These guys rock it. We bought a couple of good helmets and had a comm system installed. From the get go we had trouble with the comm system and had to go back. They really gave it all to get it to work smoothly. We left the store and it stopped working again. Today we went back again to make sure it wasn’t something we were doing and they ended up replacing the system in both helmets and its terrific. Good customer service is had to find but these guys will go the extra mile for you!

Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Cody was fantastic helping me pick out a good helmet. I live out of town and Jake jumped right on replacing my tire when I said I wont be in town to pick it up the next day and would have to take it to my local shop. They go the extra mile. Definitely my go-to motorcycle store when Im in Vegas.

Fairly high prices compared to online retailers but that’s expected with anything if you want/need it at that moment. The one star is due to the fact this exact cycle gear sells helmets that literally every employee on the floor knows are damaged to the point the helmet manufacturer would not allow it to be given away for free because they are UNSAFE IN EVERY WAY. Sometimes a helmet could be compromised and still look completely fine and unharmed when in fact they will not provide any protection in the event of impact. Cycle Gear corporate should be fined an amount so large it scares every other helmet seller to the point of never selling a damaged helmet again and making sure it never happens. For anyone wondering, it was a gloss black AGV for around $200 on a sale price unrelated to the damage as there other location had the same sale on the same helmet but I damaged.

Went into the Cycle Gear store in Las Vegas NV on Decatur. Had not been in this store in several years. I was looking for a new pair of motorcycle commuting boots and new helmet as both mine were getting pretty worn. Met a nice young man (and fellow Veteran) Jimmy Han. He helped me to find the exact boots in perfect size and ordered a new Bell Pit Boss helmet for me.Excellent service from entering the store throughout the experience.I highly recommend this location and Mr. Han as well. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable on what I need. I recently came in to get two of my batteries that wouldn’t hold a charge. Turns out both of them had bad cell. So I purchased the correct battery with the help of staff and also got a 2 year warranty on my battery in case the heat damages the new one I just bought. I’ve also purchased most of my gear here and two helmets so far. The gear saved me in one accident so without the recommendation from these guys, I’m not sure I would still be riding this day or even walking for that matter. Store is always organized and easy to navigate through and prices are on par with most things you would find online. 5 stars from me.

I havent been in the store for a while because I moved away, but was blown away at the inventory that they had. They have definitely expanded since I left. Now I need to save my pennies and head back for some more moto goodies.

From the beginning of my experience it was great. I went in for new tires to be mounted on my wheels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just want inside to have my battery checked spoke to a clerk about this and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions with no hesitation. We were looking for some riding gear for my 9 year old and we are very new to this. Staff was incredibly helpful, they had a decent selection, and we left with everything we needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Love this place great staff they give discounts to law enforcement and MC clubs. They are about the bike life and thats what I love. All they need is a mechanic next door and this would go above and beyond. I think they should take that whole plaza and add a motorcycle dealer and renter. Also add a legal ride office.

Just bought a Shoei RF-1400 from Cycle Gear in Las Vegas. Great service and guidance from Estevan. I asked about Arai and Shoei and he encouraged me to take my time with try-on. I even came in a few days after the first visit to try them both again. I decided on the Shoei and the store had to order the color I wanted from another store. There was a bit of confusion because the other store shipped the helmet in another brand box. But Estevan figured it out and I am very happy with my choice.

Walked in looking for a new jacket to replace my Reax & some Dainese boots just cause. Was in this store for approximately 30-40 minutes & not one salesperson acknowledged me or asked me if I was looking for something. Dont really know why, but its not my experience with Cycle Gear for this to happen. I couldnt find the Dainese boots I was looking for & tried in a few jackets ranging from $250-$500. I found a jacket I liked, but thought to myself, why buy here, when I know next week when I arrive in Redwood City, CA the guys & gals will be more than happy to help? . So, Redwood City it is. Sad.

Order online, return to the local store. Excellent especially with motorcycle clothing whose sizes always seem to be out of whack with reality!

What can I say these guys always come through.The CG by my place in L.A. was sold out of an AGV K3 SV Dreamtime Helmet in my size ML and Im glad I tried the LV store while I was on vacation, they got it straight from AVG.Just have to drive back to Vegas to pick it up LOL. Not really, my family will pick it up.Good place to shop and ask questions, specially if youre a newbie, the employees are knowledgeable and helpful -they also ride- w/o pushing to up-sell.My favorite bike store (take that Berts Mega Ripoff!)
