Will not be taking my boat back here again....started out with a cracked gas line and it was only going to take 4 days to fix....ended up taking 2 weeks. They were saying stuff needed to be fixed that had just been repaired 6 months ago. Almost as if they were just trying to keep it longer to get more money. They were supposed to call before they did any work, which didnt happen. They never called and never answered the phone when I tried to call. Had to just go by there to talk to them. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back there again.

Owner is very rude and unprofessional I wouldnt give this place one star. I went there today to price an outboard motor. The owner came out asking what was I interested in. He stated he only had 4 strokes. So I said thatsomething what I was looking for. He rudely interrupted me and said he needed me to buy today. Mind you I was just inquiring. Once I told him I didnt have 5 grand for the motor he walks away from our conversation saying well I cant help you.

Somehow my reviews keep getting deleted but I was screwed over so bad I will keep reposting. I drove 6 hours to pick up an Xpress boat that I was told was the owner of Xpress personal boat and it was in excellent shape. I met Mr. Mathias (not sure which of the brothers it was) at the dealership and then followed him to his house on Lake Murray where he had the boat tied up to his dock. Being ignorant to boats, I asked him what the beeping was and he said that was just an alarm telling me everything was alright. I had no clue and trusted him. Needless to say the alarms were because the motor was overheating, there was water in the gas and the oil wasnt pumping. I got that fixed. After that I continued to break down many, many times in the boat (once even getting stuck out on the lake overnight). After thousands of dollars in repairs, I finally got rid of it. That was around 2006 so unless things have changed, I wouldnt deal with those crooks. I made a $5,000 mistake and wasted countless hours stuck on the water that could have been dangerous due to a liars greed.

I wish I read the reviews on this place before I wasted my time driving there. I was going to purchase a pontoon from them and they got mad after I asked them to compression check the motor. The prop was lose and the motor would not start when I asked them to run the motor. I spent a hour of my time waiting on them to fix these problems. He would not let me test run the boat. He told me after two hours of them trying to fix the boat that he had already sold it and for me to have a nice day. I the shop and office looks like a run down boat grave yard. The boat technicians look to be gas station bums that work for a 6 pack a day.
