It is truly impossible to express in words the gross incompetence of this company and their sister company, Medi Home Care. My wonderful insurance company decided I must use these two evil twins for CPAP supplies and, well, its an absolute nightmare every time I have to deal with either. Whats particularly lovely is that whenever theres an issue, they just point at each other with excuses. Currently, Ive been over a month without being able to even get anyone on the phone to re-order supplies. Ive honestly never dealt with a company less interested in dealing with customers.
