I recently brought my car in after having a not so great experience with another repair shop to get a second opinion. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure to address all of them! The owner himself took care of my car and provided excellent service and communication. As a woman we are often advised to bring a man with us to these types of things but that is not a concern here! They were very informative of what went wrong and how to fix it. They let me know what needed to be addressed now and what could wait. I never felt as though they were trying to squeeze in unnecessary services. The price was fair for the exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back!

Showed up with no notice and they got me handled within a day which surprised me. So far so good on repair.

Took my car in to have a simple tire patch. Two trips later and they still hadn’t fixed the problem. Took my car to Big-O after En-Tire failed to fix the problem and was told that whoever repaired my tire at En-Tire did a poor job, and I ended up having to pay for a new tire since En-Tire damaged my tire past the point of repair. Never going back.

The name says it all: theyll work on almost everything on your vehicle. Ive been a happy customer for over 10 years at this VETERAN OWNED business. The owner, Jeff, is amazing. Very knowledgeable and works hard to make sure you understand whats wrong with your car and that its fixed properly and expediently. No games here, just car care the way it should be done: right.

Had En-Tire replace my brakes pads and rotors in November. A few weeks after I started hearing chirping and knocking sounds. brought it back in to look and it was just a loose caliper, no problem. Now a couple weeks now after that repair, I hear the same issues. It should not require 3 trips to get something as simple as breaks replaced and working properly. Im leaving 2 stars because the customer service was great, but to have your best repair tech work on my brakes the first time and fail, then have a second repair that still failed, doesnt provide good evidence of good quality. I scheduled a service with Honda this morning since they were able to get me in ASAP, plus I needed other things for them to look at anyway, so I figured Honda can handle the brakes.

They were very courteous and very helpful. I would definitely go there again. I had great service

Changing my star review to reflect the discussion.ORIGINAL Review: We have long done business with En-tire. This is where we routinely purchase new sets of tires and get our Honda serviced. Sadly this relationship has come to an end. Their public facing staff do not wear protective masks. This shows an utter lack of concern for the health and well-being of their customers. Taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Difficult to diagnose issue with my son’s Chevy Trax. Jeff and team went above and beyond to research possible causes - even staying late to work on the car. I appreciated the updates and phenomenal efforts as my son is at KU and we are in Chicagoland. I can’t say enough good things about their dedication to figuring out the issue. They will have our business for as long as our son is at KU. Thank you so much!

Update to the update: While changing the oil on my kids Subaru Forester I noticed the inner CV boot was torn and flinging grease everywhere. My kid was taking the car from KS to Colorado in a few days and I was concerned I could not get it repaired in time. I called en tire and explained what was going on. They got the part the next day, installed it and everything was good to go at a reason able cost. Saved my bacon again thanks guys!Update: For a second time we had to take the bus to Entire, this time a right rear outer blew. They were lucky it happened in town and not on the road far away. Once again we dropped the Bus off and had all 4 rear tires replaced. Once again the guys took very good car of us in a timely manner. I cant say enough good things about Entire.Previous review: My sons bands tour bus tires in the front had belts separate while they were driving, causing the front end to shake very badly. I called ahead while we were on the road to see if En-Tire would be able to work on the vehicle and replace the tires. This is a rather large vehicle a 26 E-450 Superduty Metrotrans bus. They said they would be able to help out so we dropped it off just before they closed. They inspected the tires and had some in stock. It was late so we left the bus there over night. The next day they had the bus back on the road and the guys are back in business. The guys at the store were great to work with and even though didnt have an appointment were able to fit us in so the band could make their next gig. Ive purchased tires there before and had other suspension work done. They kind of went out of their way to help this time which was nice.

Unbelievable how I underestimated En-Tire to choose to repair my car. Due to my own ignorance I was under the impression that they mostly specialized in tires. DEAD WRONG. This is a full service automotive repair company that I will recommend to any one. As a matter of fact I may just may have had the best experience with them compared with any other full service auto repair company. I had some front passenger side mechanical problems that were getting progressively worse and had to take my car in. After a three day Memorial Day weekend I called En-Tire on the recommendation of my neighbor. I spoke to Bruce on Tuesday afternoon and he said You can bring it in tomorrow around 1PM for an inspection as we had someone reschedule their appointment. I did. The mechanic who helped took me for not one, but two, test drives to get a feel for what was going on. After taking it back after the second test drive,- BAMB! - They narrowed down the problem and nailed it! They even told me that it was not really that serious and not a threat to drive at the time but would get worse over time. Told me I could always bring it back later. I declined as I knew I would have to have it fixed eventually and thought maybe I could avoid the current problem leading to something worse so I gave them the green light and fix it. Amazingly, my car was repaired with new replacement parts and a full re alignment by 10AM the NEXT DAY! These guys are very caring and knowledgeable mechanics. Their true concern, honesty, respect for my concerns, and customer service is the best I have ever had from any auto repair company and I will be a return customer without a doubt.. Been using En-Tire for many years, from back when they were named Tires Plus. Theyve never done wrong by me in all that time. I got a few free dealer service visits after buying a new car a while back and after those were done, I went back to EnTire without hesitation - they simply offer better service at a lower cost, and theyve never tried to up-sell me to something I didnt want or need. When you find someone you can trust to work on your car, you stay with them.

The most SPECTACULAR customer service I have ever experienced!!! I was on my out of town and my tire pressure light came on. Ive never been to this business before that was not a customer, but I pulled in explain my issue, they dropped what they were doing investigated, discovered the issue and fixed it immediately, they would not even let me pay them for it I will be a customer for life

I have had several awesome experiences with Entire! My first one was almost ten years ago when I lived out of town and ended up with a flat tire, rolled up on a rim 20 mins before they closed.. and they were so friendly and stayed open to help me out! I have been going there ever since and am very happy with their service!

Customer service friendly, yes. The integrity of this place? There is none. I am not an expert on cars, obviously thats why we have experts out there who are supposed to give you advice...NOT break a tire pressure reader that was working before I dropped my car off then proceed to blame me for this and charge me for the part. However, it gets better, I probably wouldnt even be writing this review if my tire pressure reader was actually freaking working after they fixed it.

This is my go-to shop for oil changes and tires. I have consistently gotten great service and appreciate that my wait time is minimal. I love that James was able to get me in right away to fix my flat tire. I definitely recommend En-tire!

This place is really good. They were able to fit me in same-day and saved me some real money on my car without trying to overstate any issues I had. Everyone there was really friendly and I spent a lot of time just chatting with the guys. Will definitely be coming back.

They take care of their customers. I bought 4 new tires at a great price. After they were done, there was a small balancing issue with the wheels so I had to bring it back in. However, they quickly fixed the issue at no charge and provided great customer service.

We were in a tough spot last Saturday, because our car suddenly had no power, a very rough idle, and the check engine lite came on. We were in Lawrence, KS for an errand, but needed to get back to Kansas City that night. We drove into En-Tire without an appointment, and their afternoon was completely booked up. The owner, Jeff Tucker, stopped what he was doing, took our car in, and diagnosed the problem, himself. He kept us informed during his testing. At the conclusion of his tests, he told us one of the cylinders in our Isuzu Rodeo wasnt firing, but that it had spark, and probably needed the fuel injector replaced. He could not get the fuel injector shipped from KC into his shop that afternoon, and suggested we carefully make our way back to KC. He was very patient with us, and assured us that we would not damage the car if we drove back carefully. He charged us very little for the time he spent on our car. As it turned out, the things he did to improve the performance worked, and we did not have another occurrence on the trip back. We would rate Jeff Tucker very highly. He really helped us when we were in a jam, and did not try to take advantage of the situation we were in. Thank you, Jeff.

Honest, reasonable and trustworthy. How often can you apply these terms to mechanics? Not always unfortunately. These guys work hard and listen and respond appropriately. Listen up ladies!! Heres a car shop where you can go and not get belittled, dismissed, lied to or ripped off!

Gave me the wrong size tires- too big. Now I live out of state and cant bring them back to correct this.Update: I spoke with the owner who was very nice. He said we could come in when we visited for Thanksgiving and he would replace our tires. Even if the shop was closed. Still only giving four stars because this shouldnt have happened in the first place and is a huge inconvenience in our holiday plans.

Needed a full set of tires on the day after Christmas. EN-TIRE had three options in stock. They completed the tire swap and alignment in 2 hours - less than estimated. They were friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely satisfied. Will now consider getting my maintenance work done here too.

Not a fan. Came here to get one wheel bearing done and my bill was almost doubled. On top of that they messed with my ignition now my key gets stuck when it was fine the way it worked before. Also didnt notify me about the brake dust shield sitting in the back of my truck. That would be something I would have actually wanted replaced. Also when I got the keys my truck was sitting in the lot unlocked, really? Wont be back.

Selected them because of their rating, unfortunatly would not go back or recommend them. My daughter who is a KU student need a tire replaced on her 2018 CRV which had 8,000. En-Tire did not have a matching tire so they replaced it with a totally different tire, because as they informed me was the only tire they had access to? What tire shop would do this? Not only did they sell my daughter a more expensive tire, but they have placed her at risk by mismatching the tires and caused additioinal expense to our family because now we have to buy another tire to match the one they put on. A reputable tire shop would have told my daughter we dont have your tire available and referred her to another shop. They would have earned my trust and future business, instead they placed our family in harms way and created additional expense. Becareful if you send you college kids there.

Impersonable almost rude to me but more than happy to be all smiles and sweet to the female customers almost as if I was some how was a bother to him . also felt ripped off on my tire purchase but i had no spare or real choice at that time but to put up with him and take a hit in my wallet for my tire. And a bbig hit in the wallet the 2 lady customers that were in at the same time as me took too. For no more than entire did for them the price paid was beyond bloated cant see how he sleeps at night. Ive taken my car to EnTire for many years, but had a particularly good experience today. This morning, I took my 2013 Ford Focus to the dealership for recall repairs, and also asked about a repair message the kept popping up: Low Beam Bulb Fault. Their estimate to fix the problem was $192. After 1 recall repair was done (not 2, as I had been informed), I stopped by EnTire to make an appointment to get it fixed. James greeted me with a smile, I told him my problem, and he said I would rather fix this today so you dont drive in the dark with a bad headlight. Itll only take me a few minutes. The problem was fixed promptly; he charged me $87.91. This embodies my many experiences with EnTire: Friendly, competent, and always reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for your car repair needs!

On Oct 19, 2013, my husband and I visited this business location purely by chance. We had a blowout on I-70 about 85 miles west of Lawrence and by the time we rolled in to En-tire Car Center on our dinky little donut spare (and after stopping at two other car & tire places and being turned away), it was pretty close to 5:30 pm. It was a Saturday to boot and I was completely wheelchair bound after undergoing a pelvic stabilization surgery just 5 days earlier in Colorado. Needless to say, it was a rough day, but the guys at En-Tire did their best to help us get home and even though our 20 tire was a difficult one to find in stock anywhere that day, the guys finally managed to find one single, solitary tire in town after numerous phone calls. They promptly ran across town to retrieve the tire and quickly got it on our vehicle and sent us on our way. Had it not been for the kindness and persistence of the guys at En-Tire Car Care Center, we would have been stuck in Lawrence until at least Monday! Thank you guys for all of your help and for being so awesome!
