The most helpful people, amazing customer service. I came from the location in Lexington off of sunset and I was pushed out. They just wanted the sale. Came here for support and the young girl Vee took care of me. Helped me transfer data and get my belongings. Such a good soul.

This might be a great TMobile store but who knows, theyre closed - at 11:30 on a Monday morning without any explanation. These types of things would have been unheard of pre-COVID and pre nobody wants to work anymore. Now you see handwritten signs all over where stores open late, close for the day or shut down altogether. Oy vey.

He thoroughly explained pricing and options to us, and told us what the best course would be for us financially. He was the only one working in the store, but he handled it seamlessly and with ease. Amazing service from John. Got two new phones and he helped us transfer everything from the old phones to the new ones. He also got us a great deal for a new tablet. COVID-19 policies are adhered too and face masks are required to keep you safe. Overall, this is the best T- Mobile store I have been too.

I came into this store looking to leave my current carrier boost, wasnt exactly sure of what I wanted but I knew I wanted to leave boost and upgrade my phone.I came here after realizing they werent far from from me and spoke with two different gentlemen at two different times.I cant say I was the most pleasant person to work with but they worked with me and gave me the answers I needed.They were not only good salesman but straight up. Broke everything down price wise so I could see the numbers before jumping in head first. Gave me more confidence in making the switch. They definitely made the decision easier than most carriers who just try to wow you. Happy with my experience, highly recommend!

He was not able to only help me get my previous phone number back, he took the time to explain a bunch of options regarding plans AND remained so patient the entire time. He was very knowledgeable. Please Stay away! Went to this store looking for a case for our dual screen LG phone. After looking at all the covers we didnt see one that would work we were waited to ask if maybe we could ordered one but were treated like we were a bother and were told our phone was to old and we needed to look on Ebay!! I went into this store to cancel my plan and take all my lines with me. Sprint phone customer service is dreadful, and previous employees at this location where sly and didnt mind lying to make a sale. Garion and his crew made me give this place and Sprint a second chance. They worked diligently and were invested in fixing past mistakes and instead of leaving the company, I left with there with three new devices and a smaller bill. They worked for hours to make sure we were satisfied. This is the best crew yet.

Even though the store was extremely hot the salesmen made the experience worth the decision to say they did an awesome job. So good of a job I bought a phone and really didnt need one. Those guys did an excellent job

My account wasnt set up as I requested by personnel on the phone and after being hung up on twice-Garion-Store Mgr came to our rescue!!! EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE, he took the time to walk John Asst Mgr through our entire transaction. I was happy as a clam after a long, drawn out day...to end it with an IMPRESSIVE VISIT to the Sprint Store in Redbank was ALL WE needed!!! So HAPPY I gave this Store another chance!!! Garion EVEN ensured my military discount was submitted for my 3rd line. Store is great at explaining and new Asst Mgr there is being brought to speed on promotions. New crew is OUTSTANDING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!

This store is a joke. Everybody in there is a joke! Dont waste your time going to them, I could not return a charger that takes over 24 hours to charge my phone literally. I didnt have the box the charger came in but this store has a no return policy on accessories which is stupid (I found out when I tired to return the charger. I called over phone before I went). And the guy even said The charger may have not been compatible with your phone! So why cant you at lease give me credit?

They wouldnt sell me the item i came in for. They said they didnt think i really wanted it it was really weird and then they tried to get me to open another line in order to upgrade my phone....i was really disappointed with my experience at this location. I also think its weird to have a store in an area where sprint has horrible service.

Just want to brag on their staff. When my husband and I signed up with Sprint we dealt with Bryson directly. He however only had been there a short period of time. But you never would have known it. My husband and I ordered two iphones and long story short the batteries were bad in them. With it being an apple problem, we were going to have to send them off and wait lord knows how long until to get them fixed. Bryson went out of his way to search a local company that had the batteries in stock and could replace then for cheap that day for us. Then a couple weeks later he gave us a follow up call to ensure we were happy and werent having any other issues. Spring service has come a long way and they are defiantly doing a great job with their employees. Thanks Bryson for all your help!!!

My husband and I switched to Sprint from this store last summer. They bought out our phones and they were supposed to send us prepaid visa cards to pay off our old carrier. They never did so and every time we went in to ask about it they claimed they didnt know and would get back to us. We tried calling, emailing, and going in a few more times, but no one would help us. Our credit was being ruined and we finally switched carriers again and then they finally respond after 8 months. Conveniently, they claim that they can no longer help us since we switched from them. Also, our phone bills kept going up each month for no reason at all. No one would explain to me why our bill kept increasing. I will never use them again!

Bait and switch at its finest with a manager that will easily lie to cover her butt. I cannot tell you how disappointed and frustrated I am with this store. I updated to a plan that was suggested and highly recommended by the so called manager Brittany. She also told us about the buy on get one free Samsung Galaxy edge 7 plus. This worked for what we needed. I did everything on my end for this plan. Was told in two months the discount would apply for the buy one get one free. Well almost 6 months later I am still waiting. I have gone into the store several times to speak with her and her co-worker who reassured me that it will be fixed. I have called Sprint customer service as well. Everyone I spoke with stated it will be fixed. Has not happened! Most recently I find out that the phones she told me where buy one get one free were not the correct phones so we do not get the discount. After complaining and asking for what I signed up for, I was told I had to go into the store. Well, I did that too. Keep in mind, I have already taken this avenue several times already. This time I had Sprint customer service on the phone as I went in. Spoke with Brittany once again, and this time she claimed to not remember what we signed up for. This after she remembered me and my husband every other time we were there. She lied several times to cover her butt because she messed up. All it takes is to say I did tell them this, lets fix it. She pratices bait and switch and does not stand behind her word. She has no morals and no sense of accountability. She is a representative of Sprint that represents Sprint poorly, and truly makes the company look bad. I am not looking for nothing less than what i agreed to. Why is that so hard. Why do I have to spend months trying to get what I was sold, and pay additional money for something that was not my mistake. If I did not pay my bill, Sprint would hold me accountable. Why is Sprint not holding itself accountable for its representatives and their actions. You messed up, not me. Sprint needs to fix this.

Worst store never recieved my phone and been trying to get a refund the manager has lied to me about getting a refund and cancellation. Been trying to cancel for over 2 months and still havent had no progress. I will be reporting him
