Was reading through these reviews and am surprised to see that anyone has anything bad to say about Certified, Kevin, or Pancho. I have purchased 2 bikes from Kevin over the past 5 years and he has always gone above and beyond to take care of anything that I need. If you are in the market for a great bike, not an overpriced ex-rental, do yourself a favor and go see Kevin!

This guy buys used bikes at auction, marks them up and sells them. Doesnt do a quality check. Also finances anyone under the table with a standard 20% interest. Slum lord for bikes if you ask me. Go to Harley and get a real quality bike with legit financing. Stay clear from this place.

I try to support small business so I brought my Harley in for new brakes. Met with Kevin and told him the problem I was having. Kevin called me a day later and told me my brakes were fine but I had a leak in the rear brake. They fixed the problem and the bike rides great. Very honest people and very reasonable in price. If I brought it to a dealer I have no doubt I would have paid four times what I paid.

Got my bike from Certified Motor Company 3 years ago, 2006 Fatboy. best decision ever. I rode my bike back home to Los Angeles, been to Palm Springs and Nevada on it multiple times. Will Definitely be gettin my second bike from them end of this year.

Kevin has a take it or leave it attitude and be careful with the holding deposit agreement, if for any reasons you cant purchase the bike your deposit is gone no matter what, I have tried to work things out with him and asked many times if I could use the deposit for another bike(a cheapest one) or use the holding deposit on another bike anytime this year, he just ignored my email or would answer something out of subject.... I also asked what was the requirements for a loan and his only answer was Go online . I guess you cant be treated right if you dont show the $$$ right away there

Walked in, cash in hand for listed price, and guy couldnt even stay in the same room to sell us the bike. Walked out with our cash in our pockets- just like he wanted. Dont know what hes doing, but hes certainly not trying to sell bikes at the prices he advertises!

I was not satisfied with there service after filling out credit app with 1200.00 down was told could not get the Bike without a M Endorsement.Every bike I picked supposedly was sold But yet show up to the showroom and 2 out of 3 still there not sold!! Took my best friend in with me And KEVINS statement to him when asking about the endorsement thing was WHY IS SHE BUYING THE BIKE FOR YOU!!! My friend bought a bike there 3 months earlier that is why he and I went there in first place. My friend had worst credit score then me and did not need endorsement!So I think maybe I was DISCRIMINATED against for being a woman and they think I not buying bike for myself.SO my next step is BBB of NEVADA.sincerelySTARLA MARTINEZ

I reqeated a light bulb to be changed during a service. Mechanic couldnt change the bulb and screwed up my electrical so bad they couldnt figure out what he did. How did they help me? They said, Your bike is not a Harley. I dont know. They fired the mechanic and left me with a bike that has no signals or horn.

My daughter and I traveled from bouldercity I walked around the showroom for 20 mins not one person greeted us.
