I called asking where my equipment was and they told me they would ship it. 6 weeks later they STILL have NOT shipped it!!! NOW I AM ON THE 7TH WEEK AND THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED IT!!!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! Next time I’m NEVER gonna buy from this company again!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst company ever don’t bother buying from them. Purchased a sewer camera. Camera was affective stop working within the first week, rich reached out to this company they refused to cooperate take items back. I advise anybody that I was looking at buying a sewer camera do not buy from this guys spend the extra money and get a Ridged sea snake .

As a home inspector, broading my services is key. Ive purchased a sewer camera from this company, and immediately notice a shift in my business. I love my camera and will be purchasing 3 more in the near future.I gave 4 stars for only one reason. The app that contains the video/pic files. Its saves in as a AVI file. Being in the field and the length a video may take, I need to upload to YouTube ASAP. Due to the app, it takes 15-20 mins per inspection. Im all about providing a fantastic product and being efficient while doing it. This is the only draw back... Im buying more...

I’ve got to say this company has the best customer service that I’ve used in a very long time. Jana is absolutely wonderful and I recommend using her to purchase your sewer camera equipment. I purchased the new extreme version of the mainline sewer camera 200 feet. And they have been absolutely wonderful through the whole buying process. These cameras are super easy to use/repair and swap out parts I recommend them for any sewer company. A+ Thanks for treating me great.

Lied about the shipping time! They did not ship my camera in a timely manner, and they kept lying about when it would ship. In reality, it took WEEKS to ship!!! Shame on them!!!

I was looking at getting one of there camera and locator packages but didn’t want to go broke so I was going to finance it thru Quickspark financial. I’m not sure why a company would allow there customers to apply for financing with a company with terrible reviews. I decided not to do business with either company. This company also has questionable reviews.

Good equipment and turn around time for repairs. We had been getting our old dinosaur VCR cameras repaired from their service center for years until we had to upgrade to new cameras from them. We are very satisfied with the service and even more with the price!

Purchased there secon micro used it 6 times between all of the break downs I ask that the unit be replaced or credited against another unit NO HELP NEVER purchase anything from here again. I am an UNHAPPY camper. feel taken i have to pay 100.00 to get it back still broken from the repair shop . or 800.00 more for repairs spent 3400. its Junk.

I read a lot of reviews and I decided to try them out. The equipment works great. I had questions regrading my recorder and tech guy was very helpful. They took care of me right away. I will be buying more equipment from them in the future.

I ordered 2 camera units with locating and recording capability.Both cameras perform well and it looks like the camera head and other parts are going to be easy to replace myself. Hopefully I save money not shipping my units back and forth.

Bought a SECON 2400SM sewer camera. Do not buy from this company!!! Unless you live right next door to them. Shipping will eat you alive on there product, which to my regret is really a very poor product. I have had it for 13 months- its been in there repair for 3 out of the 13!!! I had my doubts in the beginning before i purchased. It was the end of the year purchase and i was in a hurry. Should have listened to that little voice. I also, read some of the reviews before purchasing, who spoke of very poor customer service. Again, I should have listened. Take my advise. Spend a little more and buy a rigid. They cover there product. This company has left me with a $3,000.00 boat anchor.. If you want you can call me and i will tell you the whole story. I had to give a star only because its the only way it would post.

That one star shouldn’t even be available with the problems we have had with this company! We bought a brand new sewer jetter only to INSTANTLY start having problems with it... serious problems that has caused us to loose hundreds of dollars with our business because it’s gotten so bad it’s been sitting that long! We instantly had to re pipe the WHOLE thing because it started leaking , then the belt broke and we reached out to them to possibly get it fixed.. that’s when the problems happened. They wanted “us” to take a video of us “attempting to fix” the problem and send it to them and they would “tell us how we needed to fix it” well after the 3rd time of them not getting our videos we asked for them to come out and fix it they refused and then stopped answering our calls.. we finally called from another number and “nobody ever returned our phone call” we finally had to wind up taking it to another company that sells jetters only to be told how poorly it was built and it would cost us HUNDREDS of dollars to get fixed. Well here we are today having to buy a NEW motor for this thing just to get it back and running. This company is AWFUL never will I EVER buy from them and NEVER will I refer someone to this company!!

These people are the scourge of the earth. My husband and I own a drain company in Idaho. A friend at the supply house recently went to a convention in Nevada that showcased SECON equipment, and since we were in the market for a new sewer camera, recommended checking out SECON.They quoted a price for my husband, and he informed them he would be driving twelve hours from Idaho to make sure the camera was a good fit. When he arrived, they upped the price by nearly $600. They were originally shameless about the increase until my husband walked out. Then, the story became that they could only honor the original price if it was paid in cash.My husband went to pay with our business card, which has the company name and my name underneath it. The staff freaked out and insisted company policy wouldn’t allow him to use that card, and started demanding cash again. He walked out. None of our banks have branches IN NEVADA, so we would be unable to pay in such a large cash sum anyway, because ATMs have relatively small limits.When I then called to get to the bottom of this horrendous customer service situation, the woman on the phone insisted there was no manager available and carried on and on about the respect she feels entitled to. She hung up on me multiple times, telling me no curse words were allowed and no one was allowed to yell and carrying on about the respect she deserved. I’ve never lied to a customer and wasted 24+ hours of their travel time and expected to be treated like a king, but clearly she feels she’s royalty of the sewer world.I asked repeatedly how businesses come in and pay for materials, while she insisted that only the direct owners of said business cards come in... Which we all can laugh about, right? She just kept yelling at me to “be respectful,” “don’t call me a liar- I just made a mistake!”, and on and on about how “if you give us the cash, you can have the camera.” She refused to listen to me explaining that our access to cash is across the Idaho border. They wouldn’t accept payment over the phone or online. They just wanted cold, hard cash.Overall, this is a sketchy business with no value for customers. Every other time we’ve traveled out of state to purchase equipment, we’ve been given the gold star treatment. It’s a huge deal to travel twelve hours one way to drop thousands of dollars. This place had no remorse about wasting our time and lying about prices. Personally, I think it’s pretty sketchy that there’s no manager available and that they’re OBSESSED with cash. As in, demanding it as a form of payment. They were unwilling to work with us in any way unless they got cash... Which isn’t a reality in today’s card-oriented world.

I always say you get what you pay for. I should have listened to myself and bought a Ridgid Camera. I purchased the WiFi for the camera since it can connect to my iPad. Well they did not tell me you have to download additional apps to make it work. I had to do the research myself. Tech support could not answer my questions of why it was not working. Found out also that there is no microphone. So now I have to add another app to sub comments on the video. Tech support also could not help when the camera would not turn on. I have not even used this one time and had to put it in the repair shop and down $150 to fix it. Very disappointed all this and I have not even put it in the field yet

Purchased 3 sewer cameras. Second 2000s. The cameras are well built, but everything breaks sooner or later. Have had some issues, most caused by us and a few were Warranty issues. Tech support is great if you can get them to answer the phone. We were looking at changing all of our cameras to this company, but after the last ordeal Im not so sure. I talked to tech support on January 22nd 2017. Had an issue with a camera head. I sent it in on the same day. Now it is March 3rd and still have not received it back. I have called both the sales office at least 8 times and have received voice-mail 7 times with no return calls after I have left a message. I have called the service place 6 times and have left numerous voice-mails with no returned calls. I talked to the girl at the sales office and she says she will look into it with no returned phone calls. Communication is absolutely horrible. The camera head is supposed to be under warranty, but no one with the company will take care of my issue. No one ever answers the phones or calls you back. We will not be purchasing any further cameras until the customer support is better. I will remove or revise this review if I ever get a call back. Next step is to file a complaint with PayPal for full refunds for the last 2 cameras that I purchased if I do not hear something in the next 2 days. You guys make a great camera system, too bad your customer service sucks!!

They will not honor a warranty for a failed camera in head, stating it was abused and not taken care, we only used it six timesThis camera head as designed is run through cast iron pipes to inspect them, please inform me how a scratched up head is not normal WEAR.We have three other cameras and all the heads look similar. I also received a letter that you are going to start charging me a storage fee for a camera with a warranty that you will not honor. You operator a classless, money grab operation and should not be able to sleep at night or be in business. No one from management will call me back, How are you going to honor your warranty, but instead you tell me you are giving me a good deal and discounting it 100.00

Il looking forward to updating this review and increasing the number of stars but right now I have a camera in need of repair and they are nowhere to be found. bummed

I’m pissed. My new camera arrives and I take it to it’s first job. Shame on me for assuming it should work and not checking it out at the shop first. I’m on the job...after hours...an hour from home...and the display says “no signal”. The instructions suck!
