The moment I walked into the store I was greeted and helped without feeling pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. I told them I was looking for work shoes, preferably bright Nike’s, that weren’t too expensive because my orthotics wear them out quickly. The employee went to the back and came out with several pairs for me to try on and most of them on sale. Customer service was the reason I chose to buy my shoes here and would definitely come back when I’m looking for work shoes.

We had an amazing experience with Brendan in Lincoln, Ne! I came in with my 5 year old and new born looking for back to school shoes! Brendan showed us all the shoes they had in her size, got down on the floor with her, helping try shoes on, let her run around to test drive her fun new shoes! He even water proofed them for us, WHICH WAS AWESOME! and to top it off did magic trick (showing her on a paper towel how the waterproofing works) while i was upfront about to check out! All around a great experience with Brendan and great prices too! We will be back!

I was at the Lincoln tradehome in the mall and I had the best salesman! His name was Michael and he fit me with the most comfortable shoe! Best customer service i have ever had in my life! Thank you Michael for knowing your job so well and treating me like I was the only person in the store!! Love my shoes!!

I have bought a couple pairs of shoes from them over the last couple of years, I have always felt they truly care and are not just trying to meet their buying criteria. The guy even went out of his way to pull out shoes that weren’t on display because they only had one size left. Will definitely be returning!

Came in trying to figure out a good running shoe. The manager stepped in and did a fabulous job helping me figure out what I wanted. He went up and beyond helping me. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good pair of shoes.
