This store is hard to shop at. The people who work here follow too close and they are rude. I never leave with what I came in for because they make my experience there uncomfortable every time I go in. I use to live going here because nobody bothered me over 1 time when I was shopping.. the people who work here also talk about the customers badly really loud while they are still in the store like the customer can’t hear anything their saying. This store also isn’t organized well. I never find anything I want at this location..!

They make you feel like youre going to steal something. Honestly, Id be too embarrassed to steal a bag of c##k rings...

We walk into the store and there are no mask signs or anything up on the door. When we enter into the store nothing is said. Later on, they ask us to put a mask on or show proof of vaccination. When we say that question is a HIPPA violation they say a new law has passed. We are from out of state and dont know all the laws on Nevada however having that be the first time ever asked about my personal medical records that was an uneasy feeling. I dont have a problem putting a mask on when asked however the asking for proof of vaccination went over the line for me.

What a great place. It was much larger than I had expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Eve was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and even made some suggestions. All in all I was totally satisfied with the quality of goods and the excellent service.

Was just trying to pick up a few things, but kept being aggressively bombarded with the sales associates asking me questions. Followed by standing behind us, as another associate randomly decides to check stock with his clipboard from a section we had just looked at. Then walks away as he notices the associate behind us, watching us. Then as we walk away maybe 15 feet to another section the same original girl weirdly asked if we would like a basket. Mind you, I had 2 things I could carry in one hand. Annoyingly told them no, were going to checkout now. Then the checkout lady gave us an attitude about using a credit card. Lastly, the same dude with the clipboard was awkwardly waiting by the front door as if he wanted the alarm to go off. Jokes on you. Wont be returning. Very poor customer service.

I went to The Love Store on June 07,2020. I had a wonderful time there. The young ladies who work there where very very nice and very helpful. They knew everything about anything you ask them. The only thing I could say I didnt really like so much was that the prices are on the high side. But over all it was a great experience. Planning on going to that store in the near future.

This place is basically the Target of adult stores. Its clean, sure, and the prices arent bad but theres no joy or enthusiasm to the staff. I was joylessly greeted at the front and when someone disinterestedly asked me how I was doing, they couldnt be bothered to help me find which toys were quality and which were just sporting a high price tag.If youre nervous about going into these kinds of places, youll have a bad time. They wont really engage you or help you loosen up if youve got a tense vibe. More than half the store is dedicated to lingerie and womens apparel so maybe a toy shopper is the wrong target audience but I know other local shops with just as much product and a far better attitude.

This store is big and they have lots to choose from so it’s a great store to go to and Sheryl is super helpful and always helps me out whether it’s recommending the right size for me or numerous other things she has great customer service and makes sure my shopping experience is always great!!! Terrible customer service. No one said a word while we were in the store until after 15 mins just to ask to hold what we had at the register. Another associate followed us around the whole time and didn’t say a word. Selection was okay and over priced. If I could give zero stars I would.

The store itself is absolutely beautiful and they have a wide variety of stuff to choose from but I literally just left the one on Rainbow and Oakey and im super disappointed. The staff was really unenthusiastic I felt like they were “just checking on me” because one of the main bosses was in shop. What really upset me was the fact that they didn’t inform me of their policy related to covid 19 because each company has the right to refuse customers from trying on the clothing but the companies that don’t allow it usually explain that to every customer as soon as they walk into the store or at least have signs to inform someone. Wasted a lot of my time for nothing.

My friends and I were trying to have a great time but were constantly bombarded with questions and stalked by multiple sales associates. Me and one of my friends had about $50 worth of stuff and so did some other customers who were white but they decided to bother us the most. We put the stuff away and went to a different location. Never coming here again

Came in about a month ago to purchase a Christmas gift for my man and myself and we had such a great experience with Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, any time we moved sections and seemed interested in something he made sure to ask if we had an questions in general or about a particular item we seemed to be interested in. We purchased a we vibe wand and holy cow this product is definitely worth the price. One of the best purchases we have ever made. If youre looking for a quality wand I HIGHLY suggest this one.

I love this store. My husband and I have been three or four times in the past 12 months and always leave with some great products.The staff is super friendly and lets your try on lots of the dresses and lingerie. Im always surprised how nice the dresses are especially for a store that sells sex toys. I actually bought my New Years eve dress here and got tons of compliments.The store is always extremely clean and very well organized. Whoever designs their stores should get a bonus! :)They have a great selection of products and the prices seem to be pretty fair and competitively priced with most internet sites. Ive had so many negative experiences purchasing sex toys online that I insist on touching and feeling the products first. Thats probably why they have testers and displays all over the store.Shopping here is always a positive experience and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The only down side Is that they dont sell replaceable chargers for items. I came in looking for a specific item for my fiancée and had no luck, but staff member Jen was a able to find similar items to the description I was giving her. Some how Jen found the specific item I was looking for my fiancée and i got a item for myself. Jen was very knowledgeable about all the products. Thank you. Will return for more.

If you are looking for a place for club attire, lingerie or toys this is a great place. I was looking for ourfits for a music festival and the ladies worked with me for over an hour as i tried on item after item. Had such a great experience and am ready for my event!

Every time me and my husband go in there they surround us and follow us like were going to steal. we get horribly harassed. and they are not that knowledgeable about theyre products besides the basics of the product. Ive asked time and time again waisted 100s of dollars just to end up going to the de javu and they helped me right away figure out exactly how to fix my problem and Ive been so satisfied with the toy I got from de javu Im never going back to any of the love store locations ever again

So I went to this Love Store on Rainbow in Las Vegas, NV wanting a new toy(not sure what kind) but I ended up leaving with the perfect one! With the help of the employees Rubie & Taylor. Their customer service and helpful knowledge helped me a lot! They also gave me personal time to look around at options and when I needed their help they was there to assist 😊 also the look and vibe of the store was amazing!!! They followed you around, it was kind of awkward. Half of the time we couldnt even enjoy looking at the items because they kept asking if they checked our IDs. Like i understand that its a policy to make sure eveyone is over 18 but it just felt like they were targeting us. Each employer kept asking for our IDs. It was annoying so we just ended up leaving. Worst experience ever

Tonight me and a group of friends are fresh in Vegas for my brother bachelors party and my soon to be sister in laws bachelorettes partie. So we go to you Location on 2100 S Rainbow Blvd and the manager (I am assuming) with burgundy asks us for our IDs. My friends didnt have her ID so we asked if she can slide because we are all well above 18. She said no and explained why with a sassy and almost aggressive tone so we went back to the room to grab the ID. We get back to the store about 10 minutes later and we were carded again so we all went into the store and started to shop around. The next thing we know the burgundy haired women stopped mid scentence with her customer and sprinted across the store to the women who checked our IDs and asked if she checked them because we werent granted access the first time. We were so embarrassed, everyone in the store stopped and looked at us as if we were kids. We shook it off and continued to shop around. The next thing we know all of the store associates are surrounding us staring at us as if we were shop lifters. They havent asked how we were doing or if they can help at all. So I told my friends lets leave because I wasnt going to be lurked upon. If I could give this 0 stars I would ! As we walked out we herd the burgundy haired women spit out to an associate and they better not come back. I am a manager at a retail store so I know we were getting profiled and I would fire that women on site ! I will never step foot in another Love Store in my life.

Back in 2013, when the Love Store first opened it was like a breath of fresh air in Las Vegas for consumers of sensual lifestyle purposed clothing, accessories, toys and equipment... As a previously happy customer of the Love Store, I have spent well over $5k on various accessories, shoes, toys, merchandise and clothing items for myself, my girlfriend and as gifts for family members. Over the past 6 months the store has lost or replaced many of the original employees who were so instrumental in the Love Stores initial success and in creating the high class atmosphere that previously existed within the store... And made the shopping experience for customers seemingly worth the price premiums charged.The new managers and employees are obviously less skilled, and told me directly that they received little to no training. At times they apologized for not knowing their merchandise, but would then when something was amiss, stare at us stone faced and unwilling or incapable of providing customer service and concern resolution. Case in point: yesterday I visited the store with my girlfriend and another couple. As we picked out various items we asked that they keep our purchases together at the management and checkout station. We spent over $800 and despite having had plenty of time to prepare for our checkout, they left security tags on clothing and merchandise... The kind that are impossible to get off, yet the store alarm never went off.They also charged us for a pair of shoes at $89.95, but forgot to put them in any of the dozen bags they filled with out stuff... I went back in for the shoes, and the store manager acted very irritated, as if WE had done something wrong! We did not see the security tags (that they failed to remove) until after we got home... That is when we discovered that the manager who ran up our sales ticket did NOT put batteries in the many OVO toys from Germany (high quality) that we had purchased. Previously, on every occasion I purchased battery powered devices at The Love Store, they had always put basic batteries in the devices and then demonstrated that the items purchased worked properly before we paid for them... Always leaving that initial starter set of batteries in the expensive toys being purchased.This time, the new Love Store manager deceived us... Deception? Yes, because she showed us the devices worked and had batteries in them as she placed hem back into the original packaging. But, she must have removed the batteries when we werent looking, probably while we continued to browse and shop for more overpriced stuff...Prices? We also noticed that prices on many of the consumable basics, such as massage oils and lubes had been dramatically raised... to levels that many would describe as Highway Robbery. For example, a small bottle of Astroglide brand silicone lube was priced at $28.95 in the love store... I bought the exact same product today at Walmart for $8.59 --- now, I dont expect a local store with premium service levels to be price competitive with Walmart, but a 250%+ surcharge for The Love Store is simply not justifiable! There are many stores in Las Vegas with similar or same products, and now that the Love Store has hired incompetent clerks and managers, their price premiums across the range of all their merchandise can no longer be tolerated... And certainly their over priced merchandise and deteriorating sub standard service should NOT be validated by Yelpers doing business there.SUMMARY: AVOID THE LOVE STORE... THEY ARE GROSSLY OVERPRICED AND STAFFED WITH UNQUALIFIED AND INEPT MANAGERS THAT WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF PRODUCT YOU PAID FOR, AND WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE THE PERKS OF THEIR PREVIOUSLY PREMIUM SERVICE LEVEL FORMAT.Since posting this review, the President of the Love Store has contacted me and personally made sure that each issue was resolved. I am once again a happy and loyal customer of the Love Store in Las Vegas.

The staff must have asked us if we needed any help 8 or 9 times while we were there. The first 2 or 3 times were appreciated but after being approached and interrupted over and over again it became really annoying.
