I couldnt be more happy with this company ! A really big thanks to everyone that came and replaced my windshields! I had a 2015 jeep patriot and also a 2018 Chevrolet impala that both needed the windshield replaced . let me tell you. They work very fast and also on point from start to finish. Like I said this place is phenomenal and oh the prices well all I can say they beat everyone in all of lincoln . make one call and they were out a day later . Made a lifetime customer thats forsure

They were friendly and fast. Good prices, the only thing they forgot to tell me I had blue tape on my Windshield to take off. Lol

Replaced one of my rear windows after someone broke it out. Was done in just a few hours after I dropped it off but coming in and waiting for it to be done the next day even more quickly was also an option. They had the lowest price for the replacement vs 5 other places I called in town.

At first had some Miss Communication problems. But after getting that Solved. Couldnt Ask for A Better People to Work with. I live about 80 miles from them. Their Good People. I would Recommend them

Didnt do the job properly. Some mess of black prime on body paint. I didnt expect this service from licensed and professional company.

Excellent work from professionals. They drove to my house, arrived on time, and were well prepared for the job. Quick and efficient, aswell as cleaned up the work space before they left. Most reasonably priced windshield repair in the area. I would recommend them to everyone and will be back when I need another.

I cant recommend doing business with these guys. Contacted them just two days shy of a month ago to have a windshield replaced for my 2005 Mercedes ML500 and it went nowhere. The day I contacted them they took a $125 down payment to go towards the windshield replacement and said itd come from Ohio, so allow 1-2 weeks for it to arrive. Around the two week mark I tried calling to follow up, and it went to voicemail. Left a voicemail explaining I just wanted an update. Didnt hear from them the next day, and tried to call again, only this time the voicemail was full and I couldnt leave one. Emailed in explaining I wanted an update or Id call US Bank to cancel the $125 charge. Still never heard back. Called 2-3 days after that, and they did answer and said it was still coming, give it maybe a week. I gave it till today, 10/9 and tried following up again but once again no answer and voicemail is full. Called US Bank to reverse the charge.My advice to whoever runs this business, keep in better contact with prospective customers and maybe manage your voicemail better? Maybe have a secretary take calls or something? Overall it rubbed me the wrong way and its very unprofessional to leave customers in the dark like that.

Worst company Ive ever tried to do business with unprofessional unpunctual trash!!!buyer beware would not recommend to anybody it is the worst business in Lincoln Nebraska by far my appointment was at 9:30 by 11:30 finally someone came into their business so I can get my car back they told me within an hour it would be done by 11:30 it hadnt even been touched was supposed to be done by 10:30 definitely reporting to the better business bureau on this trash company

The windshield was replaced in under 45 minutes. And my State Park sticker was even transferred over! Plus, my very curious kids were treated so kindly as they watched the work be done. Im immensely happy with the results and highly recommend Waverly Glass Company.

Great service, fair pricing, quality work and done when they said it would be.

We unfortunately broke a rear windows on one of our work vans. I called and spoke to Steve, and gave him the information. As soon as the replacement window came in, they called and came to our house to fix it. The technician was Brick and he was awesome. He was done before knew it, cleaned the area inside the van and out of any glass pieces. We are very happy with the service and Waverly Glass will be our first call for any future glass replacement.

These guys did an amazing job with fixing my dad’s windshield on his truck after it was terribly cracked. They had everything done in a timely manner. These guys were very professional.

Just had my husbands windshield replaced and it took less than an hour! Im amazed at what a great job they did and the price cant be beat. It was nice to be able to stay home and have them do the replacement right in my garage. I highly recommend using them for windshield replacement.

Excellent and outstanding job. Very professional and has experience with replacing more than 20,000 windshields. So you know if you keep doing the same job over and over again, you will become very efficient and quick. Steve came to my office and got it all done while I was at work. Really convenient. Price was very reasonable for changing a windshield around $200 - 225. He told me that when he is at a job, he considers himself to be our servant and completes the job with mere excellence. I see some people gave him single star but with the service he did for me I think Waverly Glass Company (WGC) deserves 5 stars!!!

Great prices, great people! We came along a couple bumps in the road but it was nothing that they couldnt handle professionally. I really appreciate their service and the speedy process, they had my windshield and driver side window replaced in less than an hour!

New front windshield installed with awesome attention to detail and great customer service. Additionally they installed new wiper blades I had already purchased and made an adjustment to another vehicle. Great experience, value and service!

Great prices and even came out to fix for me and did a perfect job but I placed my appointment on a Monday and it got delayed due to staffing for them so in reality I got it fixed on Saturday 5 days later than planned

Fast service & good work on a new windshield for my car. Id recommend Waverly Glass for fast service & quality work.

This company is absolutely garbage. They put in a back window in my wifes SUV this summer. When winter finally rolled around about 6 months later she turns on her rear defroster and about 5 minutes later it shattered the whole back window, it sounded like a gun shot going off. My wife was dropping our kids off at school and glass blew all over them in the back seat. When we called this company back to tell them, they sent someone out to look at the window. He proceeds to tell my wife that shattering back windows is something normal, it happens all the time, and that it wasnt thier fault. I dont know about you, but I have never seen a back window explode like that ever, unless there was some type of crash involved. Save your money and go to a place that has some integrity.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment set up for an estimate on a broken window. Someone called after the appointment time stating they were not able to come out the day scheduled. No name was given. I called the next day to reschedule. They were suppose to call me back about the estimate. Never heard a word from them.

Theft. This is a second rate company. Be warned, use someone else ! Terrible service from the owner. Told me I couldn’t have been them . Only other people in my locked car that day was his employees . He must run this place with his clown shoes on !

Bad service and when I change my windshield they said it has warranty and when I come back for them they said they warranty not cover the issue you have I just pay them $279 for three months and the windshield broke againI hate liars people they just try to get your money
