I dont normally write reviews but I felt like I needed too with them, The lady in the office (Clara) is nice but their billing department is horrible! first off, they have a super thick accent and its hard to understand them. Second, they kept billing me for items I had already paid! When I called and spoke to Rangie he couldnt tell me why I was still being billed! I got on his nerves and he hung up on me like 3-4 times! It wasnt until I pulled my bank statements and showed them proof that they wrote the amount off. I found out that they posted my payments to a different account!

My first experience was with Neema who fitted me for my machine, etc. He was GREAT!It’s after him that things went downhill.I would get a call about ordering supplies and they would say we need $xx amount of dollars. I would ask for a bill. That was eventually given but they didn’t seem to like to produce something in writing. Imagine that.Most lately, I get a bill for what insurance wouldn’t cover. My supplies were $275!Checking out Amazon I could get the same things for less than $100.I asked if they would be willing to work on the price instead of losing my business. The answer was no.So guess what? They lost my business when it comes to re-ordering supplies.Oh well. They don’t seem to care but maybe it will help some of you reading them avoid some out-of-pocket costs down the road.

Awful experience. Neema was wonderful, but the billing department is outsourced to the Philippines and they will continue to bill you erroneously, fail to comply with your insurance, and out of lack of understanding about how insurance works, they make it impossible to solve problems they create.Pulmonary solutions: I will remove this review if you help me to solve my issues which have now been going on for 9 months without answers or solutions.

Ive been trying to get supplies for over a month but with no results!I tried texting but received a follow-up text to complete the online request form on May 8, 2020. I completed the form and got confirmation that the order was placed on May 12, 2020.I hadnt heard anything so I called and left a message on June 6, 2020. Their system actually sends a confirmation email out that the phone message was received and someone would be contact me shortly.No return phone call by June 11, 2020, so I called AGAIN and left another message. Again, I received an email confirmation that the message had been received plus the phone agent marked it urgent.Today, June 18, 2020, one week later, still no contact! Im very disappointment and horribly annoyed! How do they stay in business?!?!

I am currently out of the country and I have been receiving bills and notifications that I am already past due. I could not log in to my account and I have no idea how I may be able to check on whats currently going on. Ive been having a hard time contacting their office since I am out of the country. I went online and spoke to a chat support. I then received a call the same day so I explained to them. I am glad the billing specialist who handled my concern is polite and patient and I was assured that we can have my bills taken care of as soon as I get back.

Horrible company trying to make a quick buck. They are trying to charge me for equipment that I never receive or ordered from them. When ask for documentation they could not provide any. I told them to talk to my insurance agency that I had at the time due to being military and they refused. Instead they sent 6 different claims to a collection agency and continued to send me bills for equipment I know nothing about.

The first two orders I placed both took nearly a month to receive. I have been asking for a full 14 months for a bill, so I can see what my share is to purchase supplies. Pulmonary Solutions never gives me just the supplies I need, but also a new hose, mask, and humidifier tank with every order. These supplies last much longer than filters and straps for the mask, which they wont even sell without the mask. I found the straps for a quarter the price of the mask online. The last order I placed was three months ago. I have received nothing. I have called numerous times and asked about my order and when I can get a bill! I am always told I would get a call back. I never get a call back. I got a collection call from them yesterday. I explained that I have begged for a bill and havent received one. I was told that I would get a bill emailed right away, and when I asked about my last order I was told that it wasnt entered because I had a balance. Here I am 24 hours later and my bill has yet to arrive in my email. This has all transpired over a period of many many months and a dozen or so phone calls. These people are beyond incompetent. I will never buy anything from them again.

Despite the reviews I have read about Pulmonary Solutions, I have been a satisfied patient for a long time now. Ive been using CPAP since 2015. I admit I have had troubles and bad experiences with billing, equipment and customer service. We all get upset and start ranting everywhere about our disappointments but we forget to acknowledge when we are being compensated the right way. I felt like after all the troubles, I have been patient with them and I was compensated as a valued customer. Dont get me wrong. I understand other peoples disappointment, but I think this company also deserves an honest review from a satisfied customer that barely posts reviews.

I was not sure about using a CPAP machine. Several of my friends have Pulmonary Solutions, they complain about how annoying it is to use them. When mine was delivered to my home a representative from the Pulmonary Solutions Daisy set it up and explained everything to me and my daughter all the procedures. The machine is very quiet. I have no complaints.

Hands down the worst CPAP supply I have ever utilized (and I have used a few over the years). I have been sent the wrong supplies, double billed, and never issued a credit for incorrect items returned back using their own shipping labels.When I have called for any form of assistance, I am transferred, placed on interminable holds and hung up on. Every time I leave a message or am promised a return call, no one ever calls back. I have, without exaggeration, now gone back to a different supplier (which does not accept my insurance) and am paying them out of pocket because Pulmonary Solutions is so bad.No one should ever use them and I have already informed my Sleep Doctor to cease all recommendations of their services.

Loved them at first, the staff was great and setting me up with new CPAP equipment because because an insurance change. However, it has been a nightmare trying to get a refund for more that 200.00 in over payment. At least 5 times I was told that someone would call me back, no one called. I received one call from them saying that I could expect the refund check within two week, well that was over a month ago. If i failed to pay my fees for their service I am quite certain that I would not receive my equipment. Shame on you !!!!!

I recently got my CPAP machine from Pulmonary Solutions and Im loving it. My sleep has never been so good since I used the CPAP. Its all covered by my insurance and everything was so easy to me. It was such a great experience.

Hello! Ive been using my CPAP since November 2014. I started out with the mask but switched to the nasal pillows. What do you use? Do you still take blood pressure medication? I hope to be taken off of mine at my next appointment. I noticed an improvement too, soon after starting the CPAP - better memory, not getting up all night to go to the bathroom and just feeling better in general. Heres to a good nights sleep! Kudos!

UPDATED REVIEW: While the earlier/below feedback about their office staff holds true, their billing department is very disorganized. Several times theyve called me repeatedly about an amount that had not even been invoiced yet. I told them generate the invoice online, then it will be paid, quit calling me. Then they magically billed me through proper channels. Now, a couple months later, theyre at it again, calling about a supposed balance from a time that predates my even going there. When I explained that I had paid all invoices and they could check their own website, the agent got huffy with me and tried to flip around around like it was my issue. I have a call in to the locations general manager to deal with this pattern. Removing 1 star for poor quality of billing/accounting team.**END OF UPDATED REVIEWSuper flexible, got me in same day that my sleep Rx arrived. Had my preferred unit in stock and did a great job of pointing out new features so even a CPAP vet like me learned something valuable. Great crew.

Absolute horrible place to deal with. Ordered resupply in august and still havent got them. After weeks of the run around,and many phone calls, I cancelled my account with them. Should tell you something when I am willing to pay 100% out of pocket rather than deal with this place.

Just received my replacement nasal mask and filters I ordered last week. They usually call to remind me of me replacement supplies and guess I havent heard from them this month so I had to get in touch with them but it wasnt really a hustle. I just went through their website to see how I could order and got assistance from their chat support.

Had an immediate and impromptu need on a Friday afternoon to rent an oxygen concentrator for my mother visiting Las Vegas the next day - Saturday - when no one would be open! I learned that portable oxygen concentrators arent strong enough during sleep, so it was very important that I find a home or stationary oxygen concentrator.Any way, it was extremely short notice, so I ran a quick Google search and found Pulmonary Solutions and their office was about a 1/2 mile away from my office in the Summerlin area, so I made the quick drive!I walked in and Brian Parker greeted me right away and helped me through the whole process. Brian was really easy to work with and was able to set me up with an oxygen concentrator for rent at a reasonable price.Thanks Brian!!Chris
