Looking for a compound miter saw.Saw a good sale on a warrior 7.Manager saw my confused look, came over, spent 15 minutes explaining differences of several models. He asked questions and suggested a different model, one more suited to my needs.Great place for just about any kind of tool.Here you can get the attention needed without looking around half the store to find someone.Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Bad customer service manager was rood and he has his own rules.

I was just at this store... needed something I couldnt find on the shelf. (Just a simple 25 drain snake) Went to the area where the manager (I think?) sits... and as Im talking to one guy, the other guy was already looking up in the computer to see where they were... didnt even have to ask. All stores need to run like this place!I blinked and it was in my hand. This store is, by far, the best Harbor Freight Ive ever been in. Enough tools to stock a well-equipped shop for most if not all crafts; even has some equipment for hobby/art work. Quite orderly, with well-defined sections for each type of tool and equipment. Courteous staff.

Seemed to be understaffed, but the 2 guys there were extremely helpful. Went out of their way to say welcome and to see if I needed help to find anything. I asked if 20% coupons were available, they said if its not in your email, 3rd party websites usually post coupon codes and work and Harbor Freight website is impossible to find the coupons. Very kind personable employees, they deserve get a raise.

Nice people and good prices. Got a nice bench with 20 percent off. Easy to put together but watch out for the drawers. It is a touch wonky on the fit.

Best of all the Harbor freight stores. Sometimes no one to help here like every business in south florida. People are always friendly and helpful here. Lines to check out are usually short and store is clean.

The go to place to get tools that arent over priced like other hardware stores around the area. Harbor freight has nearly all tools you may be looking for. This is always the first stop i take before looking at the big box hardware stores. Good quality but not the best quality tools, but they get the job done for a fraction of the cost!

3 Stars because I like HFT but probably will not visit this location again. It is neat and clean but very poorly stocked compared to other locations. The bad reviews of customer service are accurate, the store manager (assistant manager or whoever it was) needs retraining on basic customer service skills, I had no interaction with him but I witnessed his uncalled for rudeness to a customer in line behind me this morning. Yeah, definitely will not be back.

Awesome tools at great prices. I can always find an associate in the store not like the big box places. The coupons are really good as well.

Good prices went online and found coupons for the items that I purchased was able to save 30.00more than happy.

Went for an battery operated hand drill. It was $10 more in the store than online. But with $7.00 shipping, I bought at the store. I did not browse because that is dangerous to my budget. The store looks great. Checkout was fine. Parking was easy. You have to approach on the east side of U.S. 1 to access. The drill works fine. It comes (WARRIOR) with no screwdriver or drill bits.

I bought a power washer and it stopped working right at the 90 day warranty so my wife called the light house point location and speaks with Brian ( now im gonna say this guy was super nice and very patient) he looks up or info and tells its too come on up and swap the old one out, no problem. Great customer care by Brian and a super clean location to match. Very well run store.

Online catalog shows the product in stock at two locations. Employees checked and product not avail. Margate location looked like there was no customers waiting in line because they now run the check out line through the isles-

I have been here at least 4 times. The store is well played out and never crowded. Parking is a breeze. I have yet to find what I am looking for. I came to buy hurricane prep materials. When I made an inquiry regarding protecting my property, the salesperson said not to bother since I lived in a mobile home. I informed him that we have a large number of homes from the 70s in my park that have successfully survived multiple hurricanes. I did not appreciate having it deal with the stigma of trailer trash which was very obvious in his tone, body language and words from an employee.

Very simple, this store has absolutely nothing in stock, complete waste of your time, employees are more than happy to tell you they cant or dont have something... For small things on the shelf its alright, for any kind of REAL tool shopping not your little errand stuff this place is useless, I have no idea how they run it...

Great prices on a lot of the same tools that cost twice as much as other hardware stores. A lifetime warranty an all mechanical (non-electric) hand tools, such as wrenches, sockets, pliers, etc. Many good sales and coupons, as well as some useful freebies.

They will sell you a chain saw at a good price and then when the chain goes bad they will sell you another complete chain saw as they dont support the product with parts.

Great place. I had to stop going to the one in Margate because of the poor service and long lines. Went to this location today and was very impressed. Clean and everyone was very helpful. Had a little issue with a cashier trying to con me into their $30 club membership. The manager who helped me to my car with my new tool cabinet must have noticed and asked me what the issue was. I told him and he apologized and said he would discuss it immediately with the employee. His proactiveness and accountability preserved this 5 star rating.
