Usually we hear horror stories of dealing with Sales persons and finance persons and them trying to get the most out of you for the least work. I have to say that these individuals and all other individuals at all the McCarthy stores, go above and beyond. I let the team know the price and APR I was willing to accept. Not only did they meet the pricing and APR but they beat it. They also worked to get us the best price on the after market warranty and Gap insurance we wanted. WE were able to get all the options and features we wanted without having to haggle or fight about it. No games were played and no hassle. We will be back for sure. Financing beat my banks APR by 3% just to let you know how awesome they are!

I purchased a vehicle remotely, requiring it to be shipped. They helped to set up the shipment as well. Everyone was professional, easy to work with. And the pricing of their vehicles was reasonable. They were accommodating and prompt in providing additional information about the vehicle as well. I did not find anyone I worked with to be pushy at any point during the process. Id recommend them without any reservations.

After hitting a deer and totaling my 16 Frontier, I found myself looking for another one. With the Covid and supply issues I failed to find what I was looking for locally and when I did find something close, my local dealer added a 4,500 surcharge to the MSRP. Not something I was used to or would have been willing to pay for. After some internet searching I found my truck at McCarthy. Yusuf sent me a video of him doing a walk around on the truck, giving me confidence that what I was viewing on Car Gurus was, if fact what the dealer had. I got what I thought was a fair deal and my wife picked up the truck on her way back from New Mexico. She was in and out in a half hour on a Saturday morning and the truck was in our garage 300 miles away by evening. Took my 2009 Nissan Altima in for oil change, had service rotate my tires while car was on lift. Mechanic and sales let me know additional concerns/problems they found while working on my car, but didnt push so hard that it made me feel uncomfortable. I appreciate the in depth and very detailed video sent to me showing concerns and vehicle reports. When I received my bill, it was very detailed and easy to understand. I am very happy, and I will definitely allow more services to be done at this location in the future.

We bought a new Nissan Rogue yesterday, after stopping to “just look” at McCarthy Nissan. We were very fortunate to work with Chris Hess, who has a great sales style as well as a very cute dog. We ended up making the trade and brought home a beautiful Caspian Blue Rogue. While we got the paperwork done, Chris filled the new car with gas and then, went totally above and beyond transferring stuff from the old car to the new car so we wouldn’t have to do this in the excessive heat. Unfortunately after three years and thousands of dollars Mccarthy Nissan has proven to be unreliable and lacking integrity. Each visit my vehicle is returned with the same unsolved issues that it was brought in for and was claimed never to have been found. It took until my car set itself on fire for them to even acknowledge my issue. Each visit my vehicle was there between 10-14 days and they never offer dealer vehicles or rentals so customers can resume standard daily activities, like going to work. They only repaired symptomatic parts and skirted around finding the root cause of my vehicles issue. I am disappointed to say that after my experiences with Mccarthy Nissan I will never be able to recommend, approve or support their service to any person.

Gerry (spelling might be wrong, I do apologize) was our salesman. We wanted a car and told him our budget. Eventually, he did find one that had everything we wanted but was a little bit out of our price range. When we negotiated, we took a bit off and agreed to buy it. However, when signing the paperwork, we realized the warranty that was included was taken off to meet our price but neither Gerry nor his boss informed us about it until the numbers guy showed it to us. I am sure this is a typical sales practice...It was our mistake that we didnt make sure everything was included but the dealership should tell us in all honesty. When we confronted the salesman about it the next morning, he let us know very nonchalantly. We got played but got what we wanted in the end. Just be careful all!

He and I had been in communication for months, and he was always positive we could work something out! I actually had another dealership (and car) in mind the days leading up to this; however, Yusuf reached out to me the day before I was going to lease, AND he told me he could match the other dealers offer. Bought a new car or thought it was new. Come to find out it had over 3400 miles on it. The car was in the show room so I took for granted it was “new”. I was made aware of the mileage when we were filling out all the paperwork after all negotiations were complete. We went ahead with the purchase and drove away. Before we put 100 miles on the car the cruise control stopped working so we brought the car back @ 2:00 Saturday afternoon and mechanic on duty was only there until 3:00. He cleared the error code or trouble code and the issue went away. In my angst I told the dealer manager that I was a little upset that the car was “new” and should not be throwing any error codes and if it reoccurred I’d want a like for like replacement. He told me if there was a reoccurrence within a short time he would honor this request. Because the car had so many miles on it I wanted an oil change because the first 3000 miles are when the car is getting broke in and the oil should be changed at that time, not at 6000 mile as he proposed. He agreed and I had the oil changed the next week and it did not count against the four oil changes per the warranty. All the people we dealt with at the dealership were friendly and courteous.

Due to an early morning work meeting, I dropped off the vehicle the night before. Customer service was friendly and attentive, offered an opinion as to what they thought might be the problem and explained the mechanics evaluation process. I found the video of the mechanics inspection very helpful. The dealership called before finishing the work to ask if there was anything additional found on the video that I wanted corrected. I was not offended by the upselling from the use of the video. On the contrary, thought is was a great idea since most owners are unable, or unwilling, to do this type of inspection in the coldest part of the winter. This could be a real lifesaver for some owners. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

They didnt like the way I wanted to do business so I didnt take the SUV. They treated me like I was too dumb to know what I was doing and they lied and tried to trick me into giving them information that I didnt want to give them. Plus raised the price of the SUV $1000 when they found out that I wouldnt finance with them.

I was very pleased with the overall buying experience until it came time for them to make good on a couple of their promises. After they promised to send me a copy of the owners manual and a seat belt cover, that is when things went south. We live a couple hundred miles from the dealership so its not like I can drive back there. Ive sent several emails to the sales person, the sales manager and even to the overall manager with not a single response from any of them. Its almost like hey we got your money, now we dont know who you are. I wont even go into the free Sirius radio for a year. Thats just plain false advertising on their part. Oh well, live and learn. After all I was dealing with a used car dealer, so what was I expecting?

Were not normally the type to go to a dealer to buy a car because of previous, horrible experiences. We saw an outback that caught our eye and took a chance. Thankfully Brenton Bartz was there to help us. He quickly answered all our questions, and helped us get out the door quickly.Weeks later we had an issue with a piece of gravel in the wheel, causing scraping sounds. We were able to bring the car to Preston in the service department that same day. He got fixed up in no time and also noticed a headlight was out and repaired that for us also. I went looking to see if I might be able to change my ride. I had a 2017 kia forte. A great car great fuel mileage-- i actually got 49 mpg traveling 85 to 90 mph crossing Wyoming and Montana the year before. I got the car in florida. I moved to Kansas and now have a driveway that slopes upward. I chatted with the salesman. We tried a few options. They did not work with what I wanted to pay. He snowed me a used 2017 Nissan Rouge. Took it for a test drive. It fit with my current goals and payment desires. They did a good job of listening. Thank you

I was impressed with both the speed and competence McCarthy Nissan contacted me after looking on line at the Nissan site. Normally this is a turn off but there was no pressure, which I greatly appreciated. We met with Yousef Krichati a few days later. What an excellent experience, not usually evident when working with auto sales people.Yousef was very knowledgeable about specifics of their inventory and easily found what we eventually wanted. He went out of his way to have a Rogue brought in from Kansas City so we could see the color of the interior. This really helped in making our decision. We were quite disappointed with our car buying experience with Nissan. I guess we assumed that certain things were included, such as the garage door opener built-in. It Took way too long to get paper work done. When it was going on sheer after was pushed over to be signed without being told exactly what was on the sheet nor given time to look at this sheet. The same paperwork took place in the financial office again page after page to be signed with not much time given. Needless to say, we have a bad taste in our mouths with our first Nissan purchase.
