Always a pleasant experience here! Much better than the California location. Our rep Andrew upgraded our phones in what seemed to be the fastest experience we’ve ever had. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating of our requests. We will always refer this location to our family and friends.

Kaitlynn was so patient, so kind, so helpful! I was nervous about switching after 20 years with our previous carrier but she went above and beyond getting EVERYTHING set up. I have rarely had customer service as good as her. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I needed to buy a new phone (the bane of my existence) and the Kaitlynn, a salesperson at Verizon, met us at the door and walked us through the process. She was also incredibly kind to and patient with my 4 year old daughter and made our experience of getting a new phone as painless and efficient as could be! Super happy with our experience.

Went in for a phone upgrade. I was helped immediately, and I told them what I wanted. They obliged and walked me through the process of transferring my phone number, activating the phone, etc. They even applied my screen guard on my phone for me! Every question I had was quickly answered, and the associate showed me how to use my new phone. Highly recommend this location!

Extremely frustrated. I spent hours researching a new smart phone and smart watch on Black Friday deals online (never had a smart watch and needed to learn a lot), but the one Verizon deal that I decided to purchase disappeared right before I tried to order it...no warning...almost all other Black Friday deals are still going on. I called this Verizon store a bit after they opened the next morning and was told they still had the same deal in the store as the one I was looking at online. I drove a half hour to the store and was told sorry, that deal was one of 2 deals that expired last night...you can get the same items if you want to pay $570 more. What a waste of time. Again, very frustrated.

I have to admit, we walked in expecting to get my husband a hold over phone in place of his broken phone until our contract was up with Verizon and we would move on. I had no interest in being attached to Verizon Wireless any longer. We were greeted by Dwight T. when we arrived. I shared my plan of getting by until we could move on. He patiently walked us over to his desk and said, Well, I hope we can change your mind. That was the last thing I had in mind, but... long story short, we walked out (both of us) with new LG 30 phones and LOVE them! Jonathan B. was equally kind to us. Dwight went above and beyond to ease every distress we felt upon our arrival. He was calm and kind and seriously saved Verizon Wireless 2 customers. Best staff and Verizon Store ever! Went in today because my Note 5 has given me nothing but problems since day one!When I walked in I was instantly greeted by an employee, John Boss. Adorable smile!. I Explained my problem(S), and long story short, he looked up my account, and by the time I left, he. Hooked me up with something new! ,the LG V20. He rearranged my plan to where Im actually paying a few bucks less monthly, and thats,including the new phone. I decided to keep the Note 5. Could of traded it in but wasnt worth it. I finally have one that still works , can keep it as a backup!.Anyways John was great! He didnt try to rush me out the door. .He took the time to show me everything on my new phone. Lordy theres a lot to remember!Walked out only paying the tax & Connection fee. So no complaints there!.. So how do I rate them? John definitely gets 5 stars!I have always had pretty good service with Verizon, regardless of the area. The only thing I have to say negative is now having to pay the full price of the phone over 2 yrs. Im paying over 100bucks a month just in phones & a tablet. My big issue is by the time I end up paying it off, its usually broken, sitting with other old (broken!) Phones that end up play phones for the little ones.This is the 1st phone that is still working! BUT I still have to pay for 6 months. I guarantee that sucker would of be a goner eventually!So if your wanting to get a new phone,tablet,etc go see John! And I have to say congrats to John and his lady. I normally come here to pay my wifes phone bill. Its always quick and easy. I rarely ever run into long lines here. The staff are always helpful and conduct business in a professional manner.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and calm during the whole process. He would be an EXCELLENT role model for any new hire. Today I went to another store and had zero service. it was worse than a license plate place, only a place to punish yourself. However I gave up and then went to the Great Mills road store where I had the opposite - totally impeccable service. Store expert, Zach, worked incredibly hard to solve a difficult problem. I would recommend only going to this store. I think ratings of others endorse this view as well.

I upgraded my phone back in February and Ive had a few issues with it. However, the level of service Ive received while having trouble with my phone has been nothing less than amazing! Ive been assisted by a few but Jonathan has been the best! Hes gone above and beyond to get my email passwords changed, apps downloaded and anything else I needed! He even saved me money by switching my bill and he is helping me save money from switching from Onstar to HUM! I will be coming back, thats for sure!

I went in about a problem with my Samsung S-7 and Chris Poe was the service representative that helped me. His customer service skills was excellent and professional. Chris even worked with the warranty service company on the phone to get a replacement due to a swollen battery. I have to drive 20 minutes, and past two other Verizon stores, to get to this store but the service there makes it worth the effort. In these times customer service can make or break a store so its refreshing to see a staff that cares.

This was one of our first visits to this location and we will always come back to this one. They all helped us with our new phones and even transferred everything we needed. Horrible. Run run run to a Verizon Corp. Store this is not a corporate store. I upgraded two phones. Was supposed to get two $300 dollar by outs. They bought out the cheaper phones on my plane and not the phone they promised. I was told my bill would not increase it did by hundreds. I was told no activation fee there was two added to my next months bill. I called Verizon directly and thankfully I got someone who understood my frustation. She adjusted my bill and also gave me the 300 credit that this store was supposed to give on the iPhone but didnt. When Verizon called the store and had the rep that helped me added to our call, he lied about everything. I caught him in lies myself. Thankfully the Verizon rep was on the phone and heard the lies being told. Then end result was Verizon was willing to listen and fix what this store screwed up. I say go to a corporate store because if they make a mistake they will fix it. The store like this one that is a private owned store that sells Verizon merch. I say runnnnnn dont waste your time in this store it was an awful experience that they were not willing to try an fix. All they want is your money.
