Well I found everything that I needed at bilos and enjoyed the visit there

More expensive than Walmart. Cheaper than Ingles. Higher quality than Aldi. I go here for certain things. One of them being the babes on staff.

I like stopping by here after work because its on the way home and I dont know why I keep doing so. Theyre produce is probably the saddest I have ever seen. Its hardly stocked and whats there should be thrown out. Ive even seen them selling meat over with the produce in the cooler. I will say, however, that the workers are very nice and welcoming. Drive a few more minutes into town and go to Ingles.

The female manager with the short hair needs a serious attitude adjustment. Overheard the way she talks to the front end employees and its DISGUSTING! She barely ever greets the customers and always looks angry about something, I bet she makes these employees lives a living hell. Definitely need someone more customer friendly !!

They have a *huge* display of Edwards pecan pies sitting on regular shelves right inside the door - despite the fact that the box plainly reads KEEP FROZEN in large letters. When someone called their attention to this fact, the employees laughed & stated that people had been buying them all day, anyway. This location should be closed down with that kind of attitude - before someone dies from their negligence.

Bi-Lo used to have good looking meats it looks awful. Im not impressed with this store at all

For coupon policy and selection its nice. Bathrooms are clean most of the time. Staff is very nice and attentive.

No one helped to bag my groceries or help out to the car. Behind me in line was a middle age man had the staff bag his groceries and help him to car. Bilo needs to work on customer satisfaction. They have lost my business in Laurens.

Dont see how something hasnt been done about this place already. They make the minors arrange the alcohol when they arent supposed to be touching it AT ALL. Stopped and talked to an employee and they said their managers make them do it when they are actually supposed to be the ones arranging it. Definitely needs to be reported.

Love Susan...brightens my day...They never have my drink cold in the STARBUCKS cooler. I stocked my own drinks in there n hope noone finds them lol

I bought some 2020 balloons for graduation the lady that filled them up for me did not put the string on it tight enough as soon as i took them out of my car they went flying away i was left with nothing but the strings in my hand these are not cheap balloons $60 wasted 😠😠

I give this place 3 stars because everytime Ive visited there, Ive had to wait for someone to come to the service desk, typically the check out lanes employees are also working the service desk so my wait time for service desk depends on someone able to leave their station to come to service desk! Wait time is unbearable!

Listen, Ive rated this Bi-Lo before and its always the same. I only go here because Im in a VERY rural area and its only 10 minutes from my home. They regularly mis-ring my purchases! Then, i have to point it out to the cashier (who doesnt know what to do about it) or I dont realize it till i get home and then i have to make a special trip back. Yesterday, after a mis-ring on Hagen Daz (bogo) I brought it to the cashiers attention. She took one of the charges off but then didnt give me the ice cream. Now, i have to go back to get that but also return 2 boxes of frozen yogurt bars that had defrosted and refrozen before selling. Thats happened before. The customer service people act as though Im the only person who has ever brought them a complaint!

Great store, Im glad that SE Groceries open.

Went in to pick up an item or two for lunch. The store is clean, the staff or friendly, and they have a deli good home cooked food.

Just got back from Gatlinburg/PigeonForge. South Eastern Grocers could learn a few things from Kroger. Bilo is limited on their selection in comparison.

Been shopping with Bilo since I was married in 1977. My favorite store. Only advice..... check out of date products more carefully.

Had a good sale and had a quick check out and I didnt have to wait in line too long

This is not the same Bilo. SE has bought it out...vegetables and fruit looks rotten, all the time and the name brand ice cream, almost $7...naah. Needs a revamp.

Produce is good, store is clean with good variety for a small store. Good parking.

Bi-lo is a great place to shop, but I dont go that often.

Every time I shop at BiLo its always an experience worthy of 5 stars. Although I come from a generation of BiLo shoppers Ive strayed because your prices have gotten quite high!! But the Laurens SC BiLo has a GREAT staff of employees especially in the pharmacy!!

Okay, let me just be point blank, and honest. The workers at this location are over worked for very little pay. The opening cashier is to clean other stations, because the closing shift has NO sense of cleaning behind themselves. Then one person open is also to bring in buggies, ring customers, and bag. Which especially in the mornings people are in a rush. I sure was. However its not the cashiers fault. It is on the scheduler hiring glorified baggers, or cashiers that only open the express lane... This store should of NEVER removed the self check out. The self check out was their express lane. The only Express youll leave here with will be the EXPRESSion of disdain. Having been in there at varying times in the mornings theres only 1 register open til around 11:00am. Even then they only have the Express Lane, and register 4 is open. The Express Lane will take maybe six costumers just to turn off light, and go do miscellaneous things that are NOT of urgency. The lane left open is left with only the cashier, NO bagger. So not only was my already dreadful experience prolonged, I had to watch as employees walked by not helping because they were pulling their cigarette packs out of their pocket, and heading outside. Ive been to produce, seen items front of self with mold, black rot, and some items marked wrong or not at all. I know I implied I kept returning but I use to shop at this location years ago when the other manager David worked there, and I loved it. I really can only recall once that I exited with dissatisfaction, thats when they 86d a turkey platter I loved. However now I can gladly say I shop at Ingles, and Publix only. Having only returned to this location on September 6th, 2018: to see yet again poor service. Customer satisfaction, efficiency, and workers is what this store lacks.

They dont carry a lot of the products that I shop for and its not the cleanest Ive been in either. They also are a little outdated.

I think it sucks when you cant go to a store without having your privacy invaded. Im so tired of every time I go in any store they want to know how my experience was well Im going to start giving you one star every time you ask me those questions because I think its a terrible thing that you cannot leave your customers alone!
