My First Review!! Its 6:30 p.m., the best thing that happened to me today, happened at 8:30 a.m., actually, it started yesterday. I have a Toyota Highlander and the left rear window slipped inside the door, because of a looming thunder storm, I started calling around based on Yelp. Every business I called, gave me a high ball park figure, plus assumed it would need a regulator which is evidently the case 90% of the time. Every business said those are on back order because of covid, plus couldnt get me in to fix it until next week. The last call I made, for obvious reasons, was to Joan at Auto Glass Nation. She talked to one of the mechanics (Glenn) and was able to make an afternoon appt.,. I was there 30-40 min., no regulator needed, window back on track, price for fixing was less than any quote I got regulator or not. Right then and there I made another appt. for this morning to have my left sideview mirror replaced with one I found on line. Again, Glenn, my new hero, had it on in less than 20 minutes, seriously, I brought all this work with me, had just gotten myself set up and settled in and Glenn comes in with my keys, I thought he had a question....nope, he was done!! All of it quick, effective, efficient and fun...we all, at one time or another laughed together AND IT WAS ALL SO AFFORDABLE!!! If there were 10 stars Auto Glass Nation would have them all! Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you!!!

This is the fourth time I am using their service.Two times they replaced the rear window of my two cars that were broken in different years.Last year they fixed my rear mirror that was detached from windshield and today they replaced the window on sliding door of van.The services were really affordable, done professionally and on time.Check out by yourself and you will appreciate.

The main reason I went to this location was that their cost to replace my windshield was almost half the cost of a couple other places I priced. When I got there they went out of their way to answer any questions I had and assist me with another issue I was having with my vehicle. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They completed the job quickly and professionally .

Wonderful customer service. Friendly and attentive, I had to wait during my window replacement due to not having a ride but the employees took my car to the back right away and gave frequent updates of remaining wait time. Joe and him team of professionals have been replacing our companies windshields for years and also doing our chip repairs. I compared pricing from national companies and I couldnt see paying outrageous pricing or what they charge insurance companies, or report to our leasing company. I have been using Auto Glass Nation for auto glass for years now. Having lived on gravel roads with three teenagers and two adults, we had ALOT of glass issues! They are always courteous, do a great job, and the price is always very competitive. I drove a bus for Waverly School District, and they even switched to them for their bus/auto glass needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them! They just replaced my 2011 Toyota Corolla windshield after I accidently cracked it removing ice this last winter.

I had gotten a rare day off work due to a rain storm the night before and really needed to get the leak stopped in my pick up… I called and the lady that answered the phone was really helpful and said yes they had the windshield and they would get me in when I showed up. I showed up let them know what the problem was and the manager Said he wasn’t sure if it was the windshield or not it could be the drains in my sunroof… Him and a couple techs came out poured water in the drains and it was not the drains. So they tested the windshield with the hose and that’s what it was… They got it done fast and that night it rained an approximately And inch and no water in my cab! They are super fast friendly and reliable it’s a great place to take your business

I am generally the kind of person that looks for things to hold against a place, I tend to be negative unfortunately. I was salty that I needed to replace my windshield on my jeep because what happened to it was frustrating but is what it is...That said, the folks at Auto Glass Nation KILLED IT, did a beyond phenomenal job with my vehicle. Did everything I asked, went above and beyond with my mirror installation after the windshield and communicated with me throughout, super easy to work with. Add that to the fact that they were a much better price than the other place I was working with across the street, I could not be happier. If you have a situation of needing your mirror or glass replaced, do not hesitate to work with these guys, it was as good of an experience as I have literally ever had with anything in the automotive world.Thank you AGN, you did a phenomenal job and this guy wont soon forget it.

After just getting into Lincoln from Colorado, found that the molding across the top of the windshield was coming off. Called around and these were the only guys that offered to stay late and wait for me to get to the shop after closing and fix the problem.
