After exclusively working with the owner of GP Customs - Robert, I had a great overall experience and have the pictures to show for it!!Robert himself along with the vinyl applicator professional he employs met with me to envision a project I had in my head but still was not 100% sure of the end result. This vinyl wrap project was already turned down by another similar business.Roberts confidence in his workforce to do this job was without a flinch and this put me to ease because I felt that even if something did not go quite right, Robert would fix it to my satisfaction.The vinyl wrap project was predicted to last one to two days. I am a power wheelchair user and so then there was the small setback of not having my van for a while and the limited options of returning home after I dropped off the vehicle and transportation concerns for me to get back to the shop when the vehicle was finished. Robert went above and beyond and paid for a wheelchair accessible Z-Trip to solution both transportation concerns! This also ended up being just a one-day job because they continued to work on it at least an hour after the business was officially closed.Time will tell how well the vinyl was applied but I am confident if there are any obvious problems Robert at GP Customs will work with me!My social justice van looks awesome!

The owner even chatted with me about similar interests and thanked me for stopping by. I will consider them for future business like car wraps, tinting, paint protection, etc.

Recently I needed body repair, for my daughter’s 2018 Nissan Rogue! Front end damage due to collision.... I called GP Customs, mid afternoon and they accepted our vehicle into their shop by 6pm that day. Within two days, not only had I heard back from GP Customs, but our insurance company was more then willing to partner with them regarding assessment of damage and claim work. I received follow up from my insurance company and GP Customs BOTH! Call backs were made in good time, kind messages left and truly the most upbeat professional experience from each employee!Although my time in their lobby was brief, I noticed a sense of great pride behind the work they were doing on each and every vehicle. Attention to detail is stating it briefly, the pride seen in this team backing the work they do was a warm welcome to customer service!Updates were given often, timely finish was spot on.... and although it’s winter weather now... they took time to wash and clean out car!Overall, I have to state how proud I am to see a business conduct themself and the employees to a high standard of not just workmanship and craft, but a team dynamic! Wanted a front window tint, chrome delete, debadging, PPF, ceramic coating, and brake calipers done on my 2020 SUV; gp customs came in clutch. Jace was super easy to work with, answered all of my questions, maintained regular communication, provided photographic progress updates to keep me in the loop, and delivered big time. gp customs stands by their work; I can recommend them without hesitation!

Trace nursing in the area, and I just bought my first new truck. I wanted to get it snow and ice ready, with a classic look as far as add-one. I experienced excellent customer service and they seem very experienced.

Our car had a remote starter installed about 8 years ago. We had purchased through the Ford dealer (they told us GP Customs had installed it). It hasnt worked in a couple of years, but I wanted to see if it was a quick fix. Upon arriving they said they would be happy to look at it and would not charge me if they couldnt fix it. Turns out it was a quick fix and still didnt charge me a dime, they were not even sure if they installed it too. There are not too many companies out there like this, and I will be back as a customer in the future.

I went to GP Customs since January 2019 till June 2021 for my 2019 Wrangler JL. After looking back at all the expert work theyve done to my Jeep its a horrible excuse for professional.. Heres a short list. Enjoy.1. 2.5in lift misaligned. Caused me an extra $2000 in repairs and labor.2. Painted, repainted. And painted again a front grill. White and black. Year and half later its flaking and rusting.3. Installed Barricade front bumper. Exposed wires and plugs.4. Installed Barricade front fender flares with LED/Amber turn signals. Unprotected, exposed wires underneath every bump or rock I hit the tires skid across losses wires.5. Oracle side-track lighting. They wired them to be running lights. Not turn signals as they were meant to be.6. Installed DV8 50 inch Light bar and DV8 light bar mounts. Unsecure and whole mount wobbles back and forth. The solution... Foam padding...7. Installed Oracle rear bumper reverse lights. Suppose to be set into bumper. Theyre sticking out half an inch.8. Hornblasters 544 conductors special nightmare edition. GP put the air tank in the rear cargo tub and CUT A HOLE IN THE CARPETED FLOOR LINER. I requested that they build a cage to go around the exposed tank and gage. Those requests were ignored.I could keep going too. Best part is Ive been trying to contact Robert about getting invoices for about 2 weeks. He responded once. Ignored the rest. So I called today and talked to someone about getting the invoices for the products GP Customs purchased. Apparently they dont keep records of their purchases anymore.. What company doesnt keep records of things they purchase for a customer???This company has cost me upwards of $13,000 in repairs to the professional work theyve done in 2 and a half years...My recommendation, do not shop here. Do not trust your vehicle upgrades to GP Customs. Find another company that stands behind their work and makes an effort to build relations with their customers. Not ignore their emails and phone calls.

They were awesome! I just bought a 2020 Raptor and Robert gave me his professional opinion on some lights I was looking to get and the ones we picked look great! I took delivery of my truck today and I couldn’t be happier! I knew I was at the right place when I pulled up and saw multiple 6 figure plus cars that they were working on! GP handled window tint and paint film for my new car. As a first time customer they bent over backwards to make it right. There was a flaw in the rear window tint and without question they attempted to fix it and when that didnt work it was replaced. These guys are professional and sincerely care about their work. Let me suggest one thing if you want it done right consider using some of the best material. If you use the cheapest material you may regret it down the road..it is NOT the installers fault your tint bubbles or turns colors it is cheap azz tint. You spend SO much money are your car dont be afraid to spend a few more $s on a better grade window tint such as Suntek CXP. Thanks GP for being the pros you are and sincerely caring about my car and your workmanship.

Had my stock sound system upgraded by GP Customs a few years back. I wanted to leave the stock subs in the vehicle but they were taken out, but the amps for them were left...why? Rattling in both doors that I had to go in a fix myself. The tweeters they installed without my consent were not fit correctly in my doors so they continue to fall out, besides the fact that they are uneven on my doors. They left my rear seat belts trapped behind the inner panels so I had to retrieve those before I could have any passengers ride with me again. The covers for my door subs continue to fall off because they fit them poorly. They didnt have my sub in the trunk secure so it was able to bounce around my trunk until I took it back in to have them attach a harness to it...which broke and I had to fix. I also experienced some long unexpected waits for my vehicle. Unexpected because they gave very inconsistent time estimates. All in all I continue to find things that they didnt do very well and eventually had to take my car into Autosounds of Lincoln who helped me fix all these issues and provided me with wonderful service and advice going forward.

Brought my Audi in for paint correction, despite hearing that I should steer clear of this place to begin with. What I was initially told would be a three day job turned into a 5 day job. I went in to pick up the car and there were still swirl marks in the paint, mind you I brought it in for paint correction. They didnt tape the moulding on the rubber seals of the car which resulted in them being marked by the buffing wheel and compounding residue in ever rubber seam on the exterior of the car. I have two areas on the car where they burnt through my clear coat. One on the roof and the other on passengers side skirt.

The people who work here are competent, professional, and friendly. They work quickly and try to get you in and out as fast as they can. Mornings are great because theyre not as busy.

Dont like the customer service at all. Completely disrespectful. Tell me one thing but dont follow thru with it. Never will I go back to them to get any work done at all. While being disrespectful dont get an actual quote its a really rough quote. The guy at the front desk dont care about anything you say. If you arent spending thousands of dollars they dont care about you at all. So I will be taking my business else where. I will also let my friends and family know that they are not worth it and never get work dont there even if they have thousands of dollars to spend.

Just called and asked questions... I was told they could only help if I came in. I told them what I was wanting...you have to come in. This is why people do it them selves.

I got my 2014 Ford F-150 tinted this last Tuesday. They were very fast and thorough with their work. The young man up front was very nice and helpful with all the many questions I had about the tint. Before I knew it I had my car tinted within 15 minutes. I checked over the tint and couldnt find a single spec of dirt anywhere. Thank you GP Customs for the fabulous work and I will definitely be back for more work!

I came in with 2 vehicles. A 2015 Honda CRV and 2004 Toyota Rav4. Wanted to upgrade to aftermarket stereos that would work with both android and apple car play. Was sold 2 of the Sony AX5000s because it was the only one that would work with both phone operating systems. Asked that they order everything I needed to install myself and ensure that steering controls and that the Hondas rear camera continue working. Dropped a total of $1500.00 only to find out that android car play rarely works with Toyotas so I had to switch to an apple phone just to continue to use my new stereo. Then, after trying for days to get the Hondas camera and steering controls to work I broke down and took it into Auto Sounds only to find out that the extra adapters ordered were the wrong ones!!!! Still trying to figure this out from a month ago.

I have taken 7 vehicles here over the last few years. They have always done a good job on everything I have had done. One time I had a tint issue and they re-tinted the entire car at no cost, because they wanted to make sure it was done right. First class people to work with. I had GP Customs put a vinyl wrap on one of my company vans. They did a horrible job, and when asked about the mistakes they said It isnt meant to be looked at up close. Then they told me that they wanted to put mud flaps on the van to keep it from damaging the new vinyl, so we let them. One of the mudflaps was gone by the time I got it home 5 mins away. They werent mounted correctly and they told me there werent exact fit mudflaps available for that van. After looking at the manufactures website I had a full set in my hands under a week and I installed them myself. We lived with that vinyl on the van for a couple of years. Meanwhile the vinyl would pull away from the body and fill with water and dirt from the road.I would not suggest using them for anything. I have since taken all of my vans to Custom FX in Lincoln and they have done a much better job and made my vans look profession, which makes me feel better about them representing my company.

We brought our 73 corvette in to have an aftermarket radio installed. GP customs created a box for the radio and 2 speakers mounted in the back of the car. They were even able to match the special carpet that was used in our car and basically recreate the back of the trunk area inside the corvette. Since the radio was placed behind driver and passenger seat, (as we wanted) they also equipped us with the technology to turn our cell phones into a digital wireless remote for the radio. They also added a booster to the antenna to increase reception. The system works flawlessly and it is everything we wanted it to be. GP Customs was the only place in town that could offer us the wireless and digital technology for our car. We are incredibly happy with our new sound system and will be taking our other muscle car over for a security system. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good customer service, they installed a toggle and aux jack a few years ago. Recently took it in because the toggle broke. Took maybe 40 minutes (with an appointment) and didnt even charge me! Thats customer care!

I needed to get my windows tinted on my new car and they were able to get me in on short notice. I was very happy with the price and the work looks great. I know that I will be visiting again for future vehicles.

I got the windows tinted on my 02 Mustang a while back. They did a great job and havent had any issues. The price also came in under what I was quoted. Initially they did forget to do the visor strip along the top of my windshield, but after pointing it out, they got it taken care of for me. They also informed me that if I have any issues with my tint, theyll take care of it for me.

Got all my windows and sunroof tinted on my brand new 2014 Mercedes at the time. 6 months later all tint needs to be replaced. Sunroof is peeling, none of the tint on windows is flush. Back window is bubbling. Going to have them take it off my car today.

They did a wonderful job with my rally stripe! I took my car in in the morning and it was done by the end of the day and looks amazing. Jace (sp?) Dillon, and Rob are all amazing. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased. I will be getting more customizations done to my car, and this will be without a doubt, my one stop shop for it all!

If I could give a ZERO, I would. GPS in my car says they took my car out joyriding. I know of another friend who said he saw his truck parked at a bar in Omaha when they were supposed to be working on it in Lincoln at their shop and then they refused to answer their phone or respond to text. Such a shady business. This shop should be shut down. Definitely reporting to BBB.

Wow. If anyone says they were unhappy with this guys work, Please discount it. Some people are just not satisfied with anything because this guy goes over and beyond for you in his service. The front end of my car was trashed and my insurance even with for coverage was scraping pennies for everything that needed to be done. He went over and beyond to make sure I was happy and told me to come back Or the porch and they told me they would not fix and he gave me credit for that as well. Very disorganized. Had to make multiple trips to the shop because we were not informed of all processes and needed documentation. Could be a lack of communication between smart start and GP, but it makes it very difficult to obtain an ignition interlock.

Unfortunately, I have been here many of times to fix many issues. A control module that was used failed and I had a different shop in town replace it and said that the original module that would put in there was cheap and they had never seen one like it before. They also seem unorganized and I have waited just to talk to someone for nearly 20 minutes on multiple occasions. I have also felt disrespected by this business and I would recommend spending your money at other businesses in town. I did originally write a rave, 5 star review for this company but they have lost my respect and my business.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!!!! WORSE, WORSE, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY 1.5 HR JOB TURNED INTO 4.5 HRS. VEHICLE JUST SAT UNATTENDED. I WAS TOLD 4 TIMES IT WOULD BE READY IN 20 MIN. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I MISSED 3 APPOINTMENTS AS IT WAS ONLY SAPPOSED TO BE 1.5 HRS. THEY DONT CARE WHATS SO EVER WITH CUSTUMER TIME. THEY EVENTUALLY JUST AVOIDED ANY COMMINICATION AS THEY KNEW THEY WERE LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH ABOUT WORKING ON MY VEHICLE. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB ALSO.

Watch these guys, they will quote you one price over the phone and when you go to pick it up it will be 15% higher. They quoted me $70.00 to tint my front 2 windows and when we went to pick it up the bill was 80.00 plus tax. Get all quotes in writing before the work is done. Also, dont expect to make an appointment and tell them you have a tight schedule and think it is going to be done when you return an hour later after they tell you it will be done in 30 min. Work was complete over 90 min after the promised time.

I will never ever go back to these guys. Took the car in at 9 a.m. they told me it would be done at noon (12:00) they had not even started on it by noon. Went there after work 4 p.m. car was still not done??? Then they got it done. When I looked at it there were water streaks on all the windows down the sides of the door panels on the leather seats etc... One would think with a brand new car that they would treat it as if it were one of their own cars. It took me a lot of time to clean the mess that they made inside and out. What a shame. Today I bought another new car and will have some one else tint the windows.

Got a remote start put on my wifes vehicle. The quickest service I have ever had on a vehicle and the prices were very comparable to their competitors. All of my work will be done by GP Customs! Go with the Drone remote start, my wife is the envy at the office, since she can start her vehicle with her cell phone!

(Warning) fraudulent business! Dont get scheduled in thinking what they tell you on the phone is true!? (yeah we can do your car! but to run a power wire to an amp and replace your speakers will take us all day but Im sure we could get it done!?) So I schedule my car a week in advance talk to them on the phone told him everything I wanted done sounded like a GetGo thing and we were going to get it done I show up on my schedule time week later and I see nothing but vehicles getting pulled in and out of their garage and Im thinking Im here to get mine done looks like theyre kind of busy wish I would have knew so they take my car in the shop and run a power wire and mount a amp and a capacitor for me which was just the amp running setup probably have it done within a couple hours of course they like to take customers and hide them off while they do their work so they can tell you it took longer than what it really did! And so 6 hours later my car is done no factory speakers were able to get replaced but they were working on other vehicles and I thought I thought I was scheduled in today but okay and like I say I told him everything I wanted done they said it would take them all day and I understood that but behind your back when their schedule and other vehicles on the same day your car supposed to go there they need to maybe tell other customers I have some scheduling customers today let me see what I got going on for them and we can go from there but obviously they just kept scheduling customer after customer so altogether they were like three vehicles in one day including mine solvay were able to do is run my power wire in Mount my amp and capacitor in charge me $200 I thought it should have been $100 charge looks like Im going to have to find somebody that cares more one-on-one with customers besides numerous amount of customers in one day I understand we have businesses and wed like to keep our business going but it should be one on one customer at a time especially a customer that has one job all day long looks like I will not be going back or bringing my 2017 Escalade to this company for workespecially getting up driving an hour and a half to their location and only getting an amp wire a amp in a cap mounted for $200 wasnt my game plan for the day! just fair warning really go to the businesses and check them out before just calling and setting up an appointment because then you will have an ideaof how busy a business is because sometimes a business can be very busy which can be a good thing but sometimes when theyre too busy theyre just throwing cars in there a wire and them getting in the house is quick as possible to make their buck and thats it! They could care less what you really want done to your car and I could care less overcharging you beyond what you should have been charged! You can call anybody in the Metro Lincoln area and they will tell its usually $100 for an amp kit and your amp installed and thats basic! Heck I even had my own amp kit but thats all right it is what it is at least I know in the future and Im looking out for others!

Had my windows tinted, red interior lighting, different touch screen radio, dash kit, and speakers/tweeters put into my car by GP customs. They had to redo the tinting on my car after I first got it. The red interior lighting worked great for about 6 months and then the lights in one part of my car went out. The tweeter attached to my speaker fell into the door around that time also probably because it wasnt secured correctly to stay there by them. The dash kit that they bought for me temperature part stopped working also. I know that is a malfunction they couldnt control but the rest was. Was happy at first but disappointed after a few months with how well everything lasted. Wish they would do something to replace it or fix what they did.

Ok let me start off with my own personal experience I brought it a spoiler and Louvers for my mustang the louvre had a small crack in it they said they could fix and wrap in carbon fiber after waiting 3 weeks plus they finally did it after I pestered them constantly about it when I decided I didnt like the look of louvers I took them off and gave them to my friends to find when I was inspecting them they werent even repair and yet I was charged they did an awful sloppy job on wrapping a looked awful from 10 or closer when I unwrapped the spoiler I found it wasnt even cleaned before the wrap and that they damaged it so I had to pay to get it repainted! Then here comes my friend stories they where getting the radio done in there car at the Lincoln location near the prison they popped up the gps app just wondering and saw that the car was at a bar and grill in Omaha when they called to ask why the owner responded with I will call the cops since your messaging me out of store hours so you tell me do you really want to bring your car to gp customs after hearing these horror stories?

Had to make them redo half of my tint job and still has blemishes in it. Not good at answering their phone either. Nice enough guys though

If you like to have 20 year olds that dont care about you or their job then would stop by gp customs. Had the pleasure of having to wait for 30 plus minutes multiple times if I wasnt having to find someone to assist me to get an interlock recalibrated. Then after supposedly scheduling an appointment for removal at 10 am was told to come back around 1 since they didnt have it on file. So, I left found and out that the interlock company dropped the ball, so decided to call back to see of they could assist me. The guy (Connor) that answered said that unfortunately a bunch of people called in and they were way behind and pushed it even further to 5 pm and seemed to just give me every excuse he could find. Since gp customs are the only one in Lincoln with the contract with smart start you dont have much choice. Had to drive clear to Beatrice were it took ten minutes and didnt get the run around. Wouldnt go here for any work just based on the lack of assisting even customers that dont have much choice in were they can go.

Would not hesitate to do business here.

Every thing they do is below mediocer and overpriced. If you dont mind wasting money for a half-ass job then this is the place for you.
