This place is a scam all he did was press reset on my cable box then he charged me for it talking about he programmed my box most places tell you they will charge you for something before they do it...then he says he will give you a free month of cable service if you recommend someone so I did then I asked for my free month and he changed it around and said no the free month is only when the person you recommend buys a box since the person took their own box and paid for the membership...never did he mention this before. Then he always says the cable box you have is old trying to talk people into spending money without needing it the cable box worked perfectly fine total scam

This place is absolutely awful. if you want a good small business computer repair shop to go to go to the computer repair shop on Torrence Boulevard the guy is very experience has good prices and is completely professional. The two people that were running it yesterday was so unprofessional and rude. I had already gone to one computer repair store to try and get a price quote for fixing my charging jack on my Dell laptop and they had given me the price of $100. I just wanted to see if I could get anything cheaper and when I asked those questions this place was so rude. The guy told us it would be $140 and when I said that that was a lot of money he got extremely offended and told me to just buy another computer. Then after I said I don’t have $600 to just buy another computer, he said well there’s one person in the county that will do it for you for any cheaper and I said well who is it and he just said I’m not gonna tell you. Also, he said no one would do it for cheaper but I even called best buy for one fina uote after going here and it was cheaper! He was so rude and so is the other guy that was working who told me he would have to take apart the entire computer in order to even find out what was wrong when i already told him it was just the charging jack.

I have utilized AC & P for over 20 years! Efficient, easy access, repairs spot on 👍 ... I would recommend in a heartbeat!

It is a SCAM... the owner Rajeev is RUDE and a JERK. His business should be closed down. I respect all the opinions here but my experience was awful. He screwed up my computer and wanted to charge me extra money although I brought back my computer to his filty shop within the 90 days warranty. Please avoid this business!! Or read the reviews on YELP and you will find many reviews like mine. He has the audacity to say (over bad reviews) that these customers have personal problems to resolve. What about him? What about the way he handles business? JERK JERK JERK.

Total scam... AVOID THIS PLACEBrought my laptop in for repair because it shut off & not starting. I came back a day later & Rajeev said he thinks its the logic board that burned out... so i asked if he actually checked and he answered 99.9% of the time is the logic board, and the part & labor will be over $300... best to buy a new laptopSo i asked again if he actually did anything and he answered it doesnt charge or work when i use my power supply... then keeps taking technical jargon & charges me $20 for his diagnostic fee.

I am not a techy person so when I was having issues with my older model Apple MacBook Air I was stymied as the nearby Apple store is closed because of COVID. I called a local Apple authorized repair who said they didn’t work on older models & I called several other places & heard the same thing & was instructed to go to a 3rd party repair shop. That is how I found Rajeev @ Advanced Computers & Printers. He fixed the small problem in what took maybe 2 mins while the others were suggesting...guess what a new computer. He was most engaging, professional & had a sense of humor. I was very relieved & pleased with my experience. Yes, I would go there again in a minute! Thx, Rajeev...

I took my computer to clean a virus and he charged me 150 dollars and when he gave me my computer back,my printer wouldnt work with my computer anymore.So I took it back so he can fix my printer and he couldnt fix it, all he said was to get a new printer and wanted to charge me 150 dollars againSo everybody please dont waste your time and dont waste your money because hes just gonna steal your money and not fix anything just like he ruined my computer.

This place and the owner are the best, I wish I could give it ten stars, my alienware laptop stopped charging, the internal battery needed to be replaced, as well as drivers needed to be updated and problems in the bios, its a very fast, overclocked laptop, costs more than purchasing two other brands combined. The battery was replaced for less than half of other certified repairs companies. Also less expensive to be fixed here than by sending in to the manufacturer. It has been a month since it was repaired here and it is running cooler than before. The internal fans are quieter too. This is my first experience at this shop, my family and friends all highly recommended this shop. They too have had many high end devices repaired here too. Whether its mac or PC, or even a flat screen TV this place is incredible.

They are great with repairs we had some work done and didnt take long at all. We left for about an hour came back and the work was done and wasnt expensive at all

If you are looking to have IPTV subscriptions this is the best place to go. The price are reasonable and the owner of the shop is knowledgeable about channels and subscriptions.I was more keen on watching Hindi movies and cricket. Rajeev knows which subscriptions is best fit for it.

Never go there at any problem with your electronic device. He replaced my laptop hard drive yesterday and it doesnt work next day. Then I took it there to fix it and he damaged my the whole laptop now. This is guy is sucks. Do not recommend this place anyone please.

Brought my laptop in for a repair on a Friday. I asked for a time frame for the repair, the main guy there said he could have it done by the weekend and gave me a decent price compared to other shops in the area. I solely picked this place because they promised they could have it back to me by the end of the weekend. LIES. First he says that the malfunctioning part requires a special order part from Georgia, ok... fine. He says itll take 3 more days. I leave him my number and ask him to call me with updates on the laptop. He says he will. ANOTHER LIE. The three extra days are up, and I still havent received a single message, I wait another day... still nothing. I have to call and ask, and he still says that the part hasnt arrived yet. It ends up being almost two weeks before I get my laptop back.When I finally got it back, at least 3 screws were missing. OK fine, not the worst thing to do, but extremely shady... On top of that, a perfectly working screen hinge somehow stops functioning right. I check and compare the hinges on the other side, and its a completely different color! A waste of money and timeGO WITH A MORE REPUTABLE BUSINESS. THIS BUSINESS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY

This place is fantastic! Their customer service is exceptional, they are honest and very friendly! Best of all they really know what their doing when it comes to fixing a problem or standing behind their products. I would highly recommend them!

The person operating the shop sold me a brand new DELL P2217H monitor over the phone, when I got there. The monitor bezel was damaged, the panel was replaced with a cheap TN panel. Shop owner told me to stop wasting his time if im not going to buy it. To shop owner, you wasted 3 hours of my day driving to your shop by lying to me about the condition. It was brand new so I didnt ask you to open the box. You are doing some sketchy stuff in there. BUYERS BE VERY AWARE.....

I would give this place negative star if I could. I took my MacBook to him on Thursday cuz my screen wouldnt come up He said he wont charge for diagnosed and told me to come back on Friday. Long story short he called me on Monday and he said he found what the issue is. So I showed up next thing you know HE CHANGED THE SCREEN ON HIS OWN AND NOW HE WANTS 200 FOR IT. EXCUSE ME? DID YOU GET MY PERMISSION TO CHANGED THE SCREEN? So I told him I dont want it. So he told me to come back next day and he gonna put the old screen back. It took him another 4 days and guess what after I picked the computer up I found out he put some other cheap screen and he stole my wifi board. What a shady , skichty guy.
