I recently went to this UPS store location to drop off two packages for return. There were proximately seven customers in front of me. There was only one person working. This employee handled this busy situation by himself with calmness, grace and efficiency. He quickly got everyone in and out and handled every customer professionally and with respect. We were in and out of the store much quicker than I had anticipated after seeing the number of customers waiting.

Horrible service. Walked in and the white woman staff lady with the dirty blonde hair was yelling the entire time in the back. Made me really uncomfortable. She is extremely unprofessional. The people at the store could not help me with basic ups questions regarding shipping. I am astounded by the incompetence of the people here. Would rather drive an extra 10 miles for better service

Great experience. We needed a notary. A guy named Lineberry helped us out and was extremely nice and helpful. The notary service was only $5 and we were in and out in just a few minutes. If you need something notarized, the UPS store is the way to go.

Chris was excellent helping me with my situation. He didnt even mind staying a little bit over his normal time to leave work to help me out. I will be using this UPS store as long as there are wonderful people like Chris working working there. As I further look at other reviews Chriss name comes up most frequently in the positive five-star reviews. With good reason he goes above and beyond. What I didnt say in my original post was that Chris had already left. He came back because he forgot something and even though the store had been closed already 2 hours, he let me in and allowed me to take care of my wifes package. That is above and beyond and from what Ive seen hes the only reason the store has as many stars as it does.

I had to fax a copy of my NCDL to another state. UPS faxed the copy, it looked clear, I paid and left. I forgot to ask for my license back! Fortunately for me Chris held onto it thinking Id come in. When I didnt (had looked everywhere EXCEPT there) he mailed it to me. It arrived in perfect condition and I now have it back. Thank you so much for going beyond the call of duty!

I had an Amazon return which should be free but this guy was determined to charge me for something. Not to mention his terrible attitude when I couldnt understand why I was told that paperwork had to be put in the box but it would cost me for them to close the box. He was also yelling at me still as I walked out the door when I refused to pay for that. What kind of management do you have that allows that kind of customer treatment. I had to have it picked up from my house bc after 2 days of attitude from that guy I couldnt deal with it again. Horrible place to go. When you have a customer complaint every 5 reviews you should check into it!

I live out of town and called the store to ask if they could pick up a package from my Navy Veteran grandfather’s house for packing and shipment because he couldn’t drive. The two guys that are there most often are ALWAYS rude and unfriendly. You better go in knowing exactly what you need and ready to go because customer service is not available at this location. Its more of a glorified drop box.

I have been coming to this store for over 2 years because of the convenient location but I will go out of my way to go elsewhere. There are employees here that are very friendly even in a rush. There are also a few who could care less and show it. When they are here the lines go out the door, they walk away and they are full of attitude. Today I was trying to return an Amazon order that was delivered in 2 boxes with the same tracking number labels box 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. They wouldnt take but one box because they wanted a 2nd tracking number. I had to leave the line and contact Amazon, which they said to do. Amazon said it should be 2 boxes one label and I got back in the line and they still wouldnt take it. The Amazon person understands their are 2 boxes as do I. The worker however couldnt seem to comprehend the issue or non issue in this case. I took my return to Kohls with no problem. I hate to miss the location of this place but it will be fed ex and Kohls for me from now on. Hopefully amazon will broaden its horizons passed UPS. Horrible service.

Omg this horrible older woman employee that works there was soooo rude to me I called to ask a question and she screamed at me even with u could tell her voice had gone huh I wonder why she shouldnt be shouting at customers just asking questions then when I called to get her name she kept hanging the phone up awful employee I go there almost every day to ship my packages and never had a problem with anyone they have always been so nice I dont know what was wrong with this lady but she shouldnt be allowed to treat customers that way !!!!!

I would like to thank Chris for all his help with getting my packages returned to Dyson, seems simple enough. He had to help determine which label went with each package. He could tell I was getting aggravated and I think realized that I was I had problems standing. He said I could go sit down and he would take care of everything. He got everything done and didn’t even charge me any fees. I would like to thank everyone at the store because I always get great service.

I went to return a package today and expected to pay however not as much as I did. After I made my purchase I felt something wasn’t right about the price and decided to do some research. This is the only ups store relative to the Lexington area first and foremost. The prices of boxes and a fee for taping does Not exist in Salisbury and even kannapolis. therefore they are over charging for Everything!!! And to say the are veteran owed makes it even worse. Being a former combat veteran I would NEVER treat my fellow comrades in this manner. I will not go back here no matter how far I have to drive.

I had an Amazon return and did not realize that the store was closed because the door was not locked and I was able to go inside. There were two gentlemen, Zach was one of them and I regretfully did not notice the other gentleman’s name. They were both polite and allowed me and another lady to process our returns even though they were closed.

Worst ups store I ever went Into. If it’s not taped they will not give you a piece of tape 6” long. They actually charge a taping fee! I know it takes a Genius to tape a box. I’ll drive out of my way before I ever set foot in this store. Gentleman was extremely rude too. I believe his name was Jeff. Lexington NC store.

Zach deserve to get the EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR award!! This UPS store will be successful if they will continue hiring employees like Zach! Not only he helped me make my copies (a lot) so I can meet my deadline and UPS last pick up for the day., he also gave me a bottled water lol! Because he said I needed it hahha! Would not recommend this store. Today I went there to ship a gift with a prepaid shipping label. I needed a little more tape than I had previously used at home and the guy at the counter was going to make me pay $4 for a roll of tape instead of just using the tape roller in front of him. I would understand if this was how everyone did things, but a month ago I went to the UPS store in Clemmons (with a prepaid shipping label) and wasn’t charged for tape. A little bit of kindness goes a long way...thank you to the woman in line who offered to tape my package with her tape instead of me having to pay the $4.

I read the other reviews before visiting the store. I was a bit weary knowing the terrible service others have had.I had 2 amazon packages to return. I walked in and the 2 guys behind the register were very nice and prompt. I was given a shipping quote of $118 on 8/2/16. The next morning, my son brought the item in to the UPS Store and told the store employee of the quote from the afternoon before. The employee boxed and shipped the item, my son paid using my credit card and left without any questions. The next day I noticed we were charged $334. After two weeks of no response, I was told the owner basically said too bad. She will not return my calls and no one at the store will do or say anything; not even an apology.

Do not ship through this store or UPS for that matter!! I have had to pick up several of my packages from the stores because they refuse to deliver to my house. It ends up taking an extra week to get my packages and they never have once reimbursed me any money for my troubles. This store in particular told me on the phone that situation is no concern to them unless my package ends up there. They had no compassion or a care in the world about helping me figure out where my item was.

Ive been doing business with this store for years. It has always been a pleasure to stop in until it changed ownership. If you look at the reviews youll notice the old reviews are all 5s and one 4. All the new reviews are 1s which is the worst score you can possibly get. That means that if the scores werent there from the old ownership, that the scores under the new ownership would be a Google review average of 1.0. To put that in perspective, that means that no establishment in the world could have a worse score.Since the new owner bought this store, my customers have been complaining about damaged packaging. One day I saw one of the kids working there crush one of my boxes right in front of me. When I asked her to please not do that, she actually said that she didnt do it even though she knew that I just saw her do it.If you have to meet the new owner, you will see the root of the problems. The new owner lacks the personality, skills, and professionalism needed to take care of UPSs customers.Im going to look into switching my company account from UPS to FedEx. That way I dont have to come to this store anymore.

The tall woman(?) who is apparently the owner has zero customer service skills. She was awkward, cold, and just strange acting. Some advice: Hire competent front end employees and stay behind the scenes. You arent cut out for direct customer service. I will drive out of my way to avoid this womans weirdness.

Worst UPS store ever! Ive tried several times but always an issue. We sent presents to grandchildren and the girl would NOT put both names on the label. Tried to mail information to a bank out of state that needed signed for. They did it wrong, it came back and I had to pay for return service because the UPS store did it wrong per USPS. I specifically asked for it to go UPS and they said no its cheaper this way. No, it wasnt, cost $50+ and never got there! I guess Ill have to go to a different store to get my packages sent. Its a shame, we ship a lot out of state.

If I could put zero stars I would. I agree with the previous person. This has been my worst experience doing business anywhere. I had them package something I was going to ship and the store manager packaged it. She charged my card 3 times at over $100 each time. It took me 7 days to get my money back. On top of that I put insurance on it and UPS destroyed my package. My claim was denied on my package because of improper packaging they said. Now Im out the money. The owner will not return my calls or take my calls.

My shipment from this store to the west coast contained many fragile items and heirlooms. Amy Ruth did a terrific job of wrapping the items and packaging them so that they arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to entrust future shipments to her and UPS freight.

The store manager or associate was not pleasant to speak with. Instead of saying absolutley but we require a credit card for payment now because we do not take corporate accounts he damanded payment and a rude tone. I will never do business at this store again. He should not be in customer service if he does not know how to talk with customers!!!!

Do NOT use the Notary Service at this location. They have no idea what they are doing. Had a customer come in to have a DMV form notarized due to an error on the title. Brandon informed him that he didnt need it. Implied to the customer that he verified it with the local DMV. The customer left and drove all the way back to Jacksonville NC with a note from Brandon stating his title was fine and we could call him with any questions. Well it wasnt fine. Of the 2 owners on the title only one went in front of the Notary. So the buyer cant do anything without the form that Brandon wouldnt notarize, even though both owners were there the second time to sign the form. When I called Brandon from the DMV here in Jacksonville he was full of reasons and excuses why the customer didnt need the form. Guess what Brandon, not your job. You caused this poor man to have to make another trip for NOTHING. If you dont know how to notarize title documents or any legal documents for that matter Dont touch them. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to file a complaint on behalf of our customer. Completely unprofessional and rude.

Run run run I mailed my box back last week using this location in lexington. I just called the store to follow up and I was told my box was never sent. I strongly believe that the white guy with the beard or the old white lady stole my 115.00 boots. Do not use this location ever. Also i was told they do not have cameras. So if they were to get robbed.....its ok I guess. Basically i was told to take it as a loss.

Amy Ruth runs a chain of UPS/USPS stores in the area. Marks up all USPS packages to the max. Would never pay for anything at her stores she runs which are N Liberty Street Winston-Salem, NC 27101, 380H Knollwood Street Winston Salem, NC 27103, or 31 South Talbert Boulevard Lexington, NC 27292. Go to your local post office or other UPS location and make sure you arent being overcharged. Im not even sure if she overcharges for UPSs standardized rates depending on weight, size, and destination. Unethical practices that are only meant to hurt the customer and increase the profit margins of her stores.

Made a phone call to this location about shipping live fish and when to drop them off to insure over night arrival. Went to drop off a package of live fish, was told UPS does not ship live fish, when if fact they do. These same fish was delivered by UPS. Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Call UPS and they do ship, moving on to USPS.

Its currently 9:17 am and sitting in front of the store. The door is locked and the hours show it being open at 8:30. This is the 3rd time we have came and it has been closed while it should be open. If you need to change your hours you need to do so and change the hours on the door and Internet listing. Bad business!!
