I deeply appreciate the professional care we receive from Honda of Lincoln. In a couple of words: honesty and integrity. Recently, I took our 2018 Odyssey van in because of a slow leak on the drivers side rear tire. I scarcely got back to work when I received the call that is was a simple fix; the valve stem simply needed to be tightened. And the words everyone wants to hear from your mechanic: No Charge!On another occasion, when I first purchased my van from another dealer miles away, I needed an oil change. I wasnt expecting the complete review and evaluation of my vehicle. In addition to my oil change, I got a complete inspection along with a timeline when certain items would need attention. The report was extremely thorough. I was pleased and relieved to have that done.Additionally, every time I have dealt with staff, they have been personal and professional. I think I will keep driving Hondas and having them serviced at Honda of Lincoln!

I was happy with the scheduler, the check in, keeping me informed with how the process was going, and the check out. Im am elderly person with mobility problems. I have never had them park my car further away. That was my only complaint.

I originally contacted this dealership through CarGurus about a Toyota minivan and was under the impression they were transparent/humble. Based on videos of the vehicle they sent me, I drove all the way out from Denver for what I thought was going to be a good purchase. Upon arrival was shocked by not only the lack of customer service but also to find the vehicle in deplorable condition. Caleb, who I had been communicating with, took a longtime to show up with the expected formalities and then completely blew us off after the test drive and left me waiting in the lobby for 20min. I ended up leaving the dealership without talking to him or anyone else about my experience. While I was looking for a cheaper vehicle, dealerships should still have the decency and respect to be straightforward about the condition of their products to prospective customers regardless of the money amount associated with the sale. Instead I wasted $600 on a fruitless trip to see a car salesman that didnt see me to be worthy of his time.

Had such an amazing buying experience here. I was in the market for a new vehicle and had a horrible experience at Gregg Young of Lincoln prior to this. It made me dread shopping for a new vehicle and I put it off for a little bit, thinking all dealerships were just as awful. My coworker referred me to Honda and I found a vehicle on their website that I wanted to go check out. I test drove the vehicle that night and from the start I felt very at ease and never once felt pressured. I worked with Aaron in sales. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable. We eventually talked out a deal and he even threw in some extra perks. I then worked with Scott Sweeney in financing, and he also made the car buying journey an easy one. Highly recommend this place!

While Honda vehicles are great, the staff is lacking skills in communication as well as scheduling. I made 3 separate appointments and the sales agent (whom I had scheduled with)was always busy once I got there. I worked with a different agent in person. However, text communication was all done with the original agent. Some questions I asked never got answered by either agent. I was also not told some very vital pieces of information during the sale process (resulting in the sale falling through). Staff was not rude but they were unprofessional an inattentive.

I have not had this kind of treatment in all my 19 years of owning Hondas. I am going out of town this weekend. What am I supposed to do, cancel my trip?
