Beautiful store, crammed with lots of amazing lights and furnishings. Staff was helpful (without being pushy)

We really never shopped at LampsPlus in the pass. I was doing a project at the house that required some in cabinet lighting and wasn’t able to find what I was looking for on line. Imagine that... anyway, we decided to check out LampsPlus for lighting ideas and was presently surprise at all they had to offer. We were able to find a reasonable light fixture that was exactly what I was looking for. There was a little mix up with a couple of the fixtures that initially arrived, but they were able to correct the problem. Since then we’ve been back to store a couple more times. The folks that work there are always courteous and willing to go out of their way to help. As for pricing and value for the merchandise...we’ve found then to be within our expectations and budget.

You have to pay attention to the PLUS in the stores name. The product availability was much greater than I anticipated. Beyond every conceivable type of lamp, chandelier, high hat and outdoor light, they have furniture, home decor and even fountains. They also carry a wide array of light bulbs to fit in all of the lamps and lights they sell. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices.

Frank gave us an excellent customer experience, in and out in no time with exactly what we wanted. Warm and welcoming environment Id be glad to revisit.

Great place to find lights of all types and also ceiling fans. What makes this place great is the exceptional Customer Service. Chris & Theo were fantastic associates who helped me find what I was looking for.

I have made several purchases from this company in the past with no issues. I purchased an open box ceiling fan which I paid to have installed and the fan was broken. I made the arrangements to mail back to Lamps plus and they received the fan August 4, 2021 and still have not issued my refund. I had to pay a professional to install and uninstall this broken product and the company refuses to process my refund. I only bought the open box because Lamps Plus stated they inspect all products prior to selling them. This is a flat out lie. Now I need to fight the purchase through my bank just to get my funds returned. I will NEVER buy from this store again.

This review is overdue and I hardly ever do these, but I want to give a major kudos to Sebastian on his phenomenal customer service. My fiancé and myself came into the store looking for various different fans and lights for our brand new home. Sebastian stepped right in from the moment we got into the store and had every answer to our questions. He wasn’t pushy and allowed us to browse and was there when we needed him. We ordered almost every light from Lamps Plus because of his plethora of knowledge as well as his outstanding service. The store didn’t have every light we needed but he followed up with the Henderson store and found the lights there and got them ordered so all we had to do is pick up. He made our process really smooth and being in customer service myself I just want somebody to know that you have an extremely valuable employee who knows his stuff. Keep up the great work Sebastian!

Wow!!! What can I say!? Lamps Plus is a great store. You can find some very expensive items and some reasonably priced goods. What makes the store even better are the staff members! Im posting this review based on my experience on the online website, I will not advise to do business with them I place an order at night while they were close and cancel it within minutes. Well it turns out that they are shipping the order they claim they cannot cancel it until 2 days afterwards totally absurd. So you can place the order online but you cannot cancel it you must cancel it through a team member how absurd is that, do not do business with these people unless you are 100% certain that is what you want thats my advice.

When a trusted partner has delivered on professional work for years it is assumed that the same level of quality and delivery would continue. I understand we are in special times with the post pandemic shortages, drivers, etc. What I will not tolerate is being lied to. If a delivery is late tell me the truth once and be done. Update your store hours on Google. Must be hard to handle in this technological era.Edit for response to Lamps Plus:The hours are not updated. The store had a sign on the door that says it closes at 6 PM. The hours listed on Google reflect that the is open until 7 pm on Thursdays. We arrived well before 7 pm but the store was closed.

As promised, I had my 180 lb chandelier installed. Using their team of professional installers was the best decision I could have made. Not only did I have Leah their design consultant overlooking everything (super nice and does an amazing job) but their team of installers are courteous and professional. They stand behind their products and services. I had a couple of questions, installers came out to address them an no extra cost. I could not be happier. Definitely recommend their services.

Jason in the Henderson location is amazing. He helped me design my condo with all my lighting needs. If he didnt know the answer to a question he found out. It was a great experience . Hes professional courtess knowledgeable. Made my condo into a showplace. Not only did i purchase lighting i also purchase decor items. I strongly recomend him and that location.

We were there looking for lights

Lamps plus the first time I ordered a light piece they didnt offer me install. Second time around order a fan with a light kit. They uphold me so many items I didnt need. I tried to take it back they told me call customer service. Install contractors wouldnt give me at date or time for install. They stated. We will call in two weeksUnprofessional. Lousy communication and poor customer service skills

What a fantastic store this is. Highly recommend this store for anyone in need of lighting. Even if you dont need a lamp they have something you just cant leave the store without. Theresa is beyond kind and more than helpful. Do yourself a favor and ask for her. She isnt hard to miss. Most likely she will be the first person to greet you when you come through the door. She came from the checkout counter to ask me if I need assistance. Wonderful experience.

Went in to buy 3 celing fan ls and new bathroom fixture. Sales person was more intrested in how my mask fit then making a sale. Told him i was leaving he said ok. Will never go in again go spend MY money.

After a few bumps I have successfully placed my order for a 180lb crystal chandelier. Leah, a design expert at Summerlin location has been fantastic! Since day one she has followed up and has made sure I am well taken care off. She has guided me in choosing the correct details to accentuate my new chandelier. Once the installation is complete I will come back and share that experience. Reading other reviews below, regarding prices, well you are shopping at Boca park so do expect higher prices however you are getting what you are paying for.

Huge selection of interesting lamps and excellent customer service. We bought a floor model for less than half the original price. They were very careful about removing the fragile shades and wrapping the whole thing for us. Also went back to order some hard-to-find lightbulbs. Helpful and professional sales people.

Absolutely the best customer service! We only shop at Lampplus for all our light fixtures and everything turned out beautifully. Thomas, the manager runs the store efficiently and is very hands on with every customer and providing excellent service. He sets a very good example for his staff. Im also very impressed with another Thomas who was helping me with my questions and purchases and hes not even a sales staff. He said he works backroom stocking and hes amazing! Our fist visit! I never understood how a store could survive selling lamps... But this place was a paradise! They have everything for any house space! We will be back for a chandelier over the entryway! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not in that car salesman kind of way! I highly recommend them!

Wow, impressive! I went in there looking for a bulb, and the very knowledgeable manager did his best to help. And tho Im not a customer, I still experienced great customer service. This place has an amazing, and broad, selection of lighting. Not just lamps, but chandeliers, mirrors, etc...

Great lights and a good showroom. Took me a while to find help. Employees work on commission so I had multiple employees walk by me and help customers who came in after me. I look young so I guess they assumed I wasnt going to buy anything. The light fixture I purchased is beautiful and Ive purchased online in the past and had great experiences!

Thomas and Jennifer were very helpful, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I usually get annoyed by salespeople in stores like this but they searched and found exactly what I was looking for. Lighting isnt as simple as one would think and they do a wonderful job at this location.

The quality and huge selection of merchandise is wonderful. More importantly, the staff is very friendly, knowledgable and their customer service went beyond my expectations. A huge thanks to Jennifer and Theo for being so helpful when I had to pick out many new fixtures for my home. One of the fixtures needed one more bulb which wasnt available at the Summerlin store. Theo drove to the Henderson location on his day off to pick up the bulb up for me. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I couldnt be happier with my experience. Keep up the great work.

Besides the fact that they are beyond over priced, the staff wasnt helpful. Only one employee even acknowledged that I was there and he tried to make an awkward joke. Even their sale prices were ridiculous. I ended up going to Lowes and got a great chandelier plus bulbs for $100.

I have been ordering lamps for my employer for years from this company to the amount of $10,000 plus.The last time we ordered 2 floor lamps and received both.1 was fine,the other not so much.Unfortunately,they were both put together before it registered how bad 1 was.We contacted customer service and were told to send pics,which we did.There were missing parts,rusted and dented parts and a frayed cord connecting the plug.They decided we should only get a $100 refund.Certainly not for a lamp that should be in a dumpster.Our other offer was to order another one for full price mind you and use that packaging to send bad one back after we spend time unassembling it!I think not...It should have never been sent to anyone in the 1st place...This company used to be great but if that’s their solution for a good customer then I guess I need to find a new store to shop in!!!

I went to the store to inquire about a large ceiling fan. One of the sales associate whisper the other one that I was not there to make a purchase or something to that regard. Customer service was poor, I ended leaving the store because I did not feel welcomed

Buyer beware: Our salesperson Theo lied about being the store manager and about the installation cost of hanging chandeliers wed recently purchased from Lamps Plus. He quoted us the cost of $255 for a 19ft high ceiling. He did advise that for ceilings higher than 19ft it could cost a bit more. Lamps Plus electricians came out to measure and install the lightening, the quoted us the fee of $1450.00 to hang two lighting fixtures.Shameful.

We had issues with their warehouse & shipping, but the staff at the store in Summerlin made everything right. Thet were very, very helpful. Thank you Mgr Mike S and sales consultant Mike Y.

No the best once you have a problem with an item. Good upfront service, bad if you got problems. I am regretful we shopped at Lamps Plus for years. First time we have an issue, they do only lip service and the worst customer service I experienced in a long time. Very similar to that discount flooring company in my view. Terrible.
