding getting hit by cars and truck coming and going from the store. After a little conversation at the store, problem might be fixed but will find out my next trip.

Menards has lost my loyalty as a dedicated customer and Im glad about it. Menards has shown its true colors and has forced their political beliefs on customers requiring us to wear face mask. They are forcing in their own words The World Health Organizations requirements. The W.H.O has been cut off financially, 500 million/yearly by America for being incompetent. Apparently, Menards supports incompetence. Not me. No way. Thank you Menards because now I give my business to Home Depot next door to you. At Home Depot freedom of choice is valued. That is where Ill spend my hard earned money.

I am so glad that Menards offers so many good deal, variety of materials. I used to live in Arizona, there is no Menards there. I enjoy there 11% off, friendly, helpful staff, easy return. They even have food, toys, plants beside tools, building materials. Plus shopping cart comes with kids car. We all have so much fun shopping here. Thank You!

Most of my experience with Menards has been phenomenal but today proves there’s a bad apple in every batch. Went to exchange two propane tanks and had a mask disagreement outside. I ask her to set the tanks 6 feet away from her if she was concerned and I would pick them up to which she refused. I took other items out to my car when my wife came out of the store mask on and told her they were our cylinders. She insisted that my wife who has a cast on one arm walk 20 feet over and pick up two empty cylinders and bring them to her. Needless to say I was disappointed with Menards employee.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Everything is organized and of good quality. I especially love all the plants in the summer! You need it, Menards probably has it.

As I approach the entrance with my mom, the employee advised that the store was closed. Even so, we were able to enter the store. The store may be a bit overwhelming with the stockload of merchandise, theres always a helpful employee to help you find what your looking for.

I would really like to rate them higher. They are generally pretty nice to deal with but this is the second order of sheet acrylic and it just looks like hell. Its hard to make and sell acrylic that is all scratched to hell. Sadly they are close and convenient.

I have a very unique size of air filter for my A/C, and even though I confused a few lol, they were able to help me find the right size, and will have them shipped to the store just for me. Very kind and helpful.

Everytime I come here there are no employees to be seen when we need help, and outside if they are there the sit and chat and dont offer any assistance with loading. Whats the point of working if you wont help the customers. Also a guy on a a forklift was driving super fast around the corner almost hit us. No one cares there.

Love Menards but I have to say that I hate rebates. If you want to give me 11% off hand me a coupon for the amount that is non negotiable for 30 days. I started going to Home Depot for awhile because it made me so mad but came back to Menards because the availability is so much better. Now I throw away the rebates. They probably love that

Their selection hasnt changed which is great, but their new store policy requires a mask be worn, which is understandable. What is not understandable is why I waited 15 minutes in a line just to get in only to be told about this policy and then be charged for a mask, the actual wearing of which was not enforced, as evidenced by the countless people seen in the store not wearing it.So basically menards now charges an admission fee.

My experience was horrible Menards now discriminates the public Americans with disabilities!! I have a Medical condition and was ask to leave while at the register! I had 2 items left to check out when managers approached. I was told it was a corporate descision and they are a privately owned company so they can do what they want. Something needs to be done with this! As far as i know it is just the Lincoln Menardss. South Dakota Menards has no one wearing masks! If this was indeed a corporate descision why is that the case!
