Called looking for replacement awning and decided to shop local. Palmetto Awning came out, gave an estimate, made and installed awning in two weeks. Awning looks great. Had a slight leak on a seam, promptly came out and resealed stitching. Great price, great craftsmanship and great customer service. Nicely done!

Do not use this company, will not stand behind their work,I spent approximately 5000.00. For leaks, has been here 3 times to fix leaks, told me a month ago he would be back the next day,has yet to show or call, very dissatisfied,,,,had more work for them,,,,,,,,,NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Great service and great value. They came out to my office, did measurements, gave me an estimate that day. Two weeks later I had the awnings installed. Everything went smooth.

Pete came highly recommended. However, after installing an awning on my house last month the awning is sagging and holds water. My wife called him and instead of coming out to look at it he said we needed gutters. My wife called back and no one answered. I guess they have caller ID. I called and he answered (from a different number). He told me the same thing in a very loud and unprofessional way. So now we are gonna take him to court. If he cant stand behind his work, maybe he needs to find another profession! If you want shoddy work and attitude by all means call him!
