Took out 2019 mdx with 23,000 miles in for brakes because they felt warped, they resurfaced the front rotors, came home and they were worse than what I took it in for. I took the vehicle back the next morning and after a test drive with a service writer and the mechanic supposedly driving it was told it was fine and it would break in. Drove it for a weekend trip and they got even worse, took it back to them and another mechanic rode with me on a test drive and agreed that something was not right. They did whatever they did and am now happy, they work great. Thanks

For those looking into a new/preowned Acura vehicle you should look no further than a gem called Courtesy Acura. Never in a million years did I think I would purchase a vehicle 5 hrs away from my home. Let me tell you I couldn’t be more happy with the experience I had.Sales Director Mike Edmondson did a fantastic job of handling all questions and paperwork ahead of time. He went the the extra length that other dealers wouldn’t even bother to do such as make sure I could take full advantage of every incentive available to me.Day of delivery was smooth sailing. The total time was under an hour signing paperwork with the Finance team. I then received a premier vehicle demonstration from Daniel who was kind enough to pick me up at the Lexington airport earlier in the day.I’m looking forward to doing business again with these fine folks in the future.

Be careful when buying a used car from these guys. They just change the oil and put it out on the lot. They say they go through the car and check everything out, but that is untrue. I live out of state, and was unable to have the car independently inspected until I got it home. When I did, I found that it had two oil leaks and the shocks were leaking. I bought the car as is, so I am stuck with the significant repair bill. Buyer beware with these guys!

My 2022 MDX was ready within minutes. The lease documentation was very fast and efficient. The vehicle design improvements were exactly what I wanted. The standard features on the 2022 MDX are excellent. The infotainment control system is awesome (if you can operate an iPhone or laptop you’ll be at home). No wonder I’ve been with Acura for over 25 years.

Sales person was rude. When I asked questions he was condescending and at one point he even threw a proposal on his desk to me, like happy now. Then I was told one price out the door and ended up being the sales price. Never again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great service that I received. One typically thinks of car sales as high pressure, but that was not the case at all. I have been taking my cars to this dealership since 1996. I also have bought my cars from this dealership. When I did they gave me a discount card that stated that I would receive 10% off service for as long as I owned my car. However for the past couple of years they have not honored their own card which states “for as long as you on your car” which is not very equivocal. I wrote a letter to Mr. Glass 8 months ago but still have not received an answer. I have watched their service department slowly decline over the years.The last time I brought my car in for service I had trouble starting it. AAA analyzed the battery, starter, and alternator. They could not find anything wrong and figured it was the ignition switch in the steering column. When I brought my car in they simply wrote customer wants ignition switch in steering column replaced and that’s just what they did. I have a feeling they really didn’t investigate the problem much further.I plan on buying a new car this summer. It will not be an Acura.

They were very helpful and will do anything they can to work with you. And I absolutely love my car. They even had something to occupy the kids while we done business. I say they are excellent. Fully deserving 5 stars.

The finance officer was very informative and worked to help me get the best deal on extended warranty coverage.I had an “We Owe You” for window tinting. Scheduling that has been somewhat difficult. I was directed to the service department first and the guy that answered the phone acted like I had lost my mind! (You may seem less important once the sale is complete.)Finally, I was directed to the salesman and hopefully will be able to get the Window tinting completed soon.

My appointment was scheduled and I dropped off my car as agreed upon. The service manager stated he would call me back, mid afternoon, to discuss the progress on my car. I hadnt received a call so at 4:30 I called the dealership. He stated my car had just been pulled into the service bay, even though the car had been there since 8am. He stated that the car wouldnt be fixed until Friday. This upset me greatly so I spoke with a sales manager. A loaner was secured and I left the dealership. The repair wasnt covered by the warranty even though I was led to believe that the warranty was bumper to bumper coverage. That was what I was told when I purchased the car. I feel as though I was taken advantage of by the finance manager.

The overall experience at courtesy Acura was the best I have ever seen at a car dealership. Speaking on the service side, the guy I spoke to Chris was fantastic and took care of me, but the biggest thing I noticed was I had requested them to do an alignment. Most dealerships would do it even if it wasn’t necessary, but they checked it and said it didn’t need to so they didn’t charge me. The price they quoted me was far less than the louisville dealership and I trusted them for more than anybody I have talked to. I drove all the way from louisville and they gave me a complementary service car so I could get around. Overall I will be going to this location as long as I have Acura cars or need service done!

Having to now spend money on repairs for a vehicle I spent a fine amount on, this has made for a pretty negative experience with Courtesy Acura. When I called Courtesy to try getting any form of advice on what might be wrong with my car, I was told to “call the dealership and see if they can tell you what you’re doing wrong.” Verbatim quote. I get that not everyone knows much about EVs, but they could have at least tried helping, especially considering, again, I purchased this car less than one week ago. I understand that I bought the car “as is,” but you’d still expect it to be problem-free for longer than a few days.
