Sorry guys for the overdue review, but it’s better late than never! I took my Honda CR-V to these guys in late June 2018 because the check engine light kept coming on. They worked me in one afternoon and was very satisfied with their service. I have given their information to others I know as referrals. Will definitely come back again.

I have never been to a mechanic that made me feel so secure about the things being done to my car. I told them what I thought the problem was, & they fixed it, no problem, without trying to tell me about numerous other problems. Im a woman, so its hard to not get taken advantage of by mechanics. The guy that I spoke to on the phone was very professional. Then the guys who talked to me when I got there were very nice. Even went out of their way to go find & buy the correct sensor for my car, after I accidently told them the wrong thing over the phone. I will ALWAYS take my car here. 9 years ago, on a Saturday around noon time, my Dodge Stratus broke down in front of Gwinnett Car Care. Something broke and caused the left front wheel to almost come off the car. The frame was sitting on the ground and I was blocking traffic. They came out to help me and my mother-in-law and they were able to get my car in their parking lot.Even though my car needed a major repair and they were quite busy, they agreed to do the work at that time, even though it was close to quitting time. They never hesitated a moment to do the work and stay past closing time to do it. They treated my mother-in-law and I like family and have ever since. I was so grateful for them staying after closing time and getting my car repaired.Since then, I have not taken my cars anywhere else for service. I have never had an issue with their work or prices.Gwinnett Car Care is unquestionably a 5-star operation.

I was referred by my co-worker, Otto to get my car repaired at this facility. I have been having issues with my car running hot and having radiator problems. I dropped it off on a Thursday and was told it was completed on Friday. I wasnt able to get my car picked until Sunday evening and they assured me it will be safe and in a secure place once I come to recover it, to which it was. I have not had any issues with my car ever since. Thank you Nick, I will certainly be back if I have any other problems or concerns and I will recommend your services to anyone seeking the best in car repair.

I have been taking my Mitsubishi Eclipse here since 2011. The owners and staff here are not only very knowledgeable, they are honest and very respectful, friendly people. I trust them.. they stand behind all of their work. I dont let many people work on my car. I highly recommend this shop. I have never had a problem here. Ive been a customer of Gwinnett Car Cares for about 4 years now. 3 different vehicles, and I have *always* had the best, most top notch, and most importantly - *honest* work done by the people at this car repair shop. Their motto is that they fix everything!!! and that is certainly true!As a woman, I have been to repair shops for everything from simple oil changes to very complex mechanical work, and Ive had employees try to pull one over on the lady so Im rather versed in being incredibly careful about having the wool pulled over my eyes. I can tell you with complete confidence that this wont ever happen to you at GCC. From the owner on down, these guys are among the most honest mechanics that Ive ever known. They never repair anything that doesnt need to be fixed *right now*, and even if there are multiple things wrong with your car, they will work with you and prioritize from the worst problem to the least critical and get it fixed within your time frame and budget. They go out of their way to research the least expensive, yet best way to repair your car. Never have I had shoddy care taken of any of my cars, and they have *always* had my vehicle repaired on time or early. Several times Ive sworn that my car runs better when it came out of their shop than before, even if Ive been in for something simple like an oil change.One of the really great things is that everyone there is ASE certified and they attend continuing education classes/seminars that they need to keep their certifications current. It might be an inconvenience to some that their shop is closed for the day because the owner and employees have an off site seminar that they have to attend, but to me it makes me feel even more confident in their abilities. The fact that the owner doesnt cut corners and makes sure that his people have the education that they need on the latest car care really impresses me. I have complete confidence in them and I cant say that about too many places these days.They offer coupons in their web site too, so make sure and go take a look!Run, dont walk to check these guys out! Just dont get a speeding ticket on the way!

My entire extended family have been using these guys for years. Theyre the only mechanics Ive met that I feel are totally honest. They do excellent work, and if theres a problem, they have gone out of their way to make it right, even if it isnt there fault.

Went here for a check engine code. I left the car with Gwinnett car care and came back the next day. I paid $150 and the code was off. Drove to Walmart and in the parking lot the code came back on. Returned to Gwinnett Car Care and they told me that another part needed to be put in. I questioned them and l learned that they had simply cleared the code with their scan tool without changing anything, hoping that would resolve the issue. I asked for a full refund which they agreed to. A honest mechanic is hard to find! If you do any car work here, make sure they put new parts in your car, because I have heard they like to put in used parts yet charge you for the price of a new one. Very disappointed that they would try to trick me and others.

This is a first rate organization all around - my experience with them continues to be exceptional. This is a family business - and what an amazing family it is!I bought a 2007 Audi A4 from them in May 2016 for a first time driver in the house. Azra educated me on the pros and cons of several cars - told me what to look out for, and sent me from their Sales Center to the Car Care Center where Nuco and Ervin took over and actually showed me the work they did on the car so it would last another 100,000 miles. Even after I bought the car they stood by it, repairing an oil leak that neither of us saw initially the next week. Friendly staff and fair prices, but installed my clutch wrong, which destroyed my transmission!!!! They are ok for small things like brakes and oil changes, but I wont use them again.
