Went to this location because I heard that they would have vintage music and movies and other trinkets. What I found was a purple hairs Taylor, another woman and a guy behind the counter eating edibles, talking and laughing, and unable to answer my questions or acknowledge me because of their business. Not to mention their comment that black people dont shop here. I dropped my items and left. DO NOT COME HERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT.

I love saving money on used CD & DVD quality music. I picked out Ricky Horror Picture Show & Bram Stokers Dracula for Halloween choices. Helpful staff & great selections of Classic Rock. Your money stretches further on great used stuff at fair prices.

Safe, Great place. Wonderful atmosphere. Very good selection. I found a large majority of the albums that I was looking for. The staff was very helpful with finding the rest. *Awesome selection of collectible toys. Good video game variety as well. Very nice experience. Definitely recommend a visit to this local small business.

This place is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! I had a huge collection that I had to sell due to a family member passing. My family and I needed money for a funeral. (It has been a rough time for my family and I) Management and employees made sure I was informed every step of the way. I received a phone call daily of the progress. Customer service is top notch. (I wish I would have remembered their names for this review) I needed the money a few days before the date they stated they could have it ready. (for funeral services) I called and explained my situation and they made it happen. Not only do they trade and purchase your items but they also have a amazing selection in store. From vinyls to video games they have it all. Even if they don’t have it at this location they have another location here in Las Vegas with the same great customer service and a full store with so many goodies. The employees and management at both locations show they truly care and want to help. Thank you so much Zia Records management and employees!!!!!!

An employee refused to let me in because my purse looks like a backpack. Even after I told her it was my purse. I come to the location ALL the time as well as the other location on Eastern and never once have been asked to take off my bag. I was told I could leave it in the car or up front instead. I absolutely refused since its my purse. And was again told I could not shop WITH MY PURSE. Asinine. Ill never shop at either location again.

The staff were helpful and they have a huge variety of really cool music and memorabilia in there but I had heard good things about there buying stuff so I brought in a collection of record and an record player and they offered me only 60 bucks for all of it…. I sold the record player for 300 dollars it was an antique and it actually still worked and was in perfect shape. I sold the records for over 500 for all of them… glad I chose to keep them like what a rip off.

New location is bigger than the previous location. I was surprised by the diverse selection of music, equipment and videos that was in the store. Highly recommend you visit if youre looking for a specific item. There is a strong possibility you will find it at the store

There are always a bunch of employees in the store. Somehow though they, meaning management, never seem to have more than one cashier when busy. Plenty of workers behind the same counter stacking and sorting. And Im not talking about those who are behind the other counter doing trades. Poor customer service and self awareness are why online stores are causing actual stores to go out of business.

I was here as a seller, (Which was a very positive experience), but Ill be back as a buyer. I was impressed with their selection, and pricing seemed appropriate. Very friendly staff.

This place was absolutely chill as heck. They have tons and tons of vinyl, cds, dvds and a lot of merchandise from anything you can think of. Figures from comics old and new and current shows stickers, t-shirts buttons and pins! Even some Nintendo and gaming supplies like cords and controllers for older consoles.Loved this place and spent a good almost 2hrs just browsing without getting bored! Did I mention they also have books some backpacks and popular show merch? To top it off the staff was super cool and chic, stylish and all around friendly! I cant wait to go back again!

ZIA has been awesome since their first store opened up here in Vegas. Great selection of new, old, and hard to find music( LPs, cassettes, etc). Plus they pay fair prices in store credit or cash, for YOUR old music, music memorabilia, and other oddball collectables. I dont go anywhere else for music. ZIA YOU GUYS ROCK!!

Spent waaaay too long in here. Impressive selection and tons of clearance CDs. I bought 13 and paid $10 total. Soundtracks, swing, bluegrass, some surprise favorites... Ill take it!

I could get lost in this place. Originally I started going to enhance my record collection, but have since realized there is so much more. From CDs, tapes, DVDs, comics, games-- Zia has it all. No matter what type of physical media youre looking for, Zia probably has it and is an extremely pleasurable shopping experience.

Love this store. I bring in stuff to sell/trade and they are always very fair. You also earn a healthy amount of points on trades which can be used to discount a future purchase. I can always find treasure here at a very reasonable price! The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful as well!

I absolutely love Zia Records! It reminds me of all the mom-and-pop record stores back in the 80s and the 90s in the Detroit metro area. I could spend 2 hours in that store and still not see everything.

Used to love this place. It seems to be filled with far TOO-hip young people. So hip that they forget to be polite to customers. Still a good selection of inventory, though.

I love their wide selection on nostalgic items from vinyl records and track tapes to the newest movies on DVD and old school VCR tapes and so many other memorabilia and more. Would highly recommend stopping by you might find something you are looking for and something you didnt know you were looking for.

Seems like a decent spot for DVD and records. Some of the prices for manga is decent, but I was most curious about their used books and I was shocked to see they are charged at regular price for best up, some wear and tear books. Id be better off buying a brand new copy from B&N or Amazon. That was disappointing, but I guess this place is more popular for other things.

Im a kid if the 70s and 80s and looking at the retro stuff and vinyl just makes me nostalgic but seeing my kids (ages 21 to 15) think that stuff is cool too, well thats awesome. Really helpful service with employees everywhere if you have questions. There was a lot of variety from records, DVDs, CDs, and merchandise. Difficult to come out empty handed. Easily recommend for any music or movie lover.

Lots of selections to choose. Found some good movies. Novelty stuff too. I think this is the biggest Zia Ive been to. Our of the way to drive to but its worth it.

A great place to browse used and new records, if you need something youll probably find it here. Make sure you join their club and get points so that you get discounts on your future purchases. The folks working here are very friendly, nice, and are very helpful.

I just love this place. Staff is always helpful and everything is pretty much alphabetized which makes it extremely helpful when you know what youre looking for. Been going here for over a decade and I love it! This location is beautiful! Greatest record store such a gift! Went in got $1 dvds its sometimes cozy to turn the internet off and just chill with DVDs:) all used in perfect condition. its great its like stepping into different decades! Zia in 2020 what a gift!

Went here for the first time a few days ago. loved it here the atmosphere is friendly, tons to look at and cds for affordable prices. a great place to go to for all your nerd needs, especially since cds and other kinds of physical copies have been pretty obscure at major retail stores lately. employees are kind and welcoming. the only big issue i really have with this store is the fact that latin cds (most that are in spanish) have a protective case while other cds do not? basically enforces a huge misleading stereotype that hispanic people steal?? maybe im looking too much into this but i really couldnt find any other cds with the same protective anti theft case as other cds. it really rubs me the wrong way, reminds me of how some walmarts and targets have locked away products that are obviously for black people.

Zia has basically given up on used vinyl. It has a good selection of new vinyl. It is not a good haunt for record collectors looking for rare vinyl.

It was ok but it wasnt what I thought it would be... I mean Im from Alabama and the music I was looking for they never heard of it.....I was looking for new music....like up to date music but they didnt have any...

I like the Zia stores. Been to them in Phoenix and Vegas. They are a little pricey compared to other record stores I have been to, but I typically find a couple hidden gems that arent drastically overpriced. Lots of interesting things in these stores.

Amazing stuff and even more amazing prices! Movies, music, books, and alot of cool trinkets. Definitely worth the time spent here. They also donate the cost of the bag to a charity if you tell them you dont need one!!

Just when I thought it was all new vinyl, found a couple of reasonably-priced gems. Karl, the manager, very helpful and accommodating.

Big store. Friendly staff.Good selection.Not the greatest parking lot.The in store music is better here than the Eastern location. But it drives me out of the store a couple of times.Why not try a 5 disc CD changer set on shuffle play.Where the customers pick the CDs.That would keep you in the store waiting for your music to play.

I have to say that I like the newer Rainbow location since they moved from Sahara. It seems to be a bigger store (in my opinion) with a wide selection of goodies. Staff has been friendly & helpful each visit. Decent variety & pricing. Im pretty sure well continue to shop here as long as the offspring has an interest in vinyl. ;)
