The illusive line for this store is a complete marketing strategy when there is always less customers than sales in the entire floor. Waited in line for 30 minutes for that reason. When you got in nobody there helps and sales are just chatting with each other. It must be one of the best jobs to work here when you get paid for nothing.😂. Hilarious

After dinner I noticed the very long line awaiting entry, I verified the store was open till 9pm and went to Aria to gamble and kill some time. I returned at 8:25pm where there was only one person in line, but I was denied entry because they were “closing early” because the line had over an hour wait earlier in the evening. So you’re so busy you close early??I explained I had been told the store was open till 9pm and had been carrying my perfume bottle, that need refilled, around all evening. I was again told I could come back the next day.At this point, I asked for a manger. The associate walked into the store, spoke to another associate (possibly the manager?) and returned to tell me they would make an exception and let me get my perfume refilled. This was relayed through the original associate as the manager never bothered to speak with me.Sorry guys, but this is in NO WAY proper customer service. I have probably purchased twenty items from this location, but will not return after this incident.

We went in Saturday afternoon to look at handbags and ideas of gifts for our mother and we left the store very pleased. The sales representative we got was Ben. He is very knowledgeable in handbags and products. I highly recommend him to anyone. He really listened and understood what we were looking for. He showed us many bags and each to the style we were looking for. We left Saturday with a lot to think about on which handbag was the best for our mother. We returned sunday morning and waited for Ben to purchase the bag. Very pleased with the experience and will definitely return.

I didn’t expect to be placed on a waitlist and wait 45 minutes before I was allowed to check in. That’s why I give 4 stars. I went to Burberry and Saint Laurent while I killed time but nothing caught my eye.Finally I was allowed to enter the store to browse. I liked that no one was pushy or watching me. I knew what handbag I wanted. A slender gentleman helped but my advisor was Andrea Rosa. She was awesome! She answered all of my questions and I even selected a wallet to go with the purse. I knew I was going to buy this as my 36th birthday gift and completing my one year work anniversary. Everything about the experience felt upscale. From being escorted to the second floor to the transaction. After I paid, I was shown to a lounge area with a comfortable couch and finally Andrea brought me my handbag carefully packaged in a box/shopping bag along with three perfume samples. She escorted me out of the store and had excellent customer service. I recommend this location to anyone purchasing their first handbag and ask for Andrea Rosa!

Although this store is supposedly the largest in the US, I have been there twice and appalled that their professionalism each time. Go to another LV store. There are at least 5 others on the strip. This location is woefully lacking quality control, training and customer service.On Sept 24, I visited this location to pick up a Pochette Metis I had already purchased with a sales associate the previous day, which had to be shipped. We waited for over 45 minutes. When the bag was brought out, there was noticable white glue at the exterior front bottom of the bag (photo below). When I inquired, the SA blatantly mentioned theyre producing the bags so quickly, they just miss things and tried to remove the stain with scotch tape. It was not successful, and opted to return it. It is ridiculous to have paid this much for a bag and be presented with white glue.On Oct 17 at 11:30am, I visited to return an online purchase. I spoke to 2 different customer reps on the phone prior to this to confirm online purchases could be returned in store, and they even initiated the return remotely. However when I got to the store, the Manager, Sam, said that online purchases could not be returned in store, and that I would have to ship it through UPS, which is absolutely incorrect. When I said that I called only this morning and the phone rep, Christian, confirmed I could indeed complete my online return in store, she disagreed, insisting you will have to ship it and refused to assist me.I promptly went to the LV store at Fashion Show and they immediately accepted the return; I was in and out in 5 mins with the help of Karina. I am incredibly disappointed at this flagship store and wont be returning.

I bought a purse and a necklace and they sent the necklace to have it extended and I made the purchase July 28th, 2021 and I still haven’t received it. It was a birthday gift for my daughter and now I come to find out it was shipped to someone in South Carolina and I live in Atlanta. And the sales associate who helped me with the purchase said oh I will have to do a investigation and that all I heard it’s been 3 days now. I called the 1888 number and they said they can’t help because it was sin store purchase. I text the associate I need to talk to the manager and she is now not responding to my text at all so no seems to want to help. I paid a lot of money for the necklace to be completely ignored and treated like this. You would think you will get a better customer service but no not even close to it.

Thats a very nice store, well designed with quite new LV fashion items in its style. The attention from staff is good and they have pretty much all sizes, which is quite nice. Worth a stop.

We showed up at 1:10 pm and waited for 20 minutes. Our bad our appointment was at 1:00 but we thought it was at 2, our mistake: Samantha came up and said no there’s no way she could accommodate us. Her attitude was so rude and sassy!!! She said well you can’t get your story straight you said your appointment was at 2 now you’re saying it’s at 1 and that you’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and you haven’t. (Guess she was psychic? Not exaggerating we did wait 20) she said she was going to get a manager and didn’t. The thing is if we make an appointment we are coming to purchase. I’ve been a manager in customer service for 20 plus years and never would I tolerate one of my staff talking/treating a customer the way she did. If you get Samantha don’t give her your sale. So rude! Or just go to another location it’s Vegas and there’s a million Louis Vuitton stores. We left and are going to another location.

Ive purchased a couple of bags at this location. Large inventory and so far the sales reps who assisted me were very nice and patient.This last visit Sarah helped me. I was contemplating and couldnt make up my mind and she was just very nice and brought all the bags I wanted to look at.I will definitely return as often as I can.

I LOVE Louis Vuitton bags. However, I was seriously put off by an employee who ripped me a new one for touching one (with clean hands) (before the pandemic) I was considering purchasing. I understand having rules, but employees should be polite about making customers aware of them (it was my first time in-store). Idk if that policy is just for this location or if its across the brand, but its kind of weird to me I wouldnt be allowed to feel or see the wearable look of a $5K+ bag I was about to buy.

Clearly there is a bottleneck of agents that can service customers and it doesn’t help that you have half your staff go on break while customers wait an hour in line. They deserve breaks, but maybe better schedule and staff to meet demand? Frustrating to be waiting in line when we can see all the agents be on their cell phones. Whaaaaaack

I’m local in Las Vegas and has been to every Louis Vuitton in the city and across the US. This location is the largest Louis Vuitton in the US and provides many selections/inventory. But not only that, the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Cat the manager and to Irina for helping me exchange the color of a bag I purchased from another store and for giving me tons of tips and information I did not know Louis Vuitton even offered. I was dressed in casual leggings and shirt but I did not felt out of place, no judgement, no racial profiling compare to other stores that would make me feel like I was less important just because I did not dress in a professional or flashy attire. They helped me with no attitude whatsoever and best part was WILLING to help me in every way they can. Crystals location will definitely be my go-to for all my Louis Vuitton needs!

Three stories of Louis Vuitton so what could be better? Huge selection for women and men. They have a large selection of women’s shoes and clothing. Store is very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. If you’ve ever been into a Louis Vuitton this location is a must see.

I bought a wallet here for a my mom a few years ago as a mothers day present, and I requested Ceci personally as she was the first rep I met when browsing through the store months prior. Ceci is the best sales representative Ive ever had in all of my luxury buying experiences! She is such a doll, very attentive, and incredibly kind, as well as patient.

Arrived ready to make a purchased (had already picked out my bag online.. just wanted to see it in person) and was refused service at the door. The store was closing in 15 minutes and I was told “unfortunately you won’t be able to shop today there’s no one who can help you.” Inside I saw no customers.. only employees cleaning up and standing around talking to each other. Terrible customer service. Will no shop at this location again.

Always a pleasant experience coming here. We had a dedicated sales associate, Christine who helped us outand gave us a personalized experience. I had my eye on the on the go MM and the multi-pochete accesoires. I ended up getting the on the go. At this time, Only one entrance and exit. They used to have three. It helps with the social distancing staying with your sales associate as well as limiting the occupants inside the store.

High end store. As with all high end store, you wo t see the crowd flocking in and out.

I have been in LV stores all over the world. The staff at this store are the least accomidating of any of the stores I have visited. Our walk through attendant was rude and downright did not care about our needs. Was trying to buy several pieces to match my bag I had purchased the day before at a different LV store. I ended up walking out early with no purchases in tow.I would strongly suggest that if you visit Vegas, that you steer clear of this store. There are several others that are more welcoming and courteous.

I recently made a bad review but I later found out the issue happened in my hotel room with the merchandise due to my friend being Snoopy.I just wanted to thank Kate Wippel for her excellent customer service here at Louis Vuitton in Las Vegas. She was wonderful and I would highly recommend this store. Also, if you need water or drink to refresh yourself, just ask. The employees are so helpful and if they see your basically winded from walking around, they will provide you with water, soda, even mineral water - champagne if you are buying something and of legal drinking age.

No doubt this is one of their larger stores, with a real feel of design and fashion.Their associates create a relaxed experience while assisting in helping find items of interest. I have always enjoyed their Mens collection of brief cases, time pieces and sunglasses.And, this store has a large shopping presentation area for ladies.In the Shops at Crystals enjoy time shopping Louis Vuitton.

This store is HUGE with a HUGE selection! Valet parking is FREE! Bought my icare business bag there. I love that they always offer you water: Perrier or Evian naturally French!! Love it! The staff are polite, attentive, and very gracious!

My sister and I had a great experience at this Louis Vuitton store. Matthew Alva assisted us with our purchases and he did a wonderful job. He was the first person to ask us if we needed any help after walking around the store. After describing what we wanted he knew exactly where it was and showed us multiple versions of the bag so we could pick which one we wanted. His customer service was great! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience quite enjoyable.

Couldnt be happier with my shopping experience at this location. The staff was cool and personable. They take their time and make sure you get exactly what you want. They had to steam a jacket for us so while we waited they offered us beverages and provided us with fragrance samples which I appreciated. Will shop this location again.

I visited Las Vegas before Christmas. I went to Louis Vuitton and paid for two bags in store. I asked the adviser to ship them home, and he promised to deliver them in 1 day shipping. These bags are supposed to be holiday gifts. However, after 2 weeks, several phone calls (each call put me on hold for 1 hour), and many text messages, the bags are not even shipped out of store after New Year. During the calls and text messages in the last week, I was told by each client service that I will get my bags the next day. I trusted Louis Vuitton and nevertheless, I was too naive in trusting them.I highly recommend you to do not shop with them or trust their words. Also, be careful with the quality of bags as I already see some of the wallets being scratched and they still want to sell them.

Had a wonderful experience shopping with Natalie last week at this location! I’ve never had a good experience at my local Boston stores unfortunately.... but now I finally have someone I can call when I’m in the market to buy something! Not only was Natalie amazingly kind and patient with me, but there was another associate at the counter that was also so nice and gave her input and opinions (even though she had nothing to gain from it!). Everyone I encountered was so just amazing! Not only did Natalie suggest some amazing options for what I was looking for, she also took the time to go through my wishlist so I could try on other pieces I had been searching for that I haven’t been able to find. I cannot wait to do business with Natalie again.... thanks again!!

They were quite rude to my father here, as he came in to buy a gift for me and was quite disappointed in the service. He dresses like an average guy for a reason, to see how people treat him. They failed that test. Working in the fashion industry myself, this is a major fail on this well known brand. Don’t judge based on looks. Be kind to everyone!!!

Came to buy a new wallet. Was the only person in the store, not greeted or assisted by a single employee. There were several standing around who had seen me come in. Waited a few minutes for someone. I walked up to one of the shelves to look more closely at a wallet, and employee rushed up and asked me to step away from the shelf.Overall very disappointed and honestly, a little offended. I walked in ready to purchase a wallet and a few other items but the lack of customer service was so off putting that I will be going to a different location.

Excellent customer service provided by Jeri. She knew exactly what we were looking for when we described it. She worked hard to get all of the items we wanted and even had them hot stamped with our initials the day of the purchase. We had visited other Las Vegas locations and were completely ignored because we were in sneakers and relaxed clothes. Jeri and the staff at City Center will go above and beyond to meet your needs!

This is the largest Louis Vuitton store in North and South America. They more than likely have that piece youve always wanted. They do a lot of custom work here as well. The staff here is amazing. Definitely worth checking out.

This is a fabulous Louis Vuitton store. The staff could not have been more helpful. I was looking for some pieces from the men’s ready to wear collection that has not been released yet. They took my order, and when the collection becomes available, they will ship them to me overnight as a complimentary service. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in Las Vegas.

Louis Vuitton has such an amazing selection of clothing luggage and accessories. even if you cannot afford to you should still come to the store and check it out it is three floors of some of the most amazing couture and design on the West coast. PRO TIP: there is a secret art installation upstairs that is a collaboration between the light artist James Turrell and Louis Vuitton. It is a one-of-a-kind exploration of space and color called Akhob. You must get on a waiting list to view it but it is absolutely worth it to see the installation. do a Google search and you should be able to find the phone number to get in.

Be careful employees are selling FAKES(shoes, bags,handbags,belts) as reals and then keeping the real ones for them.

Jennifer the store manager was not helpful at all. We purchased a pair of shoes for my god mother and they have her the wrong size. When we came in to tell them about the issue they said they couldn’t exchange them because they were WORN! of course they were worn, that’s when we realized that the shoe size was wrong. Will not shop here anymore after this. It’s not our fault that the employees did not do their job on giving us the right size that we asked for. Terrible service..

I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at this specific LV store due to one of the workers. The worker that assisted me was more on the older side with medium-long black hair in a pony tail. Right from the very start, she had no optimism in greeting us. I had a few questions about this specific wallet that I wanted. She didn’t really seem interested in helping at all. She told me that the wallet I wanted was not sold in ANY LV stores in Vegas. However, when I went to another LV store, the wallet I wanted was available as well as in many other locations in Vegas. I have no clue why she had the audacity to say that no places in Vegas had it when another store had it in stock. She provided me with false information and bad customer service. I wish I had gotten her name to provide more details. She doesn’t have what it takes to be an LV sales representative based off of the experience I had with her.

Christine was very helpful and even her manager checked on us while we were shopping. Unfortunately I had to return the purse when I came back home because I realized Rivoli was pretty but not functional or as big as graceful! I was treated horribly at southpark mall location in Charlotte for that exchange. I feel bad that Christine might not get her commission due to my exchange but I was ever to go back to Vegas I will be sure to visit her again!!!

Good or bad, I do a fair amount of shopping at various LV locations. There are many actually in Vegas along the strip. I will say that the staff at this location are very helpful and personable. The team actually worked on a specific order for me whereby they had to find various pieces from all over the U.S. They gathered 15 different pieces, filled my order and exceeded my expectations. LV is great everywhere, but this staff sets the bar.

Bought a $1800 white purse that was calf skin ad wore ot for literally one hour. The color from my dress stained the purse. Tries to return it and they had the big director come down and they to intimidate and make me feel dumb. Even the sales associate belittled me. Couldnt return it. They sure were friendly on making the sale though.
