Great people good clean equipment had account with them approximately 20 years .never a problem

I will change my review if they will contact me... it’s 2:00 on a Saturday and the equipment we rented had a rusted throttle cable that has snapped. There is no way to contact anyone to see if repair is even allowed. Excellent customer service, just need emergency service number for after hour support. They fixed the issue the best they could and we are satisfied with their efforts

I like these people. Very friendly and helpful. I go there several times a year. Got chairs and tables for a wedding.

We called to rent an auger. The first time we called, the price was $45. The next day the price went to $80 and the guy was a total jerk. I don’t know if he has a problem with women or what BUT needless to say we will be going to Home Depot...customer service is everything in any business!!!

Tried to rent a laminate floor cutter and was told by the gentleman on the phone they had one at the Lexington location. I arrived at the location only to find out the cutter was a vinyl floor cutter. I trusted these folks to know what a laminate floor cutter was and they simply did not. After I discovered the error on their part, they never apologized for the extreme waste of time this caused me. I ended up going to the Home Depot to rent the laminate floor cutter. The customer service at the Home Depot was far superior to this place. They actually know what a laminate floor cutter is.

Decent equipment rental. Customer service a bit lacking from the guy working the counter, seems to be more interested in playing on his phone rather than helping customers. Other than that good people, would definetly use them again.

Wow. These guys really took care of me. I rented a piece of equipment that had a common (unbeknownst to me) wear part fail on me while I was using it. I didnt get the insurance so was worried about expensive repair costs. When I brought the machine in they were totally cool with it and didnt give me any hassle over it. The machine ran flawlessly otherwise. I will definitely be using these guys in the future.

Rented out equipment that had minor issues then they are trying to hold me responsible. Dont appreciate being called a liar.

I am an event planner and have utilized Thompson Rental Services on numerous occasions. They are reasonably priced and have a wide variety of top quality items that you can choose from, along with an awesome staff.

The official RENTAL NAZIS. Absolutely un professional staff. We have rented several times from Thompson, and have received broken equipment, and have been refused replacement equipment, and also refused a refund. We filed a formal complaint, and they put our entire family on a do not rent list, to which we were not aware. We called today to rent some equipment and were told come on down. Upon our arrival they refused to rent the equipment to us, or allow us to speak with a manager or owner regarding the matter. The employees were extremely un professional and disrespectful. I have had several friends, and fellow business owners say they received the same service from this disgraceful company. I will never rent from them again, as other companies will gladly take my money, and not rent me broken equipment.
