This store is dangerous! Got two really nice beautiful backpacks on sale at a really good price. Wasnt even in there 10 minutes!

Long time shopper at this location because of their good deals but I wont be returning. There was one employee when I walked in, very unfriendly and was watching YouTube. I had questions and asked her but she just yelled short answers across the room. I had to yell a couple times to get her attention again. Very unprofessional and unhelpful! She wasnt knowledgeable of any of the luggages and kept getting the prices confused. I asked if I could see the inside because I know theyre anxious about customers scratching up bags but she said you do it, you can open it, use the table. And went back to watching YouTube. Not shopping here again.

Bought a suitcase from this store and had okay customer service until they got my money. Buyer beware, dont trust the sales lady there to be forthcoming.First off, the lady quoted me the wrong price and when she saw that the cost was higher when she rang it at the register, she mumbled something like the suitcase was worth it and hurried me into putting my card in the machine before I realized what was happening. When I realized what happened 1min later while still standing by the counter, she already ran off to the other side of the store and avoided me when I tried to approach her with my receipt. The store wasnt busy at all - had 2 other customers inside with at least another rep in store too.Secondly, prior to paying I asked her to bring me a new suitcase from the back because I didnt want to buy the store demo one. She told me the demo one was good enough & that I should get it and continued ushering me towards the till. I insisted that I wanted a new one, to which she said nothing and proceeded to cut the tag off the demo suitcase at the counter. I informed her again at the counter that I wanted a new suitcase and she said okay shed check and then told me to put my card in. Once I paid and asked for a new one, she informed me they didnt have any more at the back. I was quite miffed at this point and insisted that she check. It felt like she didnt want to bother. She went into the back room for approx 15 secs and came back out to tell me there were none left.Sure, it was my fault for not doing the math in my head fast enough to realize what was going on, but if the sales lady were honest enough, shed point the price out and ask if I were still okay with it. Same thing with having to buy a demo suitcase - she shouldve told me there were none left before I even paid especially after I made it clear I wanted a new one and not the demo one. Id say buyer beware. If it werent for the fact that I liked the brand and needed a suitcase ASAP, I wouldve (attempted to) return the suitcase and never set foot in this shop again.

I broke my suitcase on the way back from my trip in Miami so I needed to get some new luggage anyway I decided to go to the Samsonite store. I have to say it’s probably the most durable and well put together luggage that I’ve ever seen. I bought a cute set and they were having a sale so I did get for myself here

High end luggage store. But be sure you are not persuaded to swap and take backroom inventory. Zippers didnt work well. Had no time to return new case. Take advantage of 1/2 price sales..
