Super dirty old store, the lights were flickering inside. Its what nightmares are made of.. seriously.. I got 2 balloons and they were way over priced. I should have gone to the dollar store next door and gotten them instead.

The employees were amazing. I purchased a balloon and three large bags of merchandise. When I checked out they asked if I wanted to pull up to the curb.. I walk with a cane. I pulled to the curb and one of them quickly came and put my items in the car. (There was only 1 or 2 other customers). These were young people who have very decent manners and behaviour. It was New Years eve and I hope they will receive recognition!! Kudos to your store values!!!

I bought birthday balloons for my sons birthday the night before his birthday so he can wake up with things decorated and when I woke up, all the latex balloon s were deflated! I called the store that morning and they only guarantee for 12 hours!!!! Ridiculous! So I guess if you want balloons from them, don’t try and plan anything for a surprise the night before. Definitely money wasted.

Spent a few hundred on graduation supplies. Had a question about a return for one item. The one star is for the not so friendly lady who was sarcastic about return information being on the receipt. If I knew where my receipt was then I would not have called for information, otherwise my rating may have been different.

The workers make you feel like they don’t even wanna work very rude they act like they are don’t understand what you were saying.

I had never been to this store. A sign when you enter indicates it’s locally owned. There is a lot of stuff in this store. Any color or theme you could think of could be brought to life using items from this store. I was impressed!

This store has an amazing inventory. Something for everyone. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! I am always a happy camper when I shop here!

I called ahead looking for specific party favors my daughters birthday party. The clerk knew off hand what they had (they have a lot of favors!) and she went and double checked to make sure it was in stock, how many and how much they were. When I arrived at the store she helped me straight to them. She also gave me some advice on a Halloween costume my daughter was going to wear and it wasnt from their store. I think they have a great variety of items for many different themes of parties as well as costumes and wigs.

This is my go-to place to anything party related. I always find what I need from the huge selection and the prices are reasonable. The staff members are always friendly and helpful when Ive needed assistance.

Extremely helpful when the competetor in town would not fill orders a week or due to the helium shortage. Didnt get my order right upon pickup, but immediately corrected it. Overall good experience.

One of the girls working behind the counter was inflating a Mario air walker balloon for our 5-yo son who has sensory-processing disorder, and is very sensitive. He was so excited, until he heard the same girl talking to another employee, LOUDLY, about How creepy the balloon is. She kept showing people and saying, Seriously, look at it! Its so creepy. It was clearly upsetting him, so I asked her to stop. She gave attitude. I walked out spending over $100 that day, but my opinion of that store is forever tainted. We have always supported this business by purchasing items for our Halloween display (we have spent several thousand here over the years), as well as costumes and party decorationa for our three boys/family. No one contacted me, and the manager I tried to talk with (a man in his 30s/40s) completely brushed me off. Its too bad.

Went shopping for graduation party supplies. They had only one item that actually said class of 2018 Only good selection was the variety of school colors to match the schools here in Lincoln. But overall quite disappointed.

You can never find anyone to help you. After walking around for 5 minutes looking for a staff member I came acrosed two workers. I asked for help. One girl walked away because restocking is more important than a customer and the other turned her back to me and took a personal call on her cell phone. I walked out disappointed. I will never shop here again.
