Plenty of employees that act like their working but not one employee came and asked any customer if they needed assistance. All 4 employees sitting behind the counter acting like their busy and only one register open and 6 customers waiting to be checked out!???? Never have any correct shoes size in stock it seems like they only order 2 pairs for one size and then the customer has to wait 1 week to hopefully see if they have them in stock or have to go somewhere else. Yeah maybe start hiring adults who will get the job done and not teenagers who just only care for the paycheck.

This place just keeps getting worse. Staff walks around and doesnt offer any help, always have to go chase somebody if I want something. They are lucky there is not another sports store in the area. The worst customer service. I walked in there to buy a new set of glasses, looked at the display for a few minutes (2 employees were chatting by the registers). After a few minutes trying to get their attention I decided to walk up to them and asked if there was anybody that could help me to which one replied yes and just stood there. I smh, waved them off and walked out. What a joke.

Friendly and helpful staff, the selection of clothes is great. I noticed theres a lot less sporting goods than there used to be, but nonetheless pretty much everything youd need for tennis, volleyball, basketball, baseball, or soccer. Great deals on the sale rack too!

I went in the other day to look for some shoes I was greeted by the girl named Skylah she was super friendly And super helpful. She was very helpful , respectful and made my experience definitely worth it !

April needs an attitude adjustment and employees need to step up to the game. An entire rack of clothes mislabeled with the wrong price. Someone is sleeping on the job.

I wish they had more variety of clothing but the clothes that they do have seem to be good quality.

Horrible service kids on phone no help what so ever and act like they dont want to be there just work to collect a paycheck and very rude at checkout.

I was in dire need of a new hoodie to be able to sustain the freezing temperatures here in Liberal Kansas. Doing some digging into local shops I found Hibbet Sports and decided to give it a shot. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Cynthia who took me on a tour of their hoodies. Didnt think it was possible but I was instantly drawn to their North Face brand selection for only $25! It was a steal. Ill admit I wanted to browse the rest of the store and was able to do so without being bothered by employees following me around and forcefully trying to push items that I was not asking for. This is a common practice in other sporting good stores I have been in but this was not the case at Hibbett Sports! But I will say while browsing the store I noticed they did have Highly expensive items. I saw several T-shirts well over $30. Some sweat pants well over $60. This is definitely a store you want to browse for their bargain items and not pay the extreme prices for their new items. Overall good experience even until the register! At the register I was not harassed about would you like some socks with those shoes, would you like shoe laces, would you like a spray cleaner for your shoes etc.. it was great! Great staff! And cleanliness was great!

My son and I went into the Liberal store to look for an Under Armour beanie and gloves, we stood by the checkout counter for 5 minutes needing a question answered, the cashier was visiting with a woman talking about her family matters, I politely asked her for some help, she just glared at me. The manager walked by and I politely asked her for help, she just ignored me. I finally walked out. I would not suggest going to to the Liberal store, they have no idea what customer service is. Im sick and tired of the lazy people just showing up to draw a paycheck and provide no customer service whatsoever. I will NEVER darken the door of this business ever again. Id suggest driving to Guymon, where they KNOW how to treat their customers.

I shop here frequently. I usually get greeted immediately by the staff. The past few times Ive went in there, nobody greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I walk in there and I see the teen staff standing around gossiping about who whats-her-name cheated on her boyfriend with. 30 minutes of no help and I left and went to JCP where I can always count on assistance.

Most of the time I can find a good sale. However regular priced items are usually higher priced.

Poor customer service! Teenagers there just to get a paycheck, not to do a job! They were too busy talking with their friends, to help customers! They missed out on a sale! We wont go back to that store!
