This place is great! I recently had to get my brakes replaced and they took great care of me and my car. As a young woman, it is easy for shops to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I have never had that concern with H&H. The mechanics and Front Office Staff are trustworthy and Reliable. Highly recommend to everyone in the Lincoln area.

I have utilized these guys for aver a decade. They have worked on all of my families vehicles and even evaluated ones I was thinking about buying. Mike and Don always shoot honest. They are personable and friendly. I get exactly what is wrong with the car and options as to to what needs immediate work and what can wait. There is never any pressure. Their system tracks what items you have opted to postpone and can remind you about later. Great place to do business with.

Not sure what is going on, but out of nowhere Don started calling me about a negative review that got left in my name. I have my phone set to automatically block calls that arent in my contact list, so he resorted to bugging my dad who is a long time customer of his. Then I got an email from Don in which he attempted to passive-aggressively attack my character, and for what? I can tell you this was not a great way to start my day, and it has certainly - in my mind - tarnished the H&H name. Not impressed with how the situation was handled.

It is always wonderful to be on the receiving end of great service, and that is what I got when I recently took my old truck to H & H. After numerous transmission issues and working with several other shops I was referred to this extremely capable H&H team. I had that old truck of mine towed in for diagnostics, spoke to Don at length and he explained things in a way a lay person could understand. I cant say enough about the competent and caring service I received from him. I learned more from him than all the other technicians combined, and I left feeling sure that my vehicle was finally in the right hands. As it turned out, the truck was not worth fixing (after spending approximately $1200 with another shop) and I decided to cut my losses. Don did not charge me for the diagnostics they completed, just the tow. Interactions like this renew my faith in the service industry and in people. Thanks so much for all your help! Carolyn

My car was making noises that were not normal. My husband made arrangements with Mike to check it out. Took it in Monday, & got it back Tuesday. It was a broken stabilizer arm. Cost included parts & labor. The carwash & vaccuming were free.

Absolutely wonderful service rendered by this repair shop. They take pride in understanding your vehicle like one would understand a person and slowly build a profile of the vehicle over the course of several years of regular service. Their technicians have an excellent understanding of their trade and wont cheat you or try to sell you low quality parts that will quickly wear out. No, they will personally work with you to make certain the vehicle is properly diagnosed, the necessary parts are ordered and installed in a timely manner. As you would expect, they have vehicles available to use while yours is being repaired. I had a check engine light that came on in my vehicle and it ended up being a piston that was firing at the wrong time. After the vehicle was fixed, the next day the check engine light came on again, I called the company right away, and they had me bring it in again because the oxygen senor also had to be replaced. Since, I felt a little bit taken aback by the check engine light coming on again, they offered to pay half of the cost of replacing the oxygen sensor. Would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone needing excellent, high quality service!

They explained what was wrong with my Volvo and how they were going to fix it.I was given a loaner car that was easy to use. I will definitely return for further repairs since the Volvo dealer is in Omaha and very inconvenient.

Ive known Don for 20 years. H&H isnt the cheapest place but Im not a car guy so I need to go someplace where I can trust theyll fix what needs to be fixed, fix it right, and not try to sell me something I dont need. Don and Mike are great guys you can trust!

If youre looking for a chain store-style automotive outlet where you can get by on the cheap, this is not the place to go. If you want a locally-owned business where they shoot straight about price, dont take shortcuts, provide excellent service and care about their customers, try H&H. Mike worked with me to keep costs down when possible and he gave good advice.

Tried to charge me around $100 to mount and balance tires I already had. The most expensive anywhere else is about $15. That says it all right there....
