Great service on short notice when I had a flat tire. Had the tire repaired and back to me within an hour. Highly recommend Graham.

Used to love the Graham downtown. Had good honest employees. This store has a help wanted sign and at times 3 guys behind the front counter. Took them an hour and 15 minutes to change oil. I was told I needed 3 new tires. One was obviously worn. The other one I had only driven 25k miles and didn’t look worn at all. The 3rd one - the guy said needed replaced - I actually bought from Graham (downtown - found my receipt when I got home) less than 2 years ago and only 20k miles ago. It’s a Goodyear tire with a 65k warranty. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this place.

I have used Graham tire for quite a few years now personally and for the private school that I run. The guys at the front desk are always very knowledgeable and kind and they take care of our needs right away. I highly recommend them!

I got new tires so I had gram tire swap out the old with the new they ended up scratching 2 of my black rims after only Admitting they damaged one then told me to go to mings didnt give me a number orDirections just said go here hey good thing theres google right?!?!? This location was less busy than other places. Which helped me get in and out quickly.The staff was very kind and respectful. In particular there was an older gentleman who has routinely been very helpful. He’s helped me several times over the years.

I took a tire in to be repaired Friday afternoon because it had a screw in the tread and the tire was losing air. I waited until Saturday morning to go back to have the temporary spare removed and the repaired tire put on which only took 30 minutes. I paid and drove home around 9:45. At 12 noon a clerk called to tell me the spare had not been put in the car. So I had to drive back out to pick it up. I was upset to have to make an extra trip. The guy at the front desk rolled the spare out to the car and put it in the holder in the back which was nice. But I did not hear a word of apology for the inconvenience caused me. So I followed him inside and told him I felt some apology was deserved which he then gave grudgingly. I would think an apology would be offered without a request in such a situation. Service was okay. Customer courtesy not.

Staff were very accommodating, taking my call at the end of the work day and during a snowstorm. I took my truck in for a normal tire rotation which I have done many times in the past, but this time when I picked it up there was a small amount of body damage to my truck. I talked with David the manager about this concern the next day.I will be the first to tell you, absolutely impressed with how he handled it. From the time it happened to the time it was repaired at their cost was 2 weeks. David took care of lining up the body shop estimate, paid for 100% of the repair and I was back on the road.Never once on the calls and conversations I had with David did he push this back on me and try to walk away from situation. We dont know if a tech accidentally did this or another customer in the parking lot but either way David (and Rick the owner) said that doesnt matter we want to make it right.My hat goes off to this team, true customer service is almost a thing of the past. The customer was and is their #1 focus and this is a perfect example of how they showed their true colors. Well done team! I would recommend working with David and the team any day of the week!

My Acura MDX recently got a flat tire on the passenger front. It was patched 2 years ago by Gram tire. Thought a re-patch will fix. Service gentleman removed the tire and showed me the damage went deep into the core, cannot be patched. They recommended using Hankook tire, an affordable option for four tires. Since they didn’t have the tires in store, they charged me nothing and mounted the spare tire for me. After I came back home and googled a bit, I called them to make another trip when they have the tires from another store. The entire service is friendly and professional, no pressure from them at all. The second service took about one hour, very clean service. I highly recommend this store to everyone (in fact I recommended them 2 years ago).I did notice people coming on Saturday without reservations. It seems they are quite busy these days. Better to call their number before showing up.

67,000 on this set of Goodyear Wrangler tires, but I cant seem to quit picking up nails. I feel bad that they fix my tires for free, but Ill definitely be back for my next set of tires.

Very nice people and always professional. There are places that do oil changes cheaper, however be careful many use oil filters that are very poor quality. Before I brought my vehicles here, I asked about the filter. They use a high quality filter and are not afraid to show it to you.

Went to Graham Tire to buy a set of new tires for my son for Christmas in a front wheel alignment they came up with a pretty good price on an excellent set of Hankook Tires with a 90,000 MI warranty and the service was as promised and they have a great warranty on the road hazard tire rotation that goes with it for a small price but well worth it in the long haul of your tires my experience was as good as I could have expected.

I Always have great service from Mike and his team at the southeast location. Today I walked in for an oil change after 1 and was out before 2. I appreciate that they always provide me with items on my vehicle that need attention (turn signal bulb, corrosion on battery terminal, etc.) but never pressure me into paying them to fix things I can do.

Service was great the only reason I rated three stars was it cost me $40 to mount a tire and balance it. I about fell over. I even brought the tire in off my Toyota Prius. So they didnt even have to take it off and put it back on the car.

Ordered and had 4 new goodyear tires installed, the shop was better priced than goodyear.com, and got us in next day. These were for my partners van. He said service was fast and friendly and the quality of work was top notch.

Graham Tire Southeast is as good as it gets. This business really does customer-service right. Every time I come here I feel like a valued customer, even though Im generally just taking up space and wasting air. I wish all businesses treated me like this.Because theyre good theyre generally busy and its best to call for an appointment---but they still do their best for walk-ins and emergencies---including calling competitors to help people out in a pinch, which shows their amazing customer-first attitude. Today I was helped by Ryan, who was not only friendly and professional, but who honestly made my day.No business is perfect. Im just surprised at how close this place comes, so often. How they find and keep only those people with great attitudes like Ryan amazes me. Definitely call them for anything auto!

This place does live up to all its good reviews. They really do take care of you here. Especially with the pick up and drop off service that they offer. I had to have brakes put on my car. Excellent customer service, fast diagnostic of the problem and they were able to fix my brakes the same day. Very honest and did not push extra services. They do provide a nice print out of anything else they might recommend but they don’t make you feel bad if you can’t afford to have it done that same day. They let me know what could be a safety concern and we fixed that first. I plan to go back there for the rest of the work because of their honesty and customer service.

Not once. Not twice. But three times within the past month and a half, the customer service at Graham Tire Company has amazed me.We have three teen drivers, company vehicles and my new-to-me car. All of which have required some level of attention over this period of time. Each time, they’ve worked us into their schedule that same day and twice they honored their warranty with no cross-examination (a level of customer service with which I’m unaccustomed). They just ... took care of it and got us back on the road safely. In an unexpectedly short amount of time I might add.Our latest visit was the result of damage from an over-eager “mechanic” at the dealership. Graham Tire’s employees discovered the issue, had the part delivered to their shop in less than two hours and quickly had it installed. Problem solved! Oh and the actual cost of the part being less than expected, along with the repair taking less time than they thought, resulted in an invoice $100 less than I anticipated.Graham Tire: You have a customer for life now. I and our six-car family, appreciate you and am sure we will see you again real soon.

Mike (Mgr) and his team (John & Randy) are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are friendly, kind and courteous. They listen, they understand and the fix the problem(s)!
