I just want to say I love this store and its atmosphere. They have a very large selection of old and new groups, so as someone that likes both older and newer groups, its definitely a store I frequently go to. Ive only ordered online once and it was a preorder for a Stray Kids Album, everything arrived in perfect condition. Needless to say I am very happy with this company!

Accuses customers of scamming and threatens to report them to agencys made to protect the consumer, even after they have sent damaged items to many customers. KPOP USA isnt a trust worthy company. Please be careful purchasing from this retailer as they will tell you the only way to get a refund is if you send them an unboxing video. However, this isnt LEGAL and isnt on their website. Please dont fall for their empty threats as they cant report customers to the Better Business Bureau. Everyone who has either received damaged items or hasnt received their items at all should consider a CLASS ACTION suit against Sam, MC and the rest of the staff. Also, report them to the Nevada Attorney General. This is fraud and they need to be investigated.

Omg theyre so fast! Ive never had a problem with this store. And when placing orders online, they package all my albums well and I have not received any damaged items. Please support this small business. Their prices are cheap and so are their shipping prices! Love it ! I never understood why people place 1 star reviews for receiving damaged items, does nobody read the terms and conditions before ordering from a store. Maybe talk to your mail man first on how theyre delivering your items 😭

I typically enjoy ordering from here to escape the crazy shipping fees from other retailers. sometimes, the processing time and time to take to actually ship orders out takes a while, but they do have disclaimers online about being short staffed due to covid. their communication skills and customer service could definitely be improved as well.my most recent purchase with them was so disappointing :( i was excited to see that they were offering pobs for an album i was interested in, and ordered from them as i was curious what pob would come. i receive the package and didn’t receive any extra photocard like the website stated. i was confused, so i gave kpop usa a call. they told me since their preorder period was over, they didn’t supply me with a pob.i thought that was fair, however why wouldn’t they update the website? the album came out a while ago so i’m assuming their preorder period was finished for a long time. it doesn’t make sense to me to state on your listing that the album would come with a preorder benefit even though the preorder period is over. really disappointed and wish i could’ve saved my money or bought from somewhere else.with this experience, and their selfish business practices, i don’t think i’ll be shopping with kpop usa now. it’s truly a shame as they used to be my favorite store to buy kpop albums from.*took the screenshot recently, which means they STILL have not updated their website.**updating this since they’ve replied. it doesn’t make any sentse to me at all that you even mention preorder benefits when the preorder period is over. update your website because not everyone will understand how you guys think and work.

Great service for purchases in-store as well as online! After a couple successful orders online, I visited the physical store last week. Huge selection of the current biggest releases in a comparatively smaller space. Very friendly and thoughtful staff. When picking up an order, the employee pointed out that I was from the other side of the country and generously gave me a rather rare photocard from my ult group--absolutely made my great experience more unforgettable.Ive a couple orders online and have had pretty quick service. The shipping vendor (separate from K-POP USA) does not always keep you the most informed, but nonetheless is reliable from my experience. In-store staff answered my multiple questions over multiple phone calls very kindly and thoroughly.Definitely planning on ordering again and visiting again if Im back in town!

On 8/26 I placed my very first online order with KPOP USA and Just today 9/9 I finally got an email saying the album is being shipped. Thats nine business days (would be 10 but the holiday) just for processing?!? Then shipping email is estimating another 7 days for delivery, Im only in NJ... at this point, Im thinking I couldve gotten this 1 album sent faster from South Korea.Update:I dont know if the store will see this but Red Velvet is actually Not the album I ordered. Either way I appreciate the reply and will continue to anticipate the albums arrival.Thank you.

Sent me damaged cases of Enhypens album. I spoke to MC who told me I must make unboxing videos in order to get a refund. Then, I spoke to a manager named Sam who offered me a $3 refund for each damaged case. I turned down the offer. I was sent a return label to send the items back for a full refund but only after theyve inspected the damaged items. Theres a high possibility I will return the items and not receive a refund. Im afraid to chance it because this isnt an honest company.Ive filed a BBB complaint and reported this company to Nevadas attorney general. I urge others to do the same.

We were excited to visit this store as we were visiting the Las Vegas area. Unfortunately, we had an underwhelming experience. The place is very organized and has a large selection of many groups which was great, also their prices are reasonable. Maybe I’m just used to a different atmosphere from other k-pop stores I’ve visited but this one was just tense and awkward from the moment we walked in. No music playing, it was just awkwardly silent, you could hear even our slightest footstep and it made for a very tense shopping experience, especially with the people behind the register staring daggers at us and eyeing our EVERY move. I’ll stick to the smaller but more welcoming family owned stores I have visited, there’s some that give out freebies!

A great place to shop for K-pop!They have a great stock and I am never disappointed shopping here.They load you up on freebies when you shop in person and are a wonderful place to order from online as well. My albums arrive in a timely manner and are packed so safely.I live just under a thousand miles away, so while I am sad I cant visit in person more often (my birthday this year was a trip down specifically to shop here). Placed an order with this business about a week ago and mistakenly selected in-store pickup. i decided to call up the store and let them know. the rep was nice & told me she would cancel it for me and i can just place another order. i was notified it would take TWO business days to process that return/refund. it was $50. i dont know if i heard wrong but that whole week passes and i have nothing. no refund, no confirmation of the cancellation. now if i heard WRONG, thats fine, but if a whole week passes and i dont hear from you then how would i know whats going on?after that week, i just decide to just go to my bank & dispute the charge. my bank tells me they will investigate. a couple days pass and my refund finally comes in along with a confirmation from the shop. keep in mind, my bank is STILL investigating and the claim wasnt fully resolved.all of a sudden i check my inbox and i receive a rather aggressive e-mail from the shop saying that i was already refunded for the charge & questioning me as to why i filed a chargeback. they told me what i did was considered a THEFT since i have an extra $50 in my account, (WHICH I DONT) and that if i didnt resolve it, they would SUE me.i was just trying to buy a couple of albums for my little sister and because of YOUR lack of communication, you want to threaten to sue me? you think i would really go through all that trouble for $50 DOLLARS? the way the situation was handled was COMPLETELY unprofessional considering you could have just let my bank know that the refund was already processed OR you could have spoken to me NORMALLY and let me know the situation. instead, you send out threats? i didnt even receive any items, WHY would you tell people youre going to sue them over a bank claim?unfortunately this has left a bad impression and i will no longer be doing business.

AWFUL customer service. BEWARE OF ORDERING ONLINE. If you receive a damaged/faulty product, they WILL NOT replace or refund. My mom purchased a birthday gift for my daughter (her granddaughter) and it was damaged. She immediately emailed them concerning this issue along with pictures and then received an email stating to call store. She called and was pretty much dismissed. She just wanted a replacement for what should have been a new product! Ridiculous. And she did give them more than enough time to make it right-2 months! She was not asking for anything free. She just wanted what she paid for. They simply do not care. Greedy company, will take your money and ignore you if it’s faulty.Update: I stand by my statement. DO NOT order online. Nothing was done due to “manufacturer” not wanting to issue refund or replacement for faulty item this company sold. No accountability whatsoever! Surely people do not pay for broken or damaged items knowingly.

I’m seriously disappointed with this store.I live here in Las Vegas so I frequently visit the physical store (Please note: I have never ordered from their online store; this review only applies to the business conducted in the actual store). I had purchased some photo cards that they were selling individually as they have a few little racks throughout the store labeled with something along the lines of “official photo cards!” I had purchased one of these because I (stupidly) assumed they would be legit because what business in their right mind would falsely advertise the authenticity of their merchandise?! One of the cards I purchased a while back (pictured) raised some suspicion for me a while ago but I ignored it. Recently however, I had gone into the store and noticed something really fishy. They were selling full sets (one of each member) WayV 2021 seasons greetings photo cards. They also have a display rack of Stray Kids ‘official’ photo cards for sale by the register with a ton of cards on it. I thought that was strange because how the hell did they get so many of these cards?!Since then I have taken a much closer look at the card(s) I purchased in store and noticed that they are inconsistent with listings of these cards on eBay and Instagram. To compare what I’ve seen from other listings of the specific photo card I’ve shown in the picture below; I’ve noticed the at nobody else on the Internet who is trading this card has one with a glossy backside nor are the corners on the backside raised due to a handheld corner rounder that you could buy at Michael’s. I’ve compared them to my other cards that have rounded edges that have come from albums and none of them have that curled corner effect. The cards I’ve purchased from them also don’t have any signs of being popped out of a sheet that were cut and torn out like they do for literally every other photo card. (Compare to my SuperM group pc in the pictures: there’s one little tab looking thing that shows it was popped out of a sheet. Also see the edges of the card don’t have curled edges! I pulled this out of an album myself so I know this is authentic!!!)I believe they are selling fake photo cards and trying to pass them off as real. I’m sure this might make me sound kind of stupid because looking at this situation in retrospect I feel really damn stupid for believing that they wouldn’t sell fake merch.If anyone would like to provide me an explanation and prove to me that the Jennie PC as well as the other two I haven’t shown but that I bought from the store are official I’d love to hear it. Otherwise I’d love an explanation as to why this store is falsely advertising illegitimate merchandise as real merchandise. Thanks.Edit***If someone could tel me where these cards are sourced from and authenticate the cards I’ll edit the review and include an apology. I’ve just seen too many people with different looking ones than mine for my comfort so please let me know. Thanks.

Every single order Ive placed with them arrives damaged. No more chances. Literally every, single one. Ive spent hundreds of dollars with them and have even included notes requesting they properly package items and they still cant figure it out. Just had a $50 pre-order item arrive late and with the edges crushed... again. Dont try and blame this on the Post Office either. Figure out how to properly package!! Ridiculous..If youre ordering from them online, take your business elsewhere. I am. Ive had enough.Edit: Im unsure how to reply to your response so Ill edit my post instead. Im not going to submit anything further to your store. Your practices arent customer friendly and Im not going to wait an additional several days for the standard email response. Sometimes we run out of chances to make things right in life, and Im afraid thats where youre at right now. Im taking my business elsewhere and I will no longer recommend your store to others. I bought some kpop preorders from them and received my delivery. First one was bought a couple days after pre-order started. I received the album 5 days after album release.The second album of the same group I ordered well into pre-order date (in fact a few days before it ended) and received the album almost a month after release date.While the shipping speed is not the best but I gave them the benefit of the doubt working under limited staff and high volume orders. I do believe they are absolutely doing the job. With the price paid for the albums and freebies from this store, you are getting tradeoff between lower price for higher wait time.. Here are my recommendations:1. If you dont mind the wait, then you can trust this store will do its job. They have repeatedly warned about the preorders wait time and it seems they deal with the fifo delivery system.2. If you absolutely need to have the album on the release date or the day after, order it from Amazon with maybe 30% higher price tag. This is because they factored in the international shipping cost.Kpopusa is generally a reliable store. While it makes people angsty about minimal communication and long processing time, it is a store that will definitely ship their orders. But I thought customer service have room for improvement. This is an era of a business relying upon good reviews, kpopusa should step up their game further with communications and lead time.

Albums were delivered In perfect condition with extra bubble wrap. They have lots of merch that is sold out at a lot of other shops which is amazing! Huge selection! I noticed that other customers have wrote reviews saying that the shipping is slow which they arent wrong. I ordered from here on September 9th and didnt receive it until October 4th but the staff were very helpful and communicative so I didnt feel like it wasnt a scam. They mentioned that my order was delayed because of low staff because of covid-19 which is understandable. If you plan on ordering from here just beware of slow shipping. Overall KPOP USA is the best option to buy merchandise if you plan on buying a lot at once or a little bit. I definitely plan on ordering from here again soon!!

I placed a large order, 19 albums, on 8/23/2021 and have not yet received my albums even though my estimated delivery date was 7 days. I received a shipping details email initially but it seems to have been in transit at the same place since 8/27/2021. I have attempted to email K-Pop USA for an update but received an automated email giving me a phone number to call for assistance. Each time I have tried to dial this number I have been promoted to input a code which I do not have. The line then hangs up on me every time. I am looking for an update on the status of my order since it has been over 3 weeks now but have not been able to get through to anyone to help.

Was browsing through the store and saw someone looking at what looked like fake microphones that I assume fans use at the concerts.The person was looking over the items to see if they should purchase it when the cashier woman said, Can you read the sign?. The customer said what? And the lady repeated her question again. There was a sign there that said do not touch. The customer quickly apologized and moved on.After that interaction, the cashier started bad mouthing the customer to a Korean man who I assume is the owner or manager. The man told her to relax, and the lady said in Korean, Is she dumb? There are signs. She didnt not see the sign, shes just stupid.Usually this type of behavior doesnt happen just one time. The only customers I saw there that day were Filipinos, and I assume most of their customers are non-Koreans.This just gives a really bad look for Koreans in general, and I really would not recommend anyone be subject to this type of behavior. These guys are basically just resellers, and they shouldnt be bad mouthing customers at all let alone right in front of them.You can buy a lot of stuff online, and Id really check there first.

This is one of my favorite websites to buy kpop albums for various reasons. One being that they have nice shipping prices (depending on your location of course). Another reason is that whenever I receive my albums they arrive in top condition! Their customer service is also super helpful and will try their best to help you if you have questions. I dont know about the store being large but its definitely full, up to the rim with with music, posters T shirts anything K pop you could almost possibly want. No photo allowed. Most sections were labeled so I could find the artists I like. No Gaho, that was a bit of a bummer. Only Kang Daniel stuff was his CDs and some small Wanna One stuff, like cards. Got Monsta X and of course BTS cds. I dropped a couple hunnies and had fun checking it out.

So. I admit that I had left a bad review earlier; however, after another phone call with them, I will say that they handled the situation very professionally. Great customer service in the face of an unfortunate situation that was out of their hands. They were very transparent and patient on the call in spite of my bad review. I have changed my rating accordingly. Never quite addressed my issue with shipping times of past orders in spite of their website saying all preorders are shipped out 2-4 days after stocking but nonetheless, I’m willing to overlook it.TLDR of what had happened; a limited edition album I had preordered had ended up not being available despite having already paid for it and I was notified 2 weeks after it should have already shipped out according to their website. The reasoning was because the albums had come in damaged and they were waiting on the label to respond to their request for the albums to be replaced but ultimately, they could not be. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MY CARD WAS CHARGED 4 TIMES FOR AN AMOUNT WHEN I PURCHASED FROM HERE. THE CLERK WAS APATHETIC, AFTER TYING UP OVER $200 OF MY MONEY. SERVICE WAS HORRIFIC, AS I WAS TOLD THEY WERE SOLD OUT OF A BTS WALLETS, THAT WERE LESS THAN FIVE FEET FROM THE COUNTER. I FELT LIKE I WAS 17 AGAIN, IN A LIQUOR STORE IN SOUTH CENTRAL LA, WHERE I GREW UP, AND DEALT WITH THIS SAME KIND OF SERVICE. HURRY UP AND BUY! The worst part of it all it was my daughters birthday and we had to walk out of the store without any merchandise and we now have to wait 2 weeks before our funds return back to our credit card just a terrible experience. It is covid-19 and as you can imagine as any family we are on a budget and cannot afford this blow to our finances we couldnt even afford to pay for her cake after that! Zero empathy horrible experience!

I’ve been going here for years since they opened and every single time I go, everyone is always so nice and welcoming. You can always count on anyone working there to put a smile on your face.Even when I wasn’t able to physically go to the store, I would order online from them and everything would come in great condition and in a timely manner.I know things have been rough lately with delays because of limited staff and the pandemic but even I can see how hard they’ve been working to get caught up and make customers happy, and I think everyone should appreciate their efforts.Also I swear they’re working some kind of magic because every time I go I manage to find albums that I’ve been hunting down for forever, and I always have good luck and manage to pull at least of pc of my bias no matter the group.They’ll always be my favorite store to go to and order from❤️

Wow, what a terrible online shopping experience. Ordered an album that was in stock, never heard from them for a month. Had to call and inquire twice about it. Second time calling they said we were on the call list for them that day, yeah okay. Said they had to cancel our order because couldnt get more from distributor. Had to call again in order to get the refund because they didnt start it after cancelling the order. Waiting to see if the refund actually comes through this time. Never shopping here ever again! Sticking with Music-Plaza, Subk and Choice Music LA.

I’ve been trying to call and cancel my order #109895 for a bit now, but the calls will not go through. I ordered it today and I sent an email to cancel, but due to the fact that emails seem to be delayed, I’m not sure if the email will be seen in time. I hope that it can be cancelled in time.UPDATE: My call was able to go through and customer service was super helpful, she actually said that she saw my review and was about to call me. My album came in great condition, and Im very happy with everything that came in it (although it was an exchange for another version, which was fine). Because of delays from the pandemic, processing took a little over a month, but shipping took no more than a week.Note you will have to be a little more patient with the call service (they have called me back, so make sure to save their number just in case). Other than delays, highly recommend, best price for the album I was looking for!

This is such a gem of a store. Well organized with products associated with each K-POP band. We stopped in for the first time to browse BTS items and my girls loved it. Owner rude for kicking a girl out for just talking about another store with more K-pop of BTS. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. I was not the person that was talking rude I was the person that witness this. This girl was only about 18 years old and was about to pay for things in the store as well. while talking to my little sister how there are more K-pop stores around her that are great too. I found nothing wrong with that ,and for the owner of being rude to her for that. I feel this is uncalled for , for kicking a girl out about talking about another store for K-pop.

Was it really cute store and very affordable actually had a variety of everyone I wouldnt say its the biggest K-pop shop it was in a little tiny shop but had insane amount of merch to choose from. Other than that its really great super friendly stuff and good price hows the whole side dedicated to BTS 😏

First of, I’ve never actually been to the store irl and only ordered online and my experience was horrible. I ordered the Blackpink lightstick ver.2 and didn’t even get the photocards. The box was already damaged and so was the lightstick. The lights were not pink but red, even if I would change the batteries. My guess is that they send me a used one. Then, I contacted them and asked for a refund but they refused to give me one even though I send them a video of it. I would order from anywhere else but this store.

They do have a pretty good selection of Kpop stuff, which is nice. A lot of store only seem to carry only BTS and Blackpink. Which I get as, they have big fandoms but it’s nice to see other bands/solo artist represented. I wonder if they ever thought to carry K-Drama stuff. I saw that they have dedicated staff members that seem to call customers regarding their orders.I didn’t like the time limit they impose but I understandtheir reasoning. I forgot my mask but I was given one. So, please make sure you don’t show up without one.

Great store and great prices. But I got sent the wrong album and I accidentally opened. Which I can’t return I understand, But if you send the wrong albums as a customer service agents you need to do 1 of 3 things1. Send the correct album to no cost of the buyer2. Give reward points the can later redeem for your mistakesOr3. Give a refund for the specific album.

I bought an army bomb off of here and a lot of people asked if it was fake or not because of the sticker. I received it today and it is indeed official! Works well with the app, and even shipped a lot faster than I thought. I received it in about 2 weeks. Would definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying, yes, I do understand that due to COVID, the online store is very short on staff.But, now it just seems to be like a whole scam to me, I mean Ive even searched up if it was legit because its been so long.I ordered an album on April 8th (order number: 97012) and now it just a few days will mark a month and still havent received an album. I have tried calling customer service many times, a week after I ordered and yesterday, but each time, the dial always come off as if their phone is not currently working. I cant reach them, its been near a month, and I still havent received anything.I received an email saying my order was processed the first day I ordered, I saw on the website that its 2 to 3 business days for it to be shipped and thats when they send the email confrontation saying its been shipped, well, its been quite past 2 to 3 business days. At this point, Im quite tempted to believe that you guys are never going to send it, even with short staff, this seems quite too long for an order.I only ordered one album and its taking this long, which is very ridiculous, and I cant even get updates because their emails are delayed and it seems the phone is never in use when I call during customer hours.Like what am Im supposed to do? Just keep waiting with no updates or information regarding my order. I have no idea how to reach this company. This is seriously just ridiculous. Safe to say, I will not be buying from this store anytime soon or in the future again.EDIT: So its just the delivery company that Im waiting on. I also dont have any clue on the tracking number because I like said, I never received any emails regarding the order.

Honestly, the store seems great. But this week I ordered online and choose in-store pickup and it has been 3 1/2 day since I ordered and I still haven’t gotten a confirmation yet that my order is ready. In the website, it clearly said 2-3 business days and It almost 3 days.Update: I called before and they said it was ready but I was never informed it was ready. I never received a mail that it was. But the products are real and authentic. I recommend getting from this place. And if you were to order online with shipping, the cost aren’t that much.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I came in and bought an $80 perfume today. When I got home, I opened the packaging to test it out. The perfume is not spraying and in fact leaking out of the top of the bottle. This expensive item that I bought it now completely useless and I am out $80 for nothing. Again, extremely disappointed with the customer service. They said they could not receive an item for return unless it was still sealed. How in the world was I supposed to know the item was defective without opening it? This is just flat out a bad business practice and it makes no sense. In my eyes, they are only money hungry to sell their products, regardless of the quality. I do not care that its policy you dont sell a paying customer a defective item and then refuse to give a refund or exchange. I will not be shopping here again, they do not care about their customers, only about their profits.

I was reading reviews and delayed order processing and shipping seemed to be one of the most frequent criticisms for the past few months, especially when there were a lot of new releases/pre-orders. It makes a lot of sense considering they are shortstaffed/operating at less than full capacity due to COVID, but I also saw many reviews mention that it took SEVERAL weeks before their order even got processed, which seems a little unreasonable. So, I was a little worried about ordering from them, then pleasantly surprised when I received my order (placed on June 21st) last Friday, July 2nd!11 days for processing/shipping may seem slow to some people, but I live on the East Coast, and I chose standard shipping, so my albums definitely arrived faster than expected. In fact, the wait time was less than half of that for an order I placed with Choice Music LA (which took about 1 month to arrive). Add that to K-pop USA having the lowest prices and shipping rates to the East Coast (that I have found), and Id say that this store offers a really good deal! Im not really sure why my shipping experience was significantly better than those of other reviewers (perhaps my experience or their experience were exceptions?), but Id say that it is definitely enough for me to purchase again from them in the future.I took one star off because from what Ive read in K-pop USAs response to several reviews, I was supposed to receive an order confirmation email and a shipped-out notification email with a tracking number. I received neither of those, and I checked to make sure they werent in spam. Not having a tracking number isnt a big deal to me since I did receive my order and fairly quickly. However, I think those emails are VERY important for customers peace-of-mind and TRUST in a company that sells online, and it seems a little shady that theyre not doing something that they claim to do. I couldnt find any shipping information from my account and previous orders page either, so I can see why many reviewers were nervous when their orders didnt arrive in the time period that they expected.For customers ordering the first time, please be aware that to request a refund for defective products, K-pop USA requires you to have RECORDED A VIDEO of you unboxing the COMPLETELY UNOPENED product as proof. This seems reasonable to me, since Ive heard of k-pop fans opening albums in store and stealing photocards from them, so it is plausible that such fans may also submit a fake claim to get more photocards. HOWEVER, this refund policy is pretty hard to find on their website as its link is in very small font at the bottom of their page, and the only other place it is mentioned is on their FAQ page. Since this is a NON-TYPICAL refund policy, and it is VERY EASY TO OVERLOOK, I really think that K-pop USA should put their refund policy on each product page, on the shopping cart page, or the checkout page. Even if its kind of long, they could simply make it collapsed text with a Read More button.I havent opened the albums yet (since my mom wanted to quarantine them lol), but they arrived well-protected in bubble-wrap, the album plastic wrap was unscratched and intact, and I havent noticed any damage or defects so far. My posters havent arrived yet, but from what I know it is fairly normal for them to arrive a couple of days later since theyre sent in a tube. I will update this review with photos and any additional comments once I receive the posters and open the albums!

Order #81033Ordered albums and a poster for my daughter. The albums arrived fine but there was a mixup with the poster and we were sent someone elses posters. I have called twice and have both times been asked to take a picture of the poster or the poster tube and send it to them which I have done. I dont really want to give a bad review in these hard times but I have yet to hear back from them regarding the correct poster. If you cannot send it then at least let me know or refund the money. I am willing to give five stars if the store contacts and lets me know any update.

I live in a state where there aren’t any kpop stores, KPOP USA is my go-to store. When I called to check the status of my order they’re very kind and attentive with my inquiries. My albums did take a week or two to arrive but it’s understandable due to covid. On a good note, my svt albums are home and in great condition, thank you! Check them out everyone :D

Okay so i ordered the 2 set mirae album on june 8th and it is now the 15th . I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS the albums came in perfect condition and in the shipping it did say that it would take 6 days to deliver . It is my first time ordering from here and my first time ordering k pop stuff i was a bit nervous but everything came fine . if you are wondering i live in texas so they did ship from las vegas to texas and it just took 6 DAYS!!

Again kind of like everyone has been saying in their reviews, I do understand that the shop is short staffed and has a big delay in shipments due to COVID-19 and not having enough staff members which is something I was mentally prepared for because I e ordered from here 4 times already and the wait time will be from 1-2 months to receive your items which I was fine with since the prices are typically priced better than most places even compared to my local KPop shop.But my lower rating comes from how each time I’ve ordered from them I’m always getting damaged/miscolored albums. The first two times I thought it was just a coincidence but for it to happen all 4 times is making me not want to order here again because one of the albums I’ve been looking forward to for awhile and is in an all white covering and one that’s I was going to cherish but when I just received it there’s these weird black spots on it that I can’t even tell from what and the plastic was ripped to protect the outside and I’m a bit disappointed. And then other problems in the past is two of the boxes of the albums I got were broken and caved in and I know it’s not due to shipping because they do package it very well but it had to of have been from mistreatment in the store or stock room for this to happen to me with 3 album orders and 1 light stick. I’m quite sad and disappointed because I liked how decently priced albums are and the shipping. I will probably start buying from my local store again and just pay the few extra dollars to make sure I can get albums in better condition.

I love this store because their albums are cheap & shipping isn’t super expensive, but they take so long to ship because they’re super understaffed. i live 20 mins away from the store yet its been 5 days and i haven’t received an update regarding the status of my order, and people said its taken them two-three weeks just to get an email saying that they shipped their album. if your fine with waiting, i say order from the store. but if you live in vegas and are impatient just like me, i suggest just going to the store itself.
