The diagnostic system/reporting is fantastic. They were very thorough in their analysis and were honest about what was high priority repairs. When we checked out the total was less than they initially estimated - way to under promise, over deliver!!! I appreciated that there wasn’t a surprise at the end.

I am from out of the Lincoln area and was having a warning light come on in my car. Took it to this repair place that my daughter suggested and I was extremely happy with what they did. They hooked it up to their computers and located why the warning light for the shifter came on. They gave me all the information that they found out about my car for me to take back my hometown dearer. They were very understanding and helpful.

I am very impressed at how well I was treated through the process of having my vehicle serviced! Anyone I spoke with had a very positive attitude and seemed like you are their first priority. I really enjoyed having pictures to go along with their inspection of the vehicle. It really gave me a better idea of what condition certain parts were in versus just being told you should replace something. I don’t think I will be looking anywhere else to have my vehicles serviced.

I have a trusty old car that is over 10 years old, and it needed a variety of repairs and maintenance to keep it running well. InMOTION did a great job and they are now my go-to place for auto repairs. Super friendly, informative and reliable.

Take information with a grain of salt. They ran a quick diagnostics (not a full diagnostic panel) and reported error codes P0170 and P0101 on my Toyota camry. They told me it was safe to drive home (45 minutes) but said to get it fixed quickly. I stalled out on a busy street (N 84th) at rush hour time less than 1 minute from their shop immediately after departing from receiving the diagnostic code. Clearly.... it was NOT safe to drive.

The people over at InMotion have never disappointed me or my family. My wife and I have been using them for all our service needs for the past 3 years and before that they helped my brother and dad out with repairs on their trucks. Jared and his crew always go above and beyond to make things happen on time - for the service I needed tires and an oil change. I called on Saturday and they had me in on Tuesday. The tires that we ordered did not come in so they sent a driver to pick up tires from another place in Lincoln the same day. They had my oil changed, new tires on, alignment done and my car back to me before my trip the next day. AMAZING SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND :)10/10 would recommend to a loved one, friend, acquaintance, or stranger. Fantastic service!!! Absolutely everyone I encountered - Jared, Kaleb, Henry (mechanic) - everyone was EXCEPTIONAL! I’m currently unemployed and found myself really wanting to work there (if you’re hiring - you have my number - I’d be happy to send my resume!!!). Absolutely excellent all-around! Even worked with me on getting a loaner (I named him Bill). The entire process was outstanding! The absolute ONLY negative thing I experienced was pricing. I’ve lived in Lincoln my entire life and know I could have had all of this done for MUCH cheaper. BUT - that would have taken several different appointments at various shops. I also think and believe that the “diagnostic fees” should be waived if a customer moves forward with having the repairs done in shop. That’s usually the etiquette that’s offered with any other shop - so it was very upsetting that I paid $100 in diagnostic fees after I still had all the work done with YOU. I have family who worked with you previously and was told that you waive the diagnostic fees IF the work is then done with you. So, that was disappointing - especially since that’s a courtesy that most other shops offer. That all said - your staff and my entire experience was truly outstanding! So, THANK YOU!

Had issue with breaks on my Toyota Tundra. They were very helpful and fixed them under warranty. Very professional with Chris helping me drive back to my place and diagnosing the issue promptly. Were able to return the truck back in 2 days, and picked up me on my own schedule.

InMotion always does a great job! Prices are reasonable and fair! Honesty is the greatest benefit when going to InMotion. They are not in the business of ripping the customer off. Or looking for other issues with your vehicle. If they find issues you will get called right away.

We’ve used them twice now and have been very happy with their services. They listen to what you may think is wrong with your vehicle and do a thorough check over your vehicle. They fix what needs to be done now and let you know if they see anything else that you might want to watch out for or fix at another time. They send you a full report on what they see and even send pictures to show you what they are talking about. They are fast, friendly and reasonably priced.

Terrible, terrible communication.I tried to get my car checked out here, but I couldnt seem to manage it. When I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment, I was told to just come in. When I came in, I was told I needed an appointment. I made the appointment for a couple days later and on the day, I got a call telling me it was too late in the day and I needed a new appointment. The time I needed to be in by was never mentioned to me.If ever I was just told the correct information before I needed it, I would have just done it. Instead I got a run around that has left me frustrated.

I have been a loyal customer since they first opened and the service is excellent. The entire staff and their quality of work is the reason I trust them and highly recommend them.

Honest and quick. Diagnosed radiator leak and had it replaced with new hoses and an extra leaking power steering hose in a few hours and delivered it back to our house. I enjoy the vehicle uploaded inspection results with photos. I feel like its very comprehensive, reassuring, and it backs up their mechanical findings and recommendations. Very happy customer, would definitely return.

Their diagnostics are excellent. They reported every detail and called when they were ready for the next steps. I was provided a loaner at no cost and the work was excellent. The receipt traces every detail about the service and other issues found in the inspection. If you have a stubborn problem with your vehicle or the dealer cant fix it, then this is the place to go.

I had a slow leak in my tire and an appointment set up for 4 but brought it in a half hour early. Not only did they start my appointment sooner but they were also done around 4:15. The leak was in a spot that couldnt be repaired, but they did an amazing job explaining to me my options and pricing out the materials and labor. Best local auto business Ive used. The staff are amazing and incredibly friendly and make every effort to make sure youre happy! Covid friendly and 100% would recommend!

My truck is 20 years old (2001 Toyota Tacoma) and required major repairs. I took it to inMotion Auto Care to do an assessment of its issues. An assessment was quickly done and the work that was needed was done in just a few days. During which time they provided me with a loaner car free of charge. The final charges were considerably less than I anticipated and my Tacoma is running like new! I want to particularly thank Jacey a customer service representative at inMotion for keeping me fully informed on the progress of the repairs on my Tacoma.

First time going to this facility and the experience was fantastic. I had brought in a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder rear end to have the gears set up and the crush sleeve set that a another large company could not do. The staff was familiar with my request and got right on it. Within a week they had the gears set within the price range that we discussed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely bring other vehicles to this location for service when needed.

They are very amazing people, very kind, trustworthy, helpful. One of the best places me and my family has taken our cars to. Very quick to. They also get back to you about things, and send you reports of whats good, recommended and required. And they are women led which is wonderful!

They were even willing to pick our car up at home during the pandemic since I am working from home and have an infant. They are very straightforward about what work needs to be done now and what can wait it needs to be monitored.

All their parts went bad after a year. They wanted to treat me like an ATM. All mechanics need cameras on them while they are working. They ripped off an old veteran, and I found out I did not need these parts at all.There are to many mechanics that are dishonest.You can not trust any of them any more, you always have to get 3 to 4 quotes. Be wary of 4 and 5 star ratings. Red flags if too many 5 starsCon artists are more reputable. You cannot trust these mechanics at all in my opinion. They can spot a victim very well I spent over $5000 on repairs that were not needed only after the fact did I know.

Always fast and transparent. You get a text message with photos of everything needing done ... they tell me I have cracked motor mount, and I can see it right there in the message. You get to choose among critical and recommended items. Customer waiting area is clean and welcoming. Best auto repair in Lincoln.

Ive been to multiple auto care shops in Lincoln, but this is by far the best one in town. Every member of the staff is friendly, theyre super knowledgeable, and theyre never condescending in their explanations to me (a deal killer Ive experienced at other shops). They are always straight with me about what needs to be done right away and what can wait until my budget is a little more flexible, and the electronic file they provide helps me keep up with other issues I might need to look into down the road. I cant say enough good things.

I have always had the best experiences with this crew. Theyre very friendly and helpful. Im spoiled a bit as I work across the street so I drop off the car in the morning knowing theyll have everything taken care of when Im done with my work day.

Rarely have I found an auto shop.that is so responsive to my situation. Jared went over what needed to be done now and what should be done later, at what price. At that point I was able to align the repairs with my budget. The vehicle was picked up. Jared called regarding the service and then returned the vehicle when repairs were done. I LOVED the open communication and the understanding of the budget and how to make it work. You want to trust what is said and done, and inMotion is THE place to be trusted.

My experience at this shop was amazing. Staff are awesome and super nice. No pressure or gimmicks. As a first time customer they did a very detailed inspection of my car. The inspection was very in-depth and easy to read through. It even had pictures and was color coded to indicate urgency. Their shuttle service was awesome. My experience was unlike any car shop experience Ive ever had.

Nobody likes taking their car in to be repaired but Jared and the crew make it as painless as possible. Friendly & professional, the do what they say they will. I trust them to call me back or have my car ready at a certain time because they do! I recently had a minor emergency and they helped me out in a timely manner. They are all great human beings who do a great job of taking care of you also as a human but then also of your car!
