I cant say enough about Linda at Houston Computers. Linda is prompt, personable and all around awesome! From someone who is not overly tech savvy, Linda did a great job communicating what needed to be done to my laptop. The pricing was upfront, honest and fair - the best part, she fixed my laptop. I am relieved to know if I have a future tech issue, Linda is available to fix it - I highly recommend!

Im an IT professional who doesnt have time to fix all my relatives computers, so I appreciate a shop like this that doesnt rip my family off. After taking her computer to another local shop that broke her computer worse, my mom took her computer here. Linda looked it over, discussed options with my mom, and fixed it faster than most shops will, and far more competently. The computer now works better than it did when it was new, which is a sign of a good computer tech. If youre local to Liberty, or, frankly, any part of the northland, and need a computer fixed, take it here. Dont bother with anyone else.

I highly recommend Houston Computers if you are needing any work done on your computer. I had a desktop computer that had over 800 viruses detected which included pop-ups on my home screen, and Linda was able to clean it all up and help me install a free antivirus software to prevent any future problems. I also had an old hard drive tower that she was able to recover hundreds of pictures of my children. I am so thankful for the service and the time that she spent helping me. She was very upfront on the cost and what she would be doing with my computers. She also called and kept me informed of the progress along the way.

I used Houston Computers for the first time this week. When I called for an appointment Linda gave me an estimate on the phone and estimated the time to fix the problem. She called as she was working on the computer to give me updates and let me know the progress. Linda was very professional, genuinely provided excellent service and was reasonable. Fantastic! My computer would not reboot telling me No Hard Drive Found. Linda was able to recover all my data from my bad hard drive, install a new hard drive, restore from a three year old window image, run three years worth of the Windows updates, and bring my PC back to life with all my data.

My sons custom built gaming computer started shutting off randomly during intense gameplay. I thought it was a faulty power supply. I brought it in and Linda took a look and determined it was actually the graphics card...the fan wasnt turning and the card was overheating causing it to shut down. So I purchased and put in an upgraded graphics card on my own, but then it wouldnt boot up at all. So I thought maybe the power supply may have been the culprit after all. So I brought it back in, Linda took another look at it, checked the connections, and did a full power down. Not sure what she did, but the next try it booted right up! She tested it a few more times and its worked great ever since. Ill never go anywhere else now for my computer needs. Excellent service at an unbeatable price!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I took my computer to have a new windows program installed. Not just an upgrade but a full wipe. When I went to pick up my computer it was hooked up to a monitor and they showed me a few different things about windows. I was highly impressed they were showing me that everything was in better than working condition. I was thinking, pick up my box, go home, and home for the best. ALL my information was still saved. They didnt miss a beat. I was not expecting that kind of excellent service. HIGHLY recommend them to everyone I know!!!

Had excellent service, quick, and efficient fixing a tablet that dropped and had a bent corner affecting the power connection. A fair price for this level of service. They also have refurbished computers for sale. Much better than the box stores repairs.

Houston Computers, LLC is a great place to take your computer for repairs and service. They are very proactive on helping keep your computer virus free! They are very fast on repairs and so knowledgeable. Dont take your computer anywhere else!!

I really feel like I was duped. I dont feel like they did anything at all with my computer and I was duped into paying them a diagnostics fee. I took my computer in because the screen wasnt working. They call me back saying it cant be fixed and that it would be more expensive to get the parts than to just buy a new computer and they mention theyd buy my computer from me to offset the cost. Suspicious. I take my computer back and pay there fee. When I sat down with the owner initially he mentioned that a possible cause for my problem was the cords inside had become unseated somehow and that 90% of the time this was the problem. Lo and behold, when I take my computer apart and reseat some plugs my computer is back to life! I dont know a darn thing about computers! What the heck were they doing for the three hours they had my computer?

Owner is very friendly and nice. Great service and good prices, way better then those geek squad crooks. I highly recommend if youre in the northland area.

My son recently had a problem with his computer bogging down and running very very slow. I took it to Jim and Linda Houston and they promptly identified the problem and fixed it. We have taken our computers to Jim and Linda for the last several years anytime we had computer problems. They have fixed them and fixed them right. We wouldnt use anybody else. They know their stuff when it comes to computers. They stand behind their work and their prices are more than fair. They are superb in out opinion and the best in the entire area.
