Good business to be a customer of. Storage get lots of dirt inside.

It was ok until new management. A relative had 2 of their units broken into. Had mold in one of my units. Make sure to ask what their policy is when you empty your unit. They had a young kid working there filling in giving wrong info but they still penalize you for the bad info. The grounds are usually well kept but they need better people running the place.

We used master storage for almost 2 years without any issues. Aaron at the front desk was extremely polite and very helpful. I definitely recommend master storage.

The manager Darcee is awesome I think she went above and beyond her job to find the space I was looking for went out of her way to walked out to where I was to let me know she set a few days aside to where I could get to my storage 24 hours for a couple. Highly recommend

We have been storing our mothers belongings here for a few years now after she moved in with us. The property is very clean, the manager Maca is always really friendly and courteous. We feel very safe storing her belongings here, they have a ton of cameras and a security gate.
