We bought a recliner from TDF back in April and long story short the recliner broke at the end of May and wouldn’t recline or rock anymore. So we called TDF and they said the recliner is still under warranty and they will,attempt, to fix it!!! It’s currently July 24th and still nothing. I’ve talked to Jodi which has been very helpful and is working hard on getting my chair fixed/replaced or refunded back. Unfortunately I just got a lemon chair but at least TDF is trying to help me in my situation

We buy all our furniture from TDFMy wife was with Thomasville furniture back when it made REAL furniture IN Thomasville so she knows a thing it 2 about furniture.Weve had a few hiccups with Lane, but TDF made it right and have ALWAYS taken care of us

I ordered a bed set in MARCH and the only thing that’s came in is the bed and i was told that the nightstand and dresser would come in the first week of July. Now they’re saying it will be the 3rd week of August. I will never order from here again!!

A great place for unique furniture treasure hunters! I was blown away by the size of the store and the selection of new, beautiful, high quality, name brand furniture! The selection seems to change each time I shop the store and the prices really are amazing. Well worth the trip to find that unique piece for a great price.

Had heard good things about their Charlotte location so I checked out the one closest to me. Not impressed at all. Was looking for a recliner for mom. Spoke with a young lady who was not overly helpful or interested and there was no one else on the floor. From what I saw most of their soft furnishings where way over priced. Some of the hard furnishings seemed to be reasonably price. Definitely was not worth the long drive.

Snobby staff. Didn’t greet us or let us know if we needed any help, even though it was dead in there. Yet, a couple walked in right after us and they put some grins on and welcomed them, and told them if they needed service, that they would help. They looked different than us, and if you know what I’m saying I’ll end it right there. Walked around almost the whole store to look for a couch and they just looked at us. Cool, saved us some money to use for another furniture store who’s actually willing to speak for paying customers.

Good place to get furniture. Dont be fooled by the name, they have plenty of undamaged, new furniture.

There was nothing here for a good price....the most affordable sofa I seen was priced at $1000....nice stuff though. When I first walked in a lady said let me know if you need help and I said yes actually do you have any living room sets for sale at one price? She rolled her eyes at me and said uhhh well whatever price you see on a piece is the price. Both of the ladies were not very friendly and almost seemed annoyed to be working there. We did end up just buying one piece and the delivery men were on time and total opposite of the women working inside

We have found so many great pieces here and saved a bunch of money not going to the big name stores for the same furniture. Delivery has always been top notch as well. We start here when we ate looking to buy!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! It would be great if you would get out from behind the counter and help. So after no help in the store I went on their website and purchased a table. table was damaged twice!! So over this place and their excellent customer service skills.

Got fantastic discount on several items. Bought a truckload and it was all delivered, on time, as promised and assembled perfectly. They even touched up the finish on one of the wood pieces I bought. The delivery folks were very careful with moving the pieces in on my wood floors and were very courteous.

One of the nicest scratch and dent warehouses Ive been to. Most items are like new (my understanding is that any damage is repaired before items hit the showroom floor). Great looking furniture at prices well below MSRP. Dont go here thinking youll buy an entire living room for $100. Its going to cost $1000 but youll find quality items much cheaper than anywhere else.The store spans several buildings that are all connected. Tons of square footage; even if you browse quickly it will still take you an hour to see everything in stock. Friendly and accessible staff in every area, no pushy sales gimicks. Definitely recommend.

Just brought a dining set for my mother for Christmas. Young lady and gentleman that assisted were helpful and delivery cost was very reasonable compared to other furniturestores.Update:. Since purchasing dining set also my mom got a mattress and box spring which has turned out to be junk. Mattress less than a year old and is sunken on on side. Box spring is falling apart.

For a large selection of discounted furniture, this is the best place in Lexington. Although the building is somewhat rickety, they have excellent options for furnishing a house on a budget. The furniture is considered damaged, but it is often something as minor as a little nick in the paint or a scuff mark.

This place is legit. Dont get fooled by the sketchy-looking exterior. They actually have some nice and unique stuff. Stopped by on the way up to Furnitureland South. Saw the EXACT SAME Hooker credenza here as at Furnitureland South an hour later....only $800 cheaper. Seriously. I know it fell of a truck at one point but couldnt see any damage. They have a ton of variety and pretty decent stuff. Check it out - you might get lucky!

Was shopping for a petite recliner made by Best Chair Co. Called and talked to Jodie (owners daughter) who stated she had all of the petite chairs on display on the showroom floor. We drove down and found out she did not have any at all. Bad experience.

I purchased several pieces of furniture. The delivery did not arrive during the delivery window. I called and was told it would probably be 20 minutes. I asked if it actually be close to this as I needed to get back to work. I was basically told it is what it is. I asked if there was any consideration for the delivery cost given this major inconvenience and I was given a very rude no. I then advised them to cancel the order. The associate became very upset and hung up on me. I was not using profanity or yelling during this conversation. She was simply mad that I was cancelling the order given that we did not really know when or if it would arrive. I called again and was told that I had to come to the store for a refund despite never receiving the furniture. I then traveled in a car 30 minutes one way as this was the only option. Upon arriving I asked to speak with a manager for the third time and was told it would be very unlikely that anyone would contact me. The refund was given, however, I had now missed 3 hours of work and been treated as though I was the problem. I was also informed that I could have saved the drive had I mailed the receipt but this option was not provided during the 2 prior phone conversations.

HUGE selection of furniture. They have nearly everything you could need. If they dont have it they can order it. If theres certain pieces of furniture you need for a sectional couch they can order the specific one for you.

Lots of furniture but disappointed in prices and selection. Website has very different prices than whats in store. Alot of what is on website is not in the store. Lady behind the counter says that Ashley Furniture puts a lot of stuff on their website, not them. Did not see a lot of bargains and hardly any as is pieces. Most pieces were new with a brand new price.
